Some
places
have
it,
that
magic
touch
that
gives
them
a
special
following.
Just
try
to
meat,
soft
succulent
and
incredibly
tasty.
The
prices
are
really
good
value
for
what
you
get
which
is
why
they
have
so
many
loyal
regular
customers.
There
are
a
few
sandwiches
I've
had
in
my
life
that
have
been
amazing
and
this
is
one
of
them.
The
bread
is
perfect
crispy
which
balances
out
perfectly
with
the
softness
of
the
meat,
with
the
nice
crunchy
lettice
between
them.
I
feel
pretentious
writing
it,
but
the
fact
is
that
this
is
where
art
meets
sandwich
making
and
the
person
is
a
real
chef.
Probably
only
an
independent
can
do
this,
I
doubt
it
can
be
replicated
by
a
chain.
The
person
doing
it
does
it
with
real
care
and
attention,
you
have
to
wait
as
quite
rightly
you
can't
rush
an
artist.
