The
staff
are
polite
and
welcoming,
the
breakfast
service
is
acceptable,
the
room
-
unfortunately
-
was
a
downgrade
to
disappointment.
As
a
Titanium
Elite
member
of
the
Marriott
Bonvoy
loyalty
programme
I
was
told
that
I
had
been
'upgraded'
to
a
nice
executive
room
-
from
a
king
room
which
I
had
originally
booked
-
which
in
fact
turned
out
to
be
the
smallest
room
on
my
floor,
with
a
'view'
on
a
wall.
This
was
my
first
and
last
time
at
Hotel
Nassau
in
Breda.
I
am
used
to
much
better
treatment
in
Marriott-affiliated
hotels
in
The
Netherlands,
including
at
other
Autograph
Collection
hotels,
so
this
particular
stay
was
an
unfortunate
letdown.
