The room was nice and I had a good night sleep. One Latin Receptionist super helpful and kind 🙏🏼 Who checked me in. But there was a Night Shift receptionist very rude , seemed he was high and drunk, avoiding guests to check in and not looking at the eyes. Staff was drinking beer in the back and screaming and laughing while I was checking in at 23h… super bad impression. They didn’t care at all about the guests and there was a big queue. The next day this same rude employee checked me out and he didn’t talked to me at all. When I asked him about my taxi , he made a really bad racist joke… I was shocked. Staff talking rudely to other clients in the bar. So rooms are good but staff and breakfast really bad.

We were in the hotel for 4 days in early April 2023. The hotel was built in 2022 and is therefore very modern. The location is a bit outside the city, so it is rather quiet. In a few minutes you can reach the train station, from which you can go directly to Amsterdam. The rooms are modern and clean, nicely furnished and the room service does a good job. Once we had a problem with the safe, so a mechanic was sent. The man was super nice and fixed the problem in a few minutes. In general you can say that the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also tasty, you actually had everything you needed. There was cereal, croissants, toast, pancakes, coffee, tea and so on. We could park the car in the hotel's own parking lot and leave it there for a comparatively low fee. In summary, we fell a little in love with the hotel. We would choose it again anytime for a short vacation in Amsterdam or any other city in the area.

Modern and clean rooms. The breakfast is excellent as well. They also have a sauna. The location is quiet (it's in the middle of a field) and convenient to the airport, but it is far from the city center and there are no grocery stores or anything nearby. Fortunately, there is a station nearby where you can take a train to the center. The hotel also rents bikes and you can bike to the center along the excellent bike paths. I did that one day and it took about an hour, but you will see a lot of nice scenery along the canals and can go through a big park on the way.

For a airport location this hotel is great. Rooms, food, bar. All spacious, clean resonably priced and well staffed. Cannot fault it. Personally I did not want to be out at the airport. If they had a shuttle to town that would have made it perfect. That is the only reason for 3 stars for location apart from Google maps that cannot direct you there properly. Use waze.

Reception staff is not helpful After spending 8 hours at the airport my flight was cancelled I was sent to the hotel with a paper that mentioned room service is available. Receptionist said room service wasn’t available at that time .There was no food at all only snacks from the vending machine ! No slippers or any essentials in the bathroom other than soap ! Only one bottle of water was given when I asked for another one on the second day they said its not included! They don’t offer baggage pick up from room I had to drag my 2 heavy luggages down the lobby ! Very poor service !

Stayed here for one night at a layover. Arrived close to midnight, but despite the late hour the staff was super nice and welcoming! Check in and out was simple and easy, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It’s a short bus or train ride from Schiphol and I would definitely recommend it! No complaints :)

This place was a real joy to stay. Very modern hotel with excellent decor, super helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable. Location couldn’t be better for the airport and a short 20min train into Amsterdam Centraal. Will definitely stay here again

we got a room there because our flight got delayed till the next day. everyone was really friendly. modern and clean hotel. food was good, just a bit long waiting time for the dinner. only some minutes walk to the train station.

This hotel is in an awesome location just a few minutes from the train station. However, the room itself left some things to be desired. Upon arrival our soap dispenser was empty and the shower drain was clogged, leading to the bathroom flooding during a shower. Additionally, the heat/cooling can only be adjusted 3 degrees and turns off in the middle of the night so we woke up hot a few times in the night. The linens were not particularly comfortable which may have added to that. Overall it’s a fine place for a night or two before heading the the airport that can be found for a good price but it isn’t the most comfortable.

A cute modern hotel with well-designed rooms and petite but delicious breakfast options. There's a walking path and bicycle track that directly connects the hotel to a nearby train and bus station. My only complaint is that some of the front-desk staff lacked customer service skills. Otherwise, I loved the hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel are good location, Room is clean and neat. Breakfast is good as well. And its nearby train. Receptionist is ok but not that as expected when we came no one in the reception but we can hear them at the back chatting it takes like 5mins or so before one receptionist went out. Probably that’s how’s Hoteliers work here in the Netherlands. But in total good hotel and definitely will come back.

This hotel is a 8 min walking distance from the Hoofdorp train station, which in itself is just one hop away from the airport. Note that the walkway to the hotel has a few steps so during checkin and checkout you'll have to lug your bags on to these steps. There seems to be a longer bike path that doesn't have steps but I haven't tried it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the hotel is spotless clean. Heck, it even has a robot that serves water. To go to the city, I used to take the sprinter train, get down at Lelyaan station to grab the 17 tram to downtown. There's also a bus station near the Hoofdorp train station that allows you to go to the airport and Keukenhoff pick up stop at the airport (bus that takes you to the Tulip gardens). I had bought the "Amsterdam and Region Travel ticket" from the airport which covered the sprinter to the city and the airport, buses, and the trams.

The hotel is located near the Hoofddrop train station which is easy to access airport and city center. Price is much cheaper than staying in similar hotel in the city. The bathroom sink was a bit blocked and water flowed slowly. I told reception to fix it in the morning but nothing happened. Otherwise the hotel is quite nice to stay with high value of the money.

I have to stay here for work and for many years I was staying on the other side of the channel at Novotel. IntercityHotel is clean, rooms are big enough, very quiet and the bed is comfortable. Food is average (you are in Netherlands!), the gym is decent (maybe a little more weights) but personnel (reception and cleaning) is outstanding, smiling and efficient. One minus: the cost for the bike, the best mean of transportation in the “Low Lands”, is a little bit excessive. I’ll be back (because I have to).

We reserved rooms and were told there was a shuttle to the airport, which was not the case. There was an issue with the shower drain in my room, resulting in water everywhere. I got no answer to my call to room service so I called reception and was told by reception that it was a known issue and no-one was available to come and mop the water that got everywhere in the room. Bed was comfortable and a cute little robot brings the drinks from the bar. Food was good. I do not believe I'd book there again...

The hotel has a lot of rooms. Ours was on the top floor (there are eight stories). But the view was nothing special, we looked over an industrial area. The hotel has a parking area, for which they charge quite some money, even though space is not at a premium in this location. The hotel is conveniently located near the Hoofddorp railway station, just a few minutes on foot. Getting to the other side of the railway by car, however, is not so easy. It's actually quite a few kilometers and takes more than ten minutes. The bed in the room was nice and soft and was a very decent size. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Check-out was also fast and efficient.

Stayed here during flight cancellations due to adverse weather conditions. There's no airport shuttle, but only one stop away on the train. I would advise tired travellers to download the NS app and buy your tickets there especially to figure out the route and map out how to walk along the foot path from the station to the hotel. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing.

Clean and simple hotel with a restaurant and bar. No issues with the room, it was very nice and clean. The location was very good, lots of open space and only a 5 minute walk to the closest station, which was one stop away from the airport and also a quick ride into the city.

Cool hotel, classy, fantastic stuff and front desk services. Room service foods are yummy. A bit away from Amsterdam central, but it is closed to a train station which takes you to the heart of Amsterdam centrum. Definitely recommend it.

So far experience has been excellent. I just checked in. The hotel has been more like home and reasonable in prices. Breakfast is included in the price and the meal is served hot. There is fitness centre located in first floor which has all the equipment.

The Staff in the hotel is excellent. Very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The only problem is the heating. I have been here twice, and the first time, it was too hot, and you could not open any windows and could not set a lower temperature for the whole night. In the middle of the night, it returned to its default temperature, which was too hot. And I am a person who likes warmth. Another a little disappointing thing was the restaurant's menu. But this is a matter of taste, so I won’t comment on it.

Nice place. Brand new. Awkward location with a long diversion to get to the hotel by car. You see it but can’t reach it the obvious way. But put your trust in Google maps (even when it directs you into a “for construction traffic only” road… super friendly staff, good WiFi & free parking.

Stayed two nights at the hotel. Very spacious, clean and calm. Very affordable with free complementary breakfast that deserves another credit. Easily accessible to the city center as well.

The hotel staff, the size and cleanliness of the rooms are really better than many hotels. The only point that will make you think about this hotel may be its location. In addition, this hotel offers more variety for breakfast than many European hotels.

Clean room, comfortable beds, excellent gym with separate steam room and sauna. The location is relatively new and some uber drivers may struggle to find the location but there is a train close by and taxis available. They also have bikes for rent which we used to go to some of the shops near by. Overall excellent experience at a good price.

I spent almost 2 weeks here with great pleasure. good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was friendly and had nice conversations. Due to work I am elsewhere but I look back to this hotel with great pleasure
