Really convenient hotel, kitchen included in every room. The service desk is so extremely helpful! This was our first stay in The Netherlands, for more than one month when we just moved here. And it really felt like home :-) Direct public transport to the airport and Amsterdam.

Nice place, not too far feom Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Didn't like that an employee from front desk entered the room on us after checkout time! They should have waited till we come to them or kept trying to call us like any other hotel would do.

Arrived here on the 10 th Dec and left on 13th, doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it is very nice, I had a self catering room and came with everything you need to cook your.own food . The room and the hotel are spotless ,the staff are very friendly.and helpful, special shout-out for Chris that works on the front desk ,very friendly and helpful guy and made our stay even better. Nice TV in room and I was able to plug my firestick into ,bed was really comfy

This hotel is a must try if you’re visiting the Netherlands , i’ve tried reasonable hotels before but they were not as good as this one , you definitely pay for what you expect , its soooo clean , there was not a single issue with the room , bathroom is so clean and elegant , the bed is the most comfortable bed i’ve slept on during my eurotrip , the hotel is kind of a residential hotel as well , so there’s a small kitchen with a sink and an induction eye , its PERFECT if someone wanna stay for a while there , its basically a mini apartment , they also placed dishes and pots in the kitchen area drawers . The location is just out of question , Hoofddorp is just amazing , i do not regret staying there a tiny bit , the hotel is literally a ~100 meters away from a bus station that takes you everywhere you wanna go , its away from Amsterdam central by 30 mins bus ride but it feels like a 10 mins ride because of the outside beauty you’re gonna see , also hoofddorp is such an amazing place for natures lovers , its so beautiful and safe everywhere you go , they have a center there 15 mins away from the hotel if you walked and i was so happy there ,people are so nice and chill. HOTEL STAFF are seriously amazing people , they are genuinely kind and nice , they are so helpful to the max , and they really care about their guests , when we arrived we arrived early for the check in , they were so kind to speed the readiness of the room for us and offered me and my wife 2 espresso coffee until the room is ready , this hotel made my stay worthwhile in the Netherlands tbh . Highly highly recommend!!!!

Great place, clean, cozy beds, friendly staff, large rooms incl small kitchen with everything you need. No great view, but that did not come as a surprise. Breakfast is the best (choco) croissants, bread, yoghurt, coffee, eggs, etc. Just perfect. Busstop around the corner, train only one stop away. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. The bed was comfy, the shower, and all the other things were ultra clean. There is nothing negative to say. Even more, you can plug a car to charge it ! At 2 min walking to a bus station that is really close to the airport and at 40 min to Rijksmuseum. Oh, and a kitchenette!!

Clean Hotel. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended The person at the front desk was super cool. I wanted an extra blanket. He was new but he made sure that I got everything that I wanted. Front desk staff is nice. Rooms were very clean.

It is located in Hoofdorp, an area close to schipol airport. It takes 10-15 minutes by bus from schipol plaza to get to this area. The room, cleaness, and service were excellent. The cooking utensils provided were very good including the electric stove. This is a very great place to stay in Amsterdam, close to schipol airport where we can get transport connection to the amsterdam centraal.

Elevator doesn't work properly. The door keys don't work properly. I arrived late and I had to wait for ages pork check-in. The computer was not working.

Prachtig hotel, centraal gelegen. De receptionisten zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Sfeervol hotel op een toplocatie, goed bereikbaar, gratis parkeren, zeer schoon, ruime kamers, meer dan goed ontbijt en een fantastische gastvrijheid! Complimenten!

Guter Standort. Ruhig, jedoch nah zu den Stränden, Flughafen und Amsterdam. Kostenloser Parkplatz (!), sehr netter Empfang, top sauber, gutes Bett und modernes Bad. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. 👍

Service is bad we called before Booking the room to be sure my friend had a Nice birtday. They told us we could go in With 6 to celebrate during the day. And She was spending the night. We came in and told us something different. If You come here be prepared.

Short bus ride from the airport, about 15 minute ride. Large family room that slept the 5 of us comfortably. Small kitchenette equipped with basic necessities. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.

Plus side: room and facility very new. Bathroom generally clean. Nice to have Espresso machine in the room. Disappointments: WIFI is either super slow or not connecting. Bed linings are NOT clean! Everywhere black fibers sticking to the surfaces. No idea what were these fibers, but it is clearly a hygiene problem. See my attached picture.

Brand new and spotless rooms that were well designed, spacious and stylish. Free parking on site and a very good breakfast that was included in the room rate.

Although farther from the airport than expected, Chris could not have been more accommodating, kind, and helpful to turn around what was a frustrating travel experience. Clean facility with great customer service!

Great little place to spend the night on a long layover! Safe and clean!

We had to wait almost an extra hour because the rooms were not ready. The employees were not professional. When we asked about the delay they just mentioned that they are also waiting for the laundry service, which is not a customers issue. After asking multiple times, they gave us 1 room ( don't know suddenly how that one became available). They also told they will require 10€ per hour if we want to check in earlier and when they give us the room late, no apologies or anything. Best Western should handle this more professionally.
