Ran by idiots, put on hold for 20 minuites just to be told management sold all inside dining tables and chairs but they "should be doing dine in service in next 5 months when they get new furniture". All I'm trying to do is take my family out and these guys are trying to run it like a pizza hut express. Very rude, no customer service experience and it shows. Same people that brought you the soup sandwich, total mess.

Last time I order they miss all extra top item, I call back they told me got 18 dollar credit. Than we try call back again, they told us oh the credit only in 30 day. This the reason I give them one star what kind customer service would do that you own me credit told me I can’t use it.

Absolutely horrible service. Staff was rude. I waited for 20 minutes at the carry out window before I gave up and went inside. The place looked abandoned. I shouted asking if anyone was there and got no response. An employee came in while I was standing at the counter and said he was off and just kept walking. Unfortunately I didn’t get anyone’s name, but when a woman finally came to the counter she was rude, said something about there was only 2 of them working, and then handed me 2 cold pizzas.

I am so upset that I’m in tears. I just left the pizza hut and I saw a manager treat a young man so poorly that he was totally embarrassed by this behavior. There is no reason why a manager should be speaking to the young man that way. I was embarrassed for him, and I had to leave. Shame on you for abusing your management position to speak like that to an employee. Teach him, Mentor them, do not belittle them. Never again will I enter this establishment. Shame on you Pizza Hut for tolerating this behavior.

Pizza hut is now using Doordash to deliver your food and the drivers are adding in their own tip. I have had this happen to me 3 times and I am never ordering from them again.

Friendly crew, they are funny as well. Never disappointed with any of the food or the staff. They are a great bunch of folks.

Pizza was trash. Undercooked. Tasted weird like it had a hint of vinegar or something on it they need some better employees it really is not hard to make a good pizza I mean how can you mess that up?

I placed my order with the mobile app. Pizza was ready in about 15 minutes. I picked up my pizza at the drive thru window. Pizza was fantastic as usual. Could not be any easier,

The food is excellent. Good service. Disappointed they closed their dine in. Very much enjoyed their thick crust meat lovers pizza.

This Review is all about the customer service skills of Christie!!! Pizza Hut has made major changes to their ordering systems which has caused me to no longer order by phone. When I waked in and asked about specials Christie informed me that all specials are ONLY available online. I advised her that I no longer visit Pizza Hut in Florida because the customer service is handled in another country. She explained that her store is the same. 😪 Christie walked me through ordering online and linking everything to her store. She was extremely sweet so despite my dislike of Pizza Huts new business practices I will visit this location again if I’m in town and it’s all because Christy was absolutely Amazing?!!!

At 9 pm on a Friday evening, they were out of cheese bread sticks...I wasn't informed until I pulled up to the drive thru pickup window. Took over 10 minutes to issue a refund and Find my food...no apologies or effort to make the situation better. Smh

online order for delivery, Ordered a bbq chicken pizza with extra chicken and extra Baccon. 12 count wings with 2x blue cheese & 2x ranch. I received no dipping sauces and the pizza had ZERO chicken, little Baccon and a TON of red onions lol.

I usually don't like Pizza Hut but decided to try their big box deal, and it was Awesome! It was all nice and hot and fresh and cooked perfectly!

Went through the same drive through I went through 2 days ago and was informed by the general manager in a very rude and disrespectful manner that this wasn’t were I was a loud to Oder no wonder there business is going down hill if that’s the General manager and leadership I feel bad for them bc she was as rude as could possibly be

My pizza wasn't hot. It barely had any cheese, pepperoni or sausage. Will not buy from there again.
