We enjoyed Weiner Works, but it is very much fast food/concession stand food. The service was fast and the employees were very friendly. In terms of quality, it reminded me of canned sauerkraut, hot dog chili, etc. The regular serving size is fairly small, but the price and flavor was good. We also tried the large sausage dog which was great and a little spiciness to it. Despite the name, they also serve burgers and chicken nuggets. Further, you can get fan merchandise and desserts including apple pie and banana pudding. The place serves Pepsi products also. The interior is a bit dated and needs a deep scrub.

Went to the drive-thru and order to footlong combo with light condiments and when I got it it was not light condiments, and this happens repeatedly at this restaurant I don't know what customer service is coming to anymore everywhere you go this is what you get sorry service.but yet the prices keep going up.

Wanted to surprise my good friends by picking up their favorite soup, chicken and dumplings. Disappointed that I had to wait for 45 minutes for 2 bowls, and I didn't receive any bread. However, my friends were thrilled and absolutely loved the soup!! Next time, I will call ahead.

I got the footlong meal. It was pretty good. My footlong could have stood being a bit more warm. Hmmm...probably will give them another try in the distant future to see if the quality has improved.

The people there are always friendly and very caring. It was decorated for Halloween which was a really fun surprise. Food is always delicious. Favorite place to eat

If I could give a 0 I would. My family and I went there for dinner the other night. We waited over an hour for our food when all we got was a hod dog, 2 kids meals and a burger and some fries. The employees kept passing us and never apologized or anything for it taking so long. We went to check to see what was taking so long and all the manager said was that we’re short staffed and she can’t issue a refund when we never once asked for a refund. The people that ordered there food after us got there food before us plus our kids meals that we ordered. The employee didn’t start making our food until after the other people had gotten their food. When we finally got our food, they messed our order up and didn’t give us the fry delight that we asked for. When we got ready to leave, we walked outside and the same manger that was claiming they were so short staffed was outside smoking a cigarette when customers were still waiting on their food inside. We will never go to the hopemills Road Weiner Works location ever again.

My husband always loves going to Weiner Works because of their footling deluxe and cheese fries. He always gets the footling deluxe with no mustard, add slaw, ketchup and cheese. With the fries he always gets it with just cheese only.. Well of course they picked the night that he definitely was craving for Weiner works and what do they do??? DING DING DING! GIVE US A MESSED UP ORDER. First off we made sure that we said our order and instructions to those order very clearly and the cashier even repeated the order. We get home and opened everything the fries that chili cheese and onions on it and sour cream when we specifically asked for just cheese! And then we get the footling deluxe he took a bite and what does it have? MUSTARD! On my foot long I said no slaw and add extra Mayo and even with that it’s messed up because my order was the complete opposite mustard was added and no MAYO! SMH That’s the last time Weiner works over in HOPE MILLS RD will be getting our money!

Husband wanted a hotdog so we figured going to a place that specializes in hotdogs & it would be a good experience for him. The customer service wasn't good. No one spoke, not even when we went up to be served. Just blah. I tried the fish sandwich, fries, some of his chili from his dog, and 1 of his chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were the best thing there. They had good flavor and texture. Ordered some tartar sauce for the fish sandwich and that was good as well. The tea was not sweet. Most of the fries were dry and crunchy with no lil to no potato in them. The fish sandwich was just blah and small. I tasted the chili on his hotdog and it was not good, it tasted like bad cheap movie chili. The place is cheap but for the quality of that meal it should've been like $5. I haven't ate at a Mc Donald's in America in over 5 yrs but I'm sure that would've tasted better & been worth the $$$. I will not be eating here again.

Super friendly drive through staff. Chili dog was mehh... Costco hands down.

I kid you not I was in and out of here in 6 minutes flat on my very first visit! I commend them for the speed! On the other hand, recent visits and drive-bys of this place have shown that the drive-thru line is way too long, so you might want to go inside

Literally spent 10$ on a hot dog onion rings and a drink. They were so in a rush they messed my order up and added onions which I didn’t ask for. And the sprite was out so I’m drinking seltzer water. I understand little mistakes happen but when I sit at the drive thru for 3 items for 30 mins with only one other car in parking I expect it to be what I pay for. And when you call the store no one ever answers. Disappointed just wanted money for something that went into the trash

If you like cold fries and soggy dogs this is the place for you. Staff was great but only 2 people working so they're understaffed. There is stuff littered all over the order counter and prep area.

I went Sunday to the drive thru. I ordered and got my food. I got home husbands footlong didn't have correct ingredients, and my fry delight no chili didn't have sourcream that was ok easy to fix. I started eating one of my CHICKEN sandwich and discovered it was RAW half way through. I immediately spit everything out and went back for a refund. I was informed only owners could do refunds and that it wasn't even the first CHICKEN sandwich of the day to be served RAW. I waited around 30 minutes demanding a refund and no one could reach the owners. I couldn't stay longer due to having to get ready for work myself. I was assured I'd get a call back if I left my name and number. I never did get a call nor a refund and it's been 2 days. I did contact the health department to inform them of this situation yesterday. Weiner works used to be one of my favorites. The only place I would eat hotdogs from. Been going there since I was a child and was even their first customer along with my brothers and mom when they opened that location. I tried to carry on the tradition with my kids but no longer. That said I will never be eating here again the thought of RAW, UNDERCOOKED FOOD is unacceptable and disgusting. I know it's been going down hill for years but I tried to stay supportive but no longer. Then for them to have the the audacity not to even reach out and make this situation right is insultful. DO NOT EAT HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY. CAUTION THEY'RE SERVING RAW CHICKEN.

Ordered at drive thru. Ordered burger, hot dog, milkshake, then said quarter pounder. Cashier read it back to me, confirming quarter pounder. Got regular burger, insult to injury, with bun so stale I couldn't chew it. Tried to call to get partial refund back on card, but no one answers the phone. Place is not as good as it once was. There were no other customers, so no excuse. Not busy. I can see why.
