Worst Zaxby’s i have ever been to. I go frequently to other locations and this location near my girlfriend’s house. In the picture you can see what they think “large fries” looks like. I paid extra money for mediocracy.

$12.30 for this… 6 fries and a quarter full zax sauce! Good work.

The other night, a manager named Jagger made sure that we got our two free meals promised to us from a prior week (boneless wings meals). However, he also gave me my meal for free! The food was fresh and hot! Definitely plan on going back again!

I ordered 10 boneless wings and a large fries tonight at the drive through in Hope Mills, NC. I get home and my 10 boneless wings was actually 6. I spent $9.95 for 6 wings. How do you miss count this bad?

Service here is very slow. Waited in line for 1 hr n 22 min. Watched an entire Netflix episode while waiting in line. Terrible managment. Update:5/12/23 Order the 10 piece buffalo garlic tenders ended up getting plain tenders no buffalo sauce at all.

There was an error with my delivery. The manager apologized and I picked up my food. It was easy and no problem. The food was delicious especially the fried pickles. Most times at other places they are salty. These were not salty at all!! I loved them. I wish there was a Zaxby’s in Delaware.

I don’t always go to Zaxby’s but when I do, I order the Cobb salad and it is definitely big enough to serve two people. I went there last Friday and I ordered a Cobb salad which I couldn’t finish and their spicy mushrooms which wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would be. Their ranch dressing is pretty good. My kids love their chicken fingerz and is usually a win for the whole family.

Everything was great, the drive their speaker was kind of hard to understand but the staff was great with working with me to get my order right. Everything was right the first time and even though I was in a long line it didn’t take more then 10 minutes to get to the menu and drive away!

The wait time is horrible. It’s like they are not working as a team. Be prepared to wait at least 45- 50 minutes before you get your food. After I placed my order I watched the drive through line move smoothly. Inside lobby wait times are ridiculous long. Watched several customers coming back in because items were not placed in their bag. After waiting 45 minutes they called my name. And I asked a manager for a refund. It’s not fair that some employees work hard while others just joke around.

Ordered two salads which were tasty and filling. I also ordered 10 piece wing they were dry and fried to hard to chew. I ended up trashing them. What a waist for my palate and pocket.I didn't return them because I live 20 minutes away.

Just ordered a wings and things tossed in tongue torch and teriyaki and they were tossed in anything. I used to work at this Zaxbys so I know they used to cut corners, but dang, that’s a big corner to cut. Side note, don’t order the boneless wings plain. A Sahara in your mouth.

Went to this location Friday. Staff seem to dislike their jobs and the service matched their actions. Ordered a chicken salad and some of the items in it was not fresh at all. The amount of chicken was a joke. I could not believe my eyes when I got home and looked in my bag. I will never visit this location again.

I just left here. I ordered the traditional wings and things with nuclear sauce among other things. By far the best in all wing restaurants. The wait was around 12 minutes from start to finish with 9 cars and it was worth it. Every thing was hot and fresh which is what the speaker person told me. They said they cook it fresh to order which I really didn’t believe but it was and I will be back. The service was great and I commend the people who are doing the damn thing!!!! When I 1st started going here the food was good. Well, the last few times have been challenging. Service has gone down. Food always cold, 🍟 portion skimpy, and food presentation sloppy. I kept going back, giving them another chance hoping thing would get better. NOT! This last visit was it for me. It's a wrap. Food cold and have no idea what was up with my bread. Looks like someone e took their finger and poked a hole in it and to think they couldn't take time out to correct this before presenting me with my food. Oh, and let's not get started on the sorry-looking and horrible-tasting funnel cake. It was nothing but a glob of dough full of heavy grease. Not appealing like the picture they advertise. I always go online and place a complaint but it's never acknowledged. So, this is it. This was the last straw that broke the camel's 🐫 back.

By far the best. The cashier was very helpful as I was unsure about several of the menu items. I was able to speak to the manager mrs tia and she was very informative and patient. She apologized for my wait and explained that the GM of this location required them to cook orders as ordered after a certain time for hot and fresh food. Well they didn’t disappoint!!! To the GM keep up the great work and keep cooking the food fresh. Most places are busy closing down but here it seems they care more about us the customers. Terrific service. My family and I will return!!!!!!

First time ever to a Zaxbys restaurant and will be my last. The lady Erykah at the counter didn't give us the chance to look at the menu, rushed us, and was very ignorant with rude remarks. Wasn't too impressed with the food either. Too salty for me and the soda machine had no ice. The workers didn't care to replace it so I drank a warm ice tea. Very unhappy.

I ordered the load fries w/chicken and ranch. What is this? So disappointed! To be hungry and not get what your have clearly stated on your receipt is upsetting.

Well, this is the fifth time I go to this place and the wait of 45 minutes on the drive- tru for the food is unacceptable apart from the fact that the first photo the order was double portion of potatoes and they didn’t give it and the second the old lettuce the burnt chicken I don’t know what happens with the company no one does anything open your eyes my people

Staff forgot part of the order, then acted rude and inconvenienced when we asked for the rest of our order. Ordered the fried white cheddar bites and they were burnt to a crisp. This location is also consistently the slowest Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. If your in the mood for Zaxby’s, save yourself the disappointment and go to a different location.

Awful, completely awful, 30min waiting in line to order and get your food, and then they are laughing, doing hi 5’s and crossing their arms like they are doing a good job, fries don’t take over 10 min from the time your order till the time you get to the window to be used as an excuse! Zaxby’s is one of our favorite places to get food from, it’s damn pricy to have such a terrible costumer service, I requested the refund so I could leave cuz I got sick of it and they even took such a long time to give me my card back and tried to give me what I order with the refund! I don’t accept no pity after you did such a terrible job! I do not recommend this place, go to Ramsey street, they sure know how to serve you in a timely manner!

I’d give it 0 stars if possible. Manager James was absolutely horrible to me and my family, and the store is going against very many health violations by serving food off of the floors and using utensils off the floors. I highly do NOT recommend you eat from here unless you want to get sick ! The turn over rate is so high for this store for a reason and it’s due to lack of care from management excluding maybe two. James needs his job lost !

Can't believe I wasted 24 mins out of my way to go to this place. Did get the order right. Tried to pay for what they missed was told no it was k. Then the girl comes to the window to get money. Another girl comes to the window shoves our food out the window and closes the window. Never gave us sauce for the fried cheddar bites, no napkins. Rudest person I've ever met. Don't waste your time going here

I arrived at Zaxby’s at 2:32pm, I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, then came inside and ordered my food at 2:52. I didn’t leave from Zaxby’s with my food in hand until 3:24pm. I spoke with a manager, and he advised me they were short staffed and had platters to fulfill. I totally understand being short staffed, I’m more than patient. But when I’ve been there for close to an hour and I feel like I had the right to be upset. This review in is no effect if the cashier who took my order. She was nothing but sympathetic and sweet to me. I didn’t feel any sympathy or even offered some type of compensation for my almost hour long wait.

The best service I ever had at a fast food restaurant. Staff was very friendly. They apologized because I had to wait on fresh fries. LOL I didn't mind waiting for fresh fries. All the employees that I met and talk to were extremely nice and polite. If I had a restaurant I would love for them to work there. The order was correct and delicious. This was the Hope Mills Zaxby's.
