Wowwwww words can express the disappointment I felt. The service was HORRIBLE. Ordered sushi to start the tempura on the shrimp was green (pic included). It was NOT freshly made seemed more like leftovers from days before. The hibachi guy was great, that meal was tasty. I spoke to the manager who actually had the audacity to tell me the tempura is naturally green LIES, LIES, and more LIES. The bill was almost $150 without any compensation for almost poisoning me. BEWARE or better yet it you like being treated badly & served old food knock yourself out. 🤮

Overall 3.7 Definitely enjoyed the food here, got what is listed on the recipt; a tad over price in our option. The bento box was a great portion, with 2-3 pork cutlets, a healthy serving of rice, but very oil soaked veggies and dumplings. Sushi was good and fresh, but the ginger was cheap and tasted old and bland. The chicken lo mein was under preforming, could have used more flavor, less oil, and a larger portion. The drink was great - but out of almost all the other drinks (kids, soda) and only had one dessert option available from their menu.

To start with the service was off. As soon as I walked in they told me it depends on who’s working rather or not they will cook for me and my wife on the flat top. That if the chef didnt feel like it we would just have to wait at a regular table. Mind you these are expensive menu items. We are seated and the waitress told us the same thing that the chef may not feel like cooking for us but she would ask. I ordered a strawberry margarita for my wife. They were out of tequila so we subbed for a hurricane. $8 for an improperly made drink. We ordered a tuna avacado roll and a yellow tail roll. The yellow tail roll tasted a little old and was unusually very fishy . Needless to say we didn’t complain about either. We then ordered a chicken steak and shrimp dinner meal with salad soup and supposedly two extra shrimp for an app. Thats what the menu said. The waitress brings us our salad and soup and said the chef decided he would cook for us .. ( we were the only patrons) the price of the food was over $30 plus an extra $6 charge to share with my wife food i am paying for ? That doesn’t include sushi and drinks Anyways no complaints . The chef comes out doesnt say much cooks very bland rice under cooks the vegetables and rushes through the meats . All of which were bland barely any seasoning at all and not very impressive as far as quality. My waitress didn’t refill my drink until after i was finished eating .. we didnt stay long after being served the dinner items . I paid $59.99 total without complaining yesterday for an experience i could have paid $20 for at myabis take out and the food would have been amazing. Ive called 3 times to speak with a manager no one is there. The chef also said they didnt have sesame seeds . And only offered us white sauce or ginger with our meal. I feel that over all this place is over priced considering the quality of food and service. Would not recommend. The only reason i didn’t complain yesterday while i was there was simply because i wasnt about to ruin the energy me and my wife had over something i could call about later By far the worst hibachi i have ever experienced except for the tuna avacado it was decent

This place is just as good as Miyabi in my opinion. Prices are the same (expensive lol) the menu is the same as well. The difference is little things like the sauce or soup may be better at one versus the other. So if one is packed I suggest going to the other. They have very good customer service on the phone and in person. They have a clean facility as well. I tried to get pics before we started eating. The salmon was excellent!

I really liked this place! Came in and sat at the sushi bar, and Eduardo was quick to serve us a delicious appetizer. I ordered the NC role and it’s honestly in my top 5 favorite rolls of all time. So good! The hibachi lunch special is also really good. Great environment, highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

The food is delicious. The staff are friendly. The chef who cooked our meal was fun and engaged the kids. It was a lovely meal.

Well the whole experience was less than par. After waiting outside the establishment for an hour we where allowed to walk in and sit at the bar. After sitting at the bar that was nasty.They sat us at the corner by the entrance to the kitchen. We had stacks of dishes in front of us that no one cleaned up. We weren’t even offered a drink. After watching two family’s that came in after us get seated first, we get to our table. The young waiter which may I add was trying to be descreste about his music that was playing via his Apple Watch. We got our drinks well our waters because they where out of sweet tea and DR pepper. My buddy got a Mountain Dew and It tasted like syrup. We proceeded to order our food and have some conversations and the soups, salads, and sushi starts to come out. The waiter forgets a complete order of sushi we didn’t get wasabi or soy sauce we had to get our own and chopsticks. At this time the chef is starting to prep his station and getting ready for the show. One of the party members had salmon she didn’t get it until we where almost done because they forgot about it.. mind you at this time we had waited so long we weren’t even hungry anymore so we get to go boxes. We put our food in the boxes and as we’re doing that we see this little ROACH just make it’s way around the table. We kill if of course and I ask to speak to the managers. The manager shows up and i start to explain and show her my daily catch and she immediately offers me a discount. Mind you I wasn’t there for a free ride so I paid in full. All she needed to do was apologize for the terrible experience we just had.

The staff were so nice and friendly and the service really good. Food was fantastic. The steak veggies and rice. Excellent and the sushi was better than average 😋

Went here for prom and homecoming and both the good and service were amazing both times.

Went to Osaka in #Hopemillsnc for my birthday dinner! Food was good, they weren't busy because it was a Thursday and like 8pm. I got the steak and chicken. I recommend. Just look at the receipt because the added gratuity on our party of 3 of 15% before they ran the card. Read your receipts people.

Great place, food is amazing and the staff is very nice. This is the place is faster than fast food LOL if you don't come here for the show and just the food you get it pretty quick. And for some reason I don't care what kind of day you're having or you got a headache get some of their clear soup or maybe even a second bowl LOL it'll cure whatever you got going on. After I eat at this place I always leave full and with a smile

Servers were friendly and have me what I requested happily. I sat at the sushi bar where the filter fan over the food looked poorly maintained. The pickled ginger tasted old and molded over. The green ingredients were browning. I told the staff about the flavor and I saw them still serve the moldy ginger to other customers. I was told "we will let the management know."

Not a bad place at all. Service was wonderful. Food was good except for the egg rolls are clearly not fresh if they claim to be because one of mine was still frozen in the center. Don't think I will go back.

Always good food. One thing I noticed was a drink I used to order changed. A cherry blossom. It is too much orange juice now, and maybe not enough cherry liquor. I could not taste it.

Nice, small environment. Service was good. Sushi is ok. Calamari is NOT fresh... definitely came from a bag with lots of breading on it. Actually the worst I've had. If you are not eating Hibachi, the food appeared to be heated up again.

Use to be really good, food has went down hill a bit, steak was super chewy and salad was brown... not a very professional atmosphere either. The host was wearing sweats. Walked in and I thought he was another customer, super confused when he asked us how many. Waiter was good, just had to repeat ourselves a few times because they had air pods in...

NEVER AGAIN! Me and my husband went here for date night. My soup spoon was dirty and had something hard and sticky on it. The food was bland and disgusting. It didn't even taste like Japanese food. Service was rushed and the chef was not the best. Postive note we got seated fast. Other than that, it's a hard pass for me.

The last time I came I was leaving my tip and noticed that tip was already for 3 people at 5pm. On the menu, it said tip was added for larger parties and this is very misleading. This time my 9 y/o and I came and were told we could only sit at the grill if I ordered her an adult portion…for a 9 year old. Loved this place but over the past year customer service is very poor.

Super. Filet and shrimp is fantastic. The sushi and rolls are great. This is one of our favorite places to eat. Food and drinks for my wife and I, is around $60 plus a $10 tip. Always leave full and happy.

Overall, we give it a 9/10. Food was good. The amount of food you get is a lot, but you get a take out container. My son said his shrimp on the hibachi was a little scorched (a few of the shrimp), but they were a nice size. Hubby didn't like that a little bit of the food fell on the table while the cook handed out food off the grill. We will definitely go back. No wait to be seated on a Saturday afternoon.

Have dined in and had their take out. We LOVE getting take out when it's just my husband and I. Sushi is AMAZING! Dinner boxes are worth every penny. We both always have lunch for the next day too because it's just so much food!

Enjoyed the cook, he was very entertaining and the food was excellent. Nice atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and accomadating. We had my grandson's 25th birthday party there, it was very nice. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This Japanese restaurant has some of the best staff around, very funny and entertaining. The waiters made sure we were all served with our soups and drinks. We had a large party so we tipped them 45$ Thanks for a great time Osaka❤️🚀The food was Amazing.

Awesome experience to have dinner prepared for you at your table by a skilled Chef that also entertains while doing it!...Everyone enjoyed it and the food was excellent!! Will do this again!!!

We were seated rather quickly on a Sunday afternoon. The waitress arrived immediately and she was very friendly. Our chef did a great job entertaining my family. We were celebrating my nieces 23rd birthday and the staff made it so much fun. They played the drum and dang happy birthday. They also gave her a bowl of ice cream. The food was prepared as ordered and delicious. I had the leftovers for lunch the next day.

We had the double special with a shared bento dinner box. Everything was delicious. The presentation was elegant and the service was......cool? They where very chill. The ambiance was delightful, if possible request to be seated near the bar but not at it. They have a beautiful center piece. I won't spoil it, and it is worth a gander.
