Ordered a club sandwich meal and costed me $10 with taxes. Tasted great. The only complain I have is access to the drinks. You have to go to the counter every time to ask for a refill which takes time with lot of customers waiting in the line. Also restrooms and takes a while as well. The service is great and employees are great. Also their servers are very clean and saw one cleaning hands thoroughly before going back to service.

Consistently a bad Chic Fil-A experience. The service is slow regardless if you order ahead or you are in line. And with this slow service they have the nerve to get your order wrong. And the regular line is consistently faster than the express.

Tried the breakfast for the first time. Wasn't really a fan think I'll stuck to the lunch menu. It was packed because of breakfast with a princess. But staff was great as usual.

Love the friendly service! Also nice part of the Blvd to sit at. (The nicer side) Food is always good. I love eating outside letting let’s run around. Although on a Leah considering there is 3 I believe lines of drive through.

Hands down the worst chick fil a we've ever been to. Dirty tables, charged for extra items not received, chicken breast and fries were over cooked! Staff was nice, but this chick fil a really needs to do better. Highly disappointed, will not be returning.

Very nice staff. But, like most of them, the food was very bland. The English muffin on my breakfast sandwich was burnt and stale. My potatoes were soggy, and they tasted like old burnt fryer grease. For the money spent we might as well have gone to a nicer restaurant.

This is probably one of my favorite chick-fil-a's that I go to. Always so fast, food is always very tasty & never have an issue with accuracy. Highly recommend 10/10!

I'm rarely ever the least bit disappointed when it comes to chickfila. Friendly, prompt, fresh and to my suprise makes a good cup of coffee. I like to order the 30 count chicken nuggets meal on the app and eat on it for a few meals. The nuggets are good reheated in an air fryer. Love the app, love the rewards program, love how user Friendly it is, the options available, and the pick up process. The entire set up is impressive and innovative.

Once I placed order and they brought food to the table, no one ever asked if we needed anything. I had to go up and ask for their sauce on my sandwich. Not very friendly. Food was OK. Was their earlier in week and everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Meal was also better. Don't know what happened Wednesday. But I'll avoid them in the future.

Ordered grl club with Colby jack and just got a plain chicken sandwich with no cheese or nothing first time going to that location also will be the last time

My chicken strips were not cooked all the way. The prices were unbelievably high for what you get. Would not recommend Chick-fil-A

We like this place for a change of pace. Their chicken nuggets dipped in their special sauce have a hint of bacon flavor and are delicious. The cob salad was very good and comes with a packet of crunchy sun-dried tomatoes and red peppers hidden in the packet that plastic ware comes in, so don't miss it like I almost did.Their ice cream is worth the wait and very good!

Ordered here on doordash. Food was fresh and service was fast. They ran out of Mac and cheese so I asked for extra fries instead. They gave me extra fries and 2 free cookies. Customer service is top notch and makes sure customer is satisfied. Loved the spicy chicken sandwich it’s my favorite. Definitely the best place to eat in town! Which is the reason it’s usually packed! 10/10

This is the first chik filet I have ever been to where the workers aren’t friendly. The food was still good but the atmosphere was very different from the usual experience chik filet is known for. Not only that but unlike other stores this store also doesn’t offer military or first responder discount. Maybe because it of nearby army base? It’s only a couple dollars per visit but still it’s disappointing.

Worst drive thru line I’ve ever been to, not just as a Chik Fil A, quite literally the worst drive thru line in my life I’ve been in. I had to pull a GTA move just to get out of it. I literally had my food and was trapped because the front car was holding everyone up. Most inefficiently run place I’ve ever seen. Makes sense for Kentucky

The food use to be amazing but it’s absolute trash now! I come in and spent almost 50$ to feed 4 people & I got a grilled chicken sand which that taste like rubber!’ & the chicken didn’t even fit the bun it was on & half raw almost!! I really thought this was one place that wouldn’t go down hill sadly I was wrong! I would have taken it back & got my money but I got so upset I threw it away! Do better!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I come here it’s always somebody’s hair in my food. So I am done. The chicken is always undercooked or old. They messed up twice on my drink. They also don’t seem to be making sure everything is fresh.

The cashier with the pretty red hair was the most sweetest, friendly person! She just made our day! The manager packing the orders kept forgetting to put several peoples food in the bags including mine.

Great customer service with a smile. Everyone there seemed genuinely excited to work and loved their job which is refreshing when going to a fast food restaurant. I truly believe the Hopkinsville CFA is the best ever.

Food was great but it was the first drive thru at a Chick-fil-A that was slow most are very fast that's the only reason for 4 stars.

There are long lines EVERY TIME I go, but they are so organized. Sometimes I feel service is faster than other fast food restaurants. They're always worth the wait.

Best staff in town. Quickest service. Be sure to order on the app and just click, “I’m here” about 2 min out. And you will pull straight around for your food.

The staff was friendly and service was quick but the restaurant was not clean. Food strewn on the floors, tables needed wiped off and 2 trashcans were overflowing with food. There was plenty of staff available to take care of the dine in area but I watched 2 girls take selfies for about 10 minutes until their shifts were over. I will not return to this location.

We travel around this country ALOT and we've noted how rare it is becoming to see friendly & courteous service. Your shop goes above and beyond at making every patron feel welcome and cared for during their visit. Thanks to all y'all for being AWESOME!

I love the food here. My complaint is that the express lane needs to be EXPRESS!!!! I should not have gotten there and watched 8 cars from the drive through Lane get their food before me when I am in the express lane. The express lane is for getting served before the long line of drive through cars. I had to go to work and didn't even get to eat because I waited 20 min for my food. Its infuriating. I'll just go through the drive through next time I guess. It's obviously faster than the express lane.

Liked the food and the lemonade. Very nice staff. A little pricey though.

When I drove up to the drive thru they weren't busy, but the young woman taking orders was taking a very long time chatting with the young man ahead of me. So much so that several cars went to the next lane and had their orders placed before I was waited on. Once I was able to put my order in the young woman was not very friendly at all. When I went around to wait to pick up my order there were several other cars and I was told it would be a minute for my sandwiches, I waited and when the order was up they tried to deliver it to the wrong car. Once I left we were eating the sandwiches and notice they were tough. They were cooked through with no pink, but they really needed another few seconds in the fryer to get tender. Not a pleasant experience.

Came to cfa for my lunch break, I told the person that took my order that I had two rewards one for a fry and the other for a spicy chicken sandwich but asked if I could add on cheese and lettuce and I would pay extra. I was told yes, I also asked for a large drink and cfa sauce. I ended up having my rewards scanned and paid $4.49 , didn’t think much of us cause I had a large drink &’ add ons to my sandwich. unfortunately I didn’t check my order till I got to work due to having to make it back in time. I received an original chicken sandwich with nothing on it, no sauce, &’ a medium drink. On top of that I was charged for my fries when I had a reward for it but still got my points taken away as well. Everything was wrong besides the fries that I still ended up paying for when I had a reward. Kinda disappointed cause I live like 30 mins away and don’t get chick fil a often due to that.

Food is always great and the staff are very friendly and efficient. I am so glad that a chain restaurant stands up for Christianity and the workers feel free to share Jesus with customers!

A lot of you may not know, but, they serve chicken minis. It's a tender juicy nugget on a homemade yeast roll. They come in 4,8,20, &40 pacs. They're to die for!!!

The staff are always professional and prompt. I have yet to have my order messed up here. The drive thru can have a long line during peak hours but I feel like it gets processed pretty quickly.
