Terrible service. They forget to turn off lights and menus when they close and then get mad when ppl drive up and try to order. Retraining is definitely needed for this Sonic. Disappointing.

Terrible service. Didn't let me finish my order before they cut me off, had to ask them to add to my order. Then when they brought out my two bags of ice, they didn't say a word and practically threw it in window. Left and then came back with my food, still didn't say a word. Acted like it was inconvenience I was there. Never going here again.

Ordered 2 chili cheese dogs and then put relish on it! Gross! And I ordered a chili cheese coney combo and only got a cold uncooked hot dog with very little chili and cheese no combo! The attitude of the lady was really bad ! And she was very slow! We won’t be back for a while

Got the whole order wrong, even after repeating myself mutuple times. Complete lack of hospitality and work ethic while taking the order. But what can you expect it's hopkinsville. This is the norm around here.

Laughable- Waited 10 minutes .... Pathetic:0 Moved spots-I thought the speaker might be out. New spot, waited 5 minutes. I should have left. Today’s youth aren’t going to make it; they can’t take and deliver a burger order and make change for a 20$ In under an hour. They’re not even busy.

Only ordered a couple of Sonic Blasts. Paid extra for extra toppings. The toppings were not mixed into the ice cream, just lumped on top. When we asked about the extra toppings the supervisor on shift was extremely rude about it.

Nothing special, sonic is fast food. This particular sonic the service was not a great experience. We could not let us finish ordering without interrupting us. The food had obviously been cooked earlier in the day. The car hop was not very professional as she was more worried about talking with her friends at the table as she was getting our food to us.

First time here and wasnt the best ive had. They couldn't hear me over the speaker system so she had to come out to get my order. Not her fault, but ordering was a hassle for sure. Food was ok, although onion rings over cooked, hard. No napkins,no usual complimentary mints or receipt. Had to ask for receipt and ask for lemons again, but she did bring me a whole cup full?? Maybe that was suppose to make up for everything else being subpar.

I give them five stars except for when they don't have french toast sticks as this is then only item anyone in my family eats from there at all because theyre too expensive for bland fast food in general. Mcdonalds is less than a block away but their slushies are bangin when ordered in the app at half price.

They always do a great job at this location. My onion rings were straight out of the fryer and everything was delicious. The staff is always quick and friendly. This is one of my favorite locations and I go to several

I was craving something sweet and savory, so I decided to try Sonic. I got a cheeseburger and a Sonic Blast with Butterfinger . The cheeseburger was decent, but nothing to write home about. The Sonic Blast, however, was disappointing. It was too watery and bland. I wish I had gone to Dairy Queen instead and gotten a Blizzard. They are creamier and more flavorful, and they have a better variety of toppings. Sonic is not worth the hype in my opinion.

It's a standard Sonic. They forgot a part of our order but they quickly fixed the problem once we told them. My son is super picky and he ate all of his chicken nuggets. The pretzel sticks/bread are the best. Note, the bays on the far right (as you pull in) are TIGHT, as evidenced by all the scrapes on the menu boards.

I am a door dash driver and I have the longest wait times at this location for my customers. Earlier I waited almost 30 minutes for my customers order. And then for the second time today I am waiting for an order to deliver and it’s just a shake and I waited over 20 mins.

Usually Sonics breakfast is really good, but today I don't even know what this is. I got 2 Jr sausage breakfast burritos, and was ready to eat them when i noticed something gross hanging out of the side. At first i thought it was chicken. After looking closer I have no idea what was put into my burritos. You can see in the picture, there is sausage, chees, no egg's, and whatever this mystery stuff is. If that was supposed to be the egg, then you guys need a health inspector to make a visit. Had I eaten this and noticed it after i would truly have fears and concerns for my health. To add It has a very concerning smell. I will not be getting breakfast from here for quite a long time after this.

3 hairs in my Reese's sonic blast. Going to be filling a report with the health department. We shall save whatever evidence we need.

This Sonic is in town along hwy 41 about 5 min from I 69. Ordering was straightforward and service was fast and cheerful. Order was correct, food was great.

Get there at 9:50 to order a vanilla dish just for them to refuse to serve me 10 minutes before closing time, but had customers at the Hops waiting for food. These establishments don’t believe in making money or doing their job anymore.

12/28/22 - My double cheese burger was not good. The consistency of the meat was "mooshy", not the what I'm looking for in a hamburger. We got three meals, one with onion rings, one with tots and one with fries. The onion rings and the tots were nasty and had no salt. The fries were slightly better and had salt. Pretty much a waste of $43.

Carhop was friendly, order was wrong. Please VERIFY that the order is correct before you deliver it.

They drinks are too high some aren't worth it at all. They take 10 mins just to bring 1 drink or a cup of ice ! Pitiful

Don't expect your order to be correct. You shouldn't have high expectations for fast food but anyone with common sense could at least get close to the right food group.

West Seventh Street is or actually has become the laziest blah carhops I've ever seen they walk around like zombies or robots programmed all jokes aside with a very dry sense of humor very rude and I come there every night spend 20 or more since I had a nervous breakdown after I buried my son and had a drastic weight loss couldn't keep on weight for the longest time today I am with a person who wants me around until I can work out my situation and I'm thriving and hungry so I go there every night I have been going to the blvd more and meet is hateful but car hops aren't ! It seems at both places I would order a drink and only a drink and ppl that ordered after me food and drink have gotten their whole order before my drinks happened several times and I didn't think that was cool !

Great food. Quick service. Go during the 50 percent off time and you can eat for nothing.
