Service wasn’t like it used to be. I have always had my ham shaved for my #3 Sandwich but today it seemed to be a problem As I was talking with my Mom and said something about Marcus whom used to be the manager here they were quick to say “ Marcus doesn’t work here anymore “ well that would explain the bad service and issues with how I wanted my Ham cut for my sandwich smfh

The service is pretty bad especially the evening crew. I don’t know who manages this location but the whole team needs a lesson on customer service. You walk in they don’t even greet you they just glare and stare as if you are not welcome. Order is pretty much always wrong. Get it together folks.

Your crew that was working today needs to learn the difference between bacon that is crispy and bacon that is burnt charcoal black and they really shouldn't look at a customer like they are crazy when they say they don't want that and once it's thrown in a scrap bin another employee shouldn't pull it out and throw it back in the pan with the other bacon looking at your recent reviews you might need to work on training this was not the Jersey Mike's experience that I'm used to very disappointed🤔

Usually our favorite place to eat in town, however, the past 3 mobile orders have been wrong. It’s hard to spend $16 on a sandwich and get it home to be wrong. We are disappointed in their service recently.

Okay so I'm a little confused because I ordered a regular BLT and the girl that was dressing my Sandwich ask me if I wanted the bacon. So I thought that the BLT came with bacon because that is the name of the Sandwich. Hence bacon lettuce and tomato Sandwich. So I heard her ask the woman in front of me the same question. I'm really confused at this point as to why if you ordered the BLT, would you ask me if I wanted the bacon because clearly I did since that's the sandwich that I ordered. Can someone please help me understand this?

I gave a one star cause their customer service today was rude! My sister and I went in to get 2 giant sandwiches and they manager on duty caught an attitude cause I said we were paying separate and my sister asked for extra pickles. They girl at the register was confused and didn't give my sister the correct change! This is my first bad experience there... They also charged me for extra roast beef and didn't give me extra! Manager on duty was so rude she walked away after overcharging us. I understand everyone has off days but if a customer is nice and respectful you shouldn't be disrespectful to them!

I’ve been to a lot of Jersey Mike’s, but this one runs very smooth and the company struck gold with this manager. I watched her work while I was eating and she never missed a beat no matter how busy. Very friendly, and never forgot to greet her customers. She was multitasking like crazy and still could take an order while doing several other things, as well as help her employees. She was quite impressive to watch work. The food was good, as always at Jersey Mike’s. I will definitely eat here again.

Jersey Mike's needs to impose a limit on the number of sandwiches one person in line can order. Too many people come in with huge orders!

Food is good. The only issue is that they turn off the grill 20min prior to closing. If they are going to do that they should just close earlier and save people a drive(especially with gas inflation)

Wish they would change their change their gloves between each sub. Slicer pulled up this pants with gloves on and continued to work. They all seemed unhappy to be there. But I love their bread and meat.

We went in to get subs and waited for like 20 minutes after ordering only to be told that the gluten free bread that I ordered was frozen and they wouldn’t be able to make my gluten free sub. Very disappointed.

I first want to say I completely understand cooked to order how ever I was waiting for 30 minutes to get my sub it’s a great stop if your in a rush for lunch I would pass if you want anything from the grill the cold subs are nice and quick

With no customers in the parking lot and 3 employees, my online order of 2 sandwiches was going to take an hour. Rather ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. Better off going other places. This place is a joke!

The manager on duty was very rude. My sub was over loaded with meat and no toppings when I took my sandwich back to get the toppings she put on gloves pointed at the one mushroom and pepper that was on there and going to say " what's missing "?!😡 I wish I had took a picture. That manager needs to be trained how to handle unsatisfied customer.

Philly steak & cheese & the Ruben were the best I've tasted anywhere. OMG!! I don't even see how Subway, Fire House Subs or Jimmy John's is even in business. The comparison is not even close.

They have great subs...especially the Italian cold cut sub, but the preparers need to learn to use methods to keep the food they prepare safe. Wearing gloves is one thing criss contamination is a whole other ballgame. They should prepare each sandwich on the paper they use to wrap the finish product.

Very good sandwich. Was my first time here and my go to sandwich spot now.

That's the only place my hubby eats their sandwiches, always the Italian, he loves them, at least 1to 2 x aweek. Their are always fresh, and very tasty. Fast service too

The only reason I give them a 4 is because one meal is around $10-12 which is a lot for just a deli/fast food experience to me. Everything else was great. Jersey Mike's Subs. Just absolutely a delicious treat. I was traveling through southern KY and happened to see a few of these locations and decided to come in to eat. I got their signature, the Philly cheesesteak, just how they make it. It was by far the best Philly cheese I have had ever. The cheese was absolutely delicious and melted perfectly onto the meat. They slice all of it right in front of you and it just makes that fresh feeling all the better. I don't see how Subway stays in business with these here.
