Excellent experience today with Robert. Came in to view the Nomos selection as I had been reading about them online for several years but had never tried one on. It was clear that I was not actually in the market to purchase one yet but Robert and the staff treated us very kindly. The other lady that worked in the store entertained my 4 year old daughter and talked to my wife while Robert went through 7-8 different watches with me. Much different experience than I’ve had at other dealers in this city. In addition to Nomos, I was happy to see that they are an authorized omega dealer. We will be doing business soon and likely for a long time.

very disappointed. will update this review when I see how they handle the situation. thus far, they have lied to me and have not done what they told me they would do. UPDATE: Lewis Jewelers has admitted a mistake was made on their part. I have to admit they are doing everything they can to remedy the situation. They appear to be taking responsibility and will work with me to make an unfortunate situation, just that....unfortunate, but not intentional. I have to move from 1 star to 3 stars...will update again when all is resolved. Lewis Jewelers are TOP NOTCH!!.. While they initially made a clerical mistake, they ultimately came through by doing the right thing. I highly recommend them...the world has changed and customer service is not what it once was...BUT Lewis Jewelers are 1st class and stand above the rest.
