I have never stayed in a worse hotel room. It had a permanent stench of mold, cabinets appeared to have water damage and were swollen and falling apart. electrical sockets were loosely hanging out of the walls, half the lights didn't work. Microwave didn't work and it took 2 months of complaining to get it replaced, and when they did it was crooked. Fridge was wabbly, but hey, at least it worked, right? There were numerous bugs in the room and once I found a dying roach on the floor when I woke up in the morning. The overflow drain of the bathroom sink had a hole in it and would drain directly into the cabined it was built into. There was a small table there but they installed a wall lamp directly above it that made most of the table useless since there was a large lamp in a middle of it. The TV worked. There you go, there's one positive.

Wanted to stay for an extended time, more than a year.... Got a decent rate, which was nice. However, I paid for an entire week and my first night, the cable didn't work, there was an abundance of highway noise as the seal around the door was basically non-existent, so sleep was intermittent, and the dresser in the room would not stay closed at all.... But the biggest thing for me was the fact I found a cockroach in my bed when I woke up.... that was it for me... so I found an alternate extended stay hotel and got checked in there, but I had to wait until 11 before the office opened to attempt a request for a refund for my unused days. Now when I checked in, I was asked to go inspect the room myself, which I did, and I found nothing out of the ordinary so i accepted the room. With that said, the office manager sent a cleaning person up to the room to "verify" my insects claim, and they came back saying there were no insects. Roaches tend to hide in the light and come out when it's dark. I was refused a refund for my unused days because they couldn't see any roaches during their "inspection". The person at the front desk cited "company policy" for a discretionary decision. Overall, if i had to choose a hotel again, I'd head the other reviews and go elsewhere... but if you are willing to deal with a few issues, including bugs, then by all means. Otherwise, you'll probably be more comfortable going elsewhere.

Do not stay here if you have kids, a group of older white men living at this hotel will likely approach them to talk, with what I’m assuming are bad intentions. The same guys are constantly patrolling the neighborhood near by around the same time school busses pick up and drop off kids. They’re usually on bike, but they’re sometimes in a black four door Nissan and occasionally a tan colored suv. One of them is always walking around the hotel at night acting weird. Employees working at this hotel don’t seem to have a problem with this behavior. My kids were terrified.

If you’re looking for an affordable place then this is your go to.. the room looks NOTHING like the pictures online, roaches in room, bathtub faucets leaked the whole 2 weeks I stayed, drugs on property, rooms smells like mildew, have to pay attention to your surroundings especially at night.. kids running unsupervised at 2-3am up and down the halls and stairs, trash all over property, fridge in room didn’t get cold had to throw away food.. this was one of the the worst extended stays I have ever stayed at. Just horrible!

As of October 14, 2021 New property management Ms. Kimberly is very Rude, unaware and has very little business skills. The hotel once was okay but now it’s trash. Cops are always being called rooms are poor and outdated and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Did you bring blue light and checked room to see how clean they were? Don't be scare. Next time you'll bring disposable pillow and blanket.

This stay was decent enough. The rooms needed a little sprucing upon arrival, but my husband and I brought sanitizing wipes and cleaned up before we made ourselves at home. The TV had a blue hue we weren't able to get rid of, but we didn't watch too much anyway. The fire alarm system kept going off one night, but we overlooked that since it wasn't really their fault. My one real complaint was the smell. I don't know how to describe it, but it was wretched and I feel like it clung on to all of our belongings. Just a forewarning. Overall we were pleased with price for the weekly stay, we loved having a kitchen and the location was very convenient.

I'm in a premium room and there is a lot of storage space. The room is clean and the place is pretty quiet. The only downside is that only an adult is allowed to have a key so I have to make sure I'm there before my son's

Car break ins… my car was broke into windows smashed. After finding out this happens everyday here. No security police even said they come out here every couple days. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Mold in rooms humid smell. Employees at front desk horrible. They been working there for months and years will lie and say they just started. They act surprised about the break ins so either long term guess or employees or in on it.

We kept our room clean and they put us out because we supposedly were over occupied, but there were only three of us. They don't allow your kids to be kids. My son and his friends couldn't even sit outside 😞. It's just disappointing because we paid on time and caused no trouble at all. There are 2 good spirits Ms.Toni and Ms.Syliva if they are there you will definitely feel welcome and they will definitely attend to your concerns. InTownSuite treat your guess better.

Intown suites very cool place to stay the management. Very cool. Miss Toni very professional, and very kind and miss Sylvia. The night lady is very cool so far my stay here has been cool. Nothing bad to say great access to the freeway and the mall. I’m still here. I have been here about four months so far so good.

If you have the extra, spring for an upgraded room! The pictures online are for an upgraded room. The manager was kind enough to let me see a room first that wasn’t upgraded and it was a huge difference. No issues.

In this location they focus on being in your business instead of anything else. This is the only location that wants to barge in once a week or twice a week. At every other inn town I've stayed at... they only have knocked on my door to spay for bugs. Get your priorities straight management.

My room smelled like smoke and urine. Everything was super dirty and falling apart. I mopped twice a day and cleaned the walls from top to bottom and aired out the room everyday. Some outlets did not work and the place was plain filth. Upgrading the unit would do a big difference.

Literal roach motel. Roaches everywhere. The kitchen, bathroom, and under the AC are water damaged. If you walk around barefoot in the "clean" room, the bottom of your feet will be black. My door is bent and looks like someone has tried to kick it in. Only 1 eye on the stove top works. The curtains do not block any light around the edges (terrible for night shift work). They only have office hours from 11am to 6pm so if you get into town after 6pm, you have to stay somewhere else until the morning. They have a "no refund" policy I'm sure because of the condition of the rooms. Never had any trouble with other guests, but I feel like I should not keep any visible possessions out inside my car. THERE IS NO REASON YOU SHOULD STAY HERE OVER AN AFFORDABLE AIRBNB WITH SHARED BATH. At a similar price, airbnb's are way better. I'm here just hoping to stay out the rest of my pre-paid week then move.

Michelle has gone above and beyond in Customer Service Needs! She was so helpful and understanding of our needs and offered several options at making best decision regarding our extended stay! She is a true asset to In Town Suites!

Less than one star. Staff is very creepy, looking for any reason they can to get in your room, snoop around, be nosy and peep. "Random" safety checks, pest control that doesn't need to be there that often, lies from the front desk and hiding paperwork with information you need/not giving it to you, a manager named Tony who's attitude is ugly and "I am corporate" is all you'll hear from her if you have an issue and want to bring it up to someone else. Rooms have gaps in the front doors bigger than I've seen before. Wifi is very very slow. Do not stay here, I don't trust they don't have microphones and hidden cameras in their rooms.

Poor is an understatement for this hotel. Wasted over 3 hours in booking this hotel online and after reserving the hotel for 2 weeks and reaching there and providing them with booking id they refused to give us any room and told us there is no booking in our name . Disgusting hotel staff and pathetic hotel .Dont ever book this .

I'm currently staying at this place now and although I do have an upgraded room and it's nice. Today housekeeping came and cleaned my room and now my daughter's cell phone is missing and the lady at the front desk called the lady that cleaned my room and all she could say was she didn't see it but I know for sure she left it on the bed because I told her too
