My son is nearby at MD Anderson getting treatment. I try to come here daily just to walk and get my mind relaxed and feeling peaceful. It's a nice place during the day.

Love it. We will circle back after we finish visiting other bike trails. It's wonderful like Oyster creek parks biking trail but bigger and better. Ha!. Don't debate me on this.

Beautiful park and walking paths within, surrounding a gorgeous lake area. Amazing views and very clean.

Came here for the first time I’m a 5 yr resident! Awesome place to have a clear bike ride, parking is free and has even an air pump and water stations. Can feel hotter because of the concrete I personally enjoy the extra burnout from that!

Very nice park. Hardly anyone there when we went. We went on the short trail and we had a great time. So glad there is still some wildlife in the city

Very nice bike trail system. Many many ways to explore and ride on clean, well paved, wide bike trails. Joins up with the Columbia Tap Rail Trail, which offers even more options. Nice parking with a public restroom and shady parking spots. They have made some great improvements to the area

It's a lovely peaceful sight, while being out there the community always speak even in passing. I love hearing and watching the multiple varieties of birds and fish that live there. It's also real cute to see how many beautiful flowers randomly spark up throughout seasons.

As I took my walk down Mason Park Trailhead, I was amazed at how well kept and clean it is. A big shout out to your littler pick up crew for maintaining the view/park clean and enjoyable.

Great place to have lunch, walk a trail or two and just vibe with the scene. It's peaceful, well kept and feels safe. I'd do it again!

Decent place to run! Pavement is balanced good for long distance runs. Little to no shade so bring glasses!

I love walking along the lower berm where I'm closer to wildflowers and birds and further from the busy Braeswood Blvd traffic - Weather permitting, because it can get soggy too soon after a rain. I also use the street level bike path to cycle to various destinations. It's why I moved to the area (selecting a place on the south side, which is higher elevation so I've never flooded).

Nice park to take your dog for a good walk or run. Great trails, good atmosphere, and friendly. I did not see an area where it was fenced in to allow you to remove the leash, though. So this wouldn't be the place to go if you are looking to have a place to play with your pup leash free. I will be returning.

My go to fishing stretch for carp catfish and talapia. Mullet are always jumping and gar splash and surface. There's many youtube videos on how to fish here. Find a parking spot and go for a long walk. Be cautious if rain is expected as these channels can flood. Even the wife enjoys it!
