Excellent customer service, Katie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with helping us with our selection. Katie sent us pictures and helped give us ideas for the perfect engagement ring for us. The store has a huge selection of jewelry and what they don't have they can order and have it brought in for you to look at.

Katie and the staff at Valobra provided amazing service from the moment I walked in. The showroom is beautiful and full of incredible jewelry. While I was in to replace a stone in my ring, I know I’ll be back. They were kind and assured my repaired would only be a few days while other places had said I’d have to be without for weeks. Sure enough, my ring was ready when they said. I was extremely impressed of how they cleaned up my diamonds and the band, I just can’t say better things about this jewelers!

I love this store. It is absolutely beautiful and is arranged and lit in a lovely, bright way to display the jewelry. Just a feast for the eyes. The jeweler resized some rings for me and they look gorgeous. Wow is all I can say! Samantha was an absolute pleasure to work with and was thorough and attentive to my wants and needs. I had 11 pieces of jewelry repaired, resized, diamonds replaced, and a new white gold necklace (with 16" and 18" loop capabilities) and it was less than $500!! I first discovered Valobra and Franco in New Orleans and was thrilled to find there would be a new store opening in Houston. We have had several watches repaired as well as numerous rings resized, cleaned, and repaired. I also love their jewelry and selection and the ability to have pieces custom designed. From start to finish, Kristi & the entire Valobra team were nothing short of amazing! They transformed my grandmother's vintage wedding band into a gorgeous custom engagement ring and band. We wanted to add an anniversary ring to my wedding set and I had a requirement of it including ten diamonds to represent our ten year anniversary. I spent a lot of time searching the internet and realized it's not common for rings to come with an even amount of stones so we decided to have one custom made. We picked Valobra because of their solid reviews and couldn't be more thrilled with our decision. When we went in Katie sat down with us and listened to what we were hoping to achieve (a crown style ten diamond ring to fit on top of my wedding set) and after what felt like only a few minutes of sketching out possible ideas she had nailed the design better than I could have imagined. The whole process took three weeks and Katie kept us in the loop throughout. When we went to pick up the ring we were completely blown away, it is absolutely stunning. The jeweler did an amazing job of not only making Katie's design a reality but matching it perfectly to my wedding and engagement rings to make the most beautiful set. I had a loose diamond set here and cannot recommend this place enough. Buying a perfect setting for the diamond was almost as nerve racking as buying the diamond itself. I went to several other nice jewelers but none provided the level of customer service as Valobra. They walked me through all the fine details of my diamond and helped me custom design a setting that was made by their in-house jeweler. It was ready in less than 2 weeks and looks amazing. I never felt nervous or anxious about working with the staff or what the final product would look like. They sell a lot of very, very high-end custom jewelry (they actually let me hold a 30ct diamond) but they made me feel like their most important customer, even given the relatively paltry sum I was spending. Thanks, Valobra, you've a customer for life.

Impeccable service and spectacular jewelry

Valobra was an unexpected, excellent surprise! I am new to Houston and had randomly selected another jeweler in the Midtown/Montrose area to get a sterling silver ring sized. The jeweler said he couldn't size the ring and couldn't give a recommendation for someone who could. Later that day, I passed Valobra while running other errands in the neighborhood and decided to stop in to ask if they could do it. The service was thorough and superb. I received customer service from 3 different staff members; all were sweet, helpful, professional, and fun! One of the staff members even has her perfect, beautiful dog there and she greets customers at the door. These guys are THE full-service jeweler to see; it is worth giving them your business, no matter what part of this enormous city you live in.
