It is supposed to be a place for us to enjoy the nice and delicious foods and having fun time with my family. However, I just can not get over how unhygienic the place can be. I guess the place is always busy and constantly been occupied by incoming customers where there is no time for staff to clean the area on time.

Went in through drive through. The drive through section only had one car so it was empty. We go in, ready to take our order and there’s no one taking our order through the mic. Another car pulls up through the other drive through and they get their order taken first. We then wait a few more minutes before deciding to drive up directly to the pay through window. The worker there apologises and says how something came up and cars came from everywhere. However, there was only 2 cars when we arrived. So..??? We then finally manage to get our order. But she gets our order wrong. So.. Ty for that 👍

Never had a bad experience at this McDonald's. The food is always hot, and comes out fast. The workers are also very helpful and kind, I have never had a bad experience, and I have nothing to complain about.

Useless, Went for a quick breakfast date with my partner. Ordered at the same on different machines as it won't let you order 2 deals at once. My food took so long to come out my partner had already finished eating. The manager was a bit rude and no apology or any combination offered. Wasn't even busy at the time we were the only two people in there.

Quite disappointed when I went to this McDonald's restaurant, it was just GROTESQUE, AS YOU CAN SEE THE PICTURE AND VIDEO I TOOK AND POSTED with this post feedback...sadly to say that my uber eats delivery had to be canceled due to excessive amount of wait time ⏲️ 😕 it was dirty and filthy inside the whole restaurant, the station where the employees worked was a mess and unhealthy for food preparation. GROTESQUE

We’ve been ordering food here sm times and every time we miss stuff in our orders like cheeseburger, condiments especially fries. Today (Thursday 24th August) we had a big order w 7 fries and we only got 5, & the 5 fries we got weren’t even full they looked like small fries and we ordered large and medium. Then we ordered the large share box ($50) which is supposed to come with 4 Big Macs and 2 cheeseburgers and we got no cheeseburgers. I also paid for 2 extra sweet&sour sauce and got none like what is this guys When we pay for stuff, we are expect to get what we paid for.

I was overcharged when i bought some food there,i only noticed when i checked my account balance,i then went back and explained the situation to the Manager,and she resolved the issue amicably. To the Manager i would like to say a BIG THANK YOU,you treated me with respect and dignity and i felt very welcome. Please keep up the good work !!!!!!!!

Fast food completion, nice staff but the general area in the store was a bit dirty and hadn't been cleaned up in a while.

I understand the food isn’t going to come out looking like on the ads but come on! My cheeseburger looked like it sat shoved in someone’s glove box with the rest of the stuff that never sees the light of day. It was drier than a jandal and came almost folded in half. This was late at night going through the drive. The lady who served me was lovely though. One of the nicest I’ve come across. She made up for the below average food.

If you arrive early enough during the school holidays the place is empty and it is great.

I ordered Mcflurry today at lunch time, then while eating I noticed flies in the cup. I went to one of the crew then she called the manager. The manager asked what the problem of the food (in a strictly manner) then I showed the the insect in the cup. Then she went back to her desk without single word to me. I told the staff that her lady manager is very good (sarcastic way) in handling customer service. I recommend to this place to train their staff how to handle customer properly, especially the manager. Really poor customer service. Consumer should deserved good customer service here in New Zealand.

Quick and easy food. But you MUST check your orders BEFORE leaving. Twice now, I've ordered 20 pieces of nuggets only to go home and find a single box of 10.

Order dinner that included 10 piece chicken nuggets. Order came without chicken nuggets, no one answering phone. Can't go to store as we are isolating due to covid
