Location is 5 min walk from the beach. We had a room in the back, so no street noise. To my surprise, I could not pay with my MasterCard which was very inconvenient. Beds are a bit hard and pillows are too thick but that's of course a very personal perspective

Do NOT get a massage from the spa. I had to walk away midway through the massage. I kept saying I was in pain (for example, the masseuse would press down hard on my kidneys), then she would laugh and continue to do the same thing. I'll have bruises everywhere. I told the owner that the masseuse really needs to listen because she was hurting me. The owner responds with "No. You're wrong. It's supposed to hurt for 2 days." My family owns a salon, I've gotten massages in several countries and have never been told that bruises during massages are fine.

TLDR: cheap hotel, noisy street, pool chems will destroy your hair, comfy beds, and clean rooms. Save the headache and go somewhere else. Pros: Affordable, clean rooms, good air con, close to the beach and some night markets, and very friendly/professional staff members. Con: Pool chemicals are imbalanced, noise leaked from the outside street during the late night, the bathroom would occasionally leak sewer gas, and the proprietor of the establishment seems to have forgotten what customer service is. If you are a solo traveler or a couple on a budget then this hotel should be fine for you, but if you are a family and have children then I would probably look for a room elsewhere. The pool is a nice looking and comfortable one, however if you are blonde or you have had hair treatments done then you should be wary taking a dip. My girlfriend and I took a swim and as we were drying off from swimming we noticed that her hair had suddenly taken on a pastel green color apart from her blonde. From my basic pool knowledge this means the pool chems are out of balance - most likely the copper or magnesium levels/anti algae chems…but hey it’s not my job to test the pH balance of each pool I go into. We talked to the staff about this issue and they hooked us up with the owner. All we wanted was a simple apology and perhaps a sign or something to warn future people so they wouldn’t have their hair potentially ruined, but the owner insisted that it was ours and out hair dressers fault, that this problem has never happened, and that she uses a pool company to manage it like everyone else. She eventually gave a half*ssed apology, “sorry but it’s your problem”. Here’s the thing though, we have gone swimming in countess chlorinated pools in E. Asia and S.E. Asia and neither one of us have had an issue until today - so it is definitely your pool’s problem, not ours or our hairdresser. At the end of the day there are countless other hotels in the area around the same price point with the same level of comfort…go somewhere else.

Choose this place if you want to be denied check-in because the reservation doesn't appear in their system and they're fully booked, leaving you stranded. They blamed Agoda for the mistake, but during the half-hour I was sitting there looking for a new hotel, two more groups of guests were denied, including some that booked on traveloka and trip.com. Then they blamed their agency that handles the booking, doing everything to could to deny responsibility. I also disliked the fact that many guests and staff were walking inside without a face mask.

The room I had was so hot. It takes so long to cool down. I had the AC on for over an hour and it was so miserable. If you're going to have a hotel in a hot weather you need good AC. Now 2 hours of AC 🔥

The reception staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly and professional. This stay is great. The only thing I don’t like is that there are many ants in the room🐜

2 Stars because staff tries their absolute best. Super friendly, helpful, patient. Big shoutout👍👍👍👍. Apart from that I can't recommend this place. We stayed 2 nights. First morning my daughters shoes were soaking wet because the fridge leaked. So we spend half a day finding new ones. Trying to blow dry them the blowdrier died after 2 minutes. We had our nap and all of a sudden the AC made a little waterfall in our bag... Sooooo there goes dry clothes. Also the shower curtain had BIG mould stains on it. The sink splashes water everywhere when you turn on the water. We got a room the floor above, with a fantastic view on the power lines. Don't let your child run free cause the door to the fire escape was wide open, also don't use the handrail going down. There's a wide gap from first to second handrail. The noise level was manageable but if you're a light sleeper you might find it distressing. At checkout I asked for a partial refund and after a little discussion it was granted. Again. Staff is awesome.

Not a bad hotel for 3 ***, but it's like 4****. Convenient location for beach and nightlife. No elevator to the 3rd floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Cute cat. Cozy pool. The room is comfortable and comfortable, there is a balcony.

Great location close to bars and restaurants. The room was huge with a full size refrigerator, a hot tub and a large balcony. There were also real plates and silverware! The pool area is really nice. And the laundry service is very inexpensive. The staff is awesome and super friendly. Cons: The water pressure was low and I ran out of hot water when filling the hot tub. And there is no elevator. Still a great value. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms is kind of small but location compensates for that. If you want quiet, pick a poolside room. Staff is lovely and friendly, used laundry service twice.

Yet another superb stay in this gem of a hotel. Bawm (บอม), the manager, and ALL the team are friendly, hospitable, and highly professional . My room was a good size and well designed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool is great. It is conveniently located. For me, a stay in Hua Hin = a stay in the Anchan! It wouldn't be the same elsewhere.

great hotel for your money. great location. Great value. pool is good. jacuzzi is nice. i've stayed many times and this is a reliable hotel. the bed is very soft. There is noise at night from the bars but I know to expect this and bring ear plugs.

Very clean, nice place. Staff are great. I spent a week there. Get the poolside room if you dont want to be kept up with street music to 2am.

Location is perfect for the nightlife just a few meters away, and walking distance to the beach too, everything is close by. Choose one of the pool view rooms located at the back of the property if you want to catch some sleep before 02:00 when the bars at the front close down and the music stops

Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff, good and clean facilities, nice pool and bar. Location might be an issue for some. It is right on the red light district, with lots of very loud bars right next to it going on until the early hours of the morning. However, it is also near to the beach and lots of nice places and the neighborhood has a much nicer ambience to the nightlife.

Very good service, every one tries to make your stay nice and takes care you 24/7, excellent location. Next laundry is 20 Meter, next pub 2 meter, Nightmarket starts around 250 meter. Got a room to the garden, with closed door to the terrace, noiseless. The terrace from the room was phantastic, huge place to relax with 2 sun lounger, a chair and a desk. Can sleep longer and enjoy. With the hotelroom there have been some minor things, it`s the reason to vote 4 and not 5 star. The mattress is much to hard, especially when you are on the more weighty side and have minor problems with your back. I have been in many other hotels and never had problems with sleep. The service put another thin overlay on it, but that was insufficient. I was already despaired, but than i put the overlay from the sun lounger on the mattress, that helped. The bath is huge and modern, but the aromatizer i didnt like. No elevator but it's only 1st floor, if i got that right. However, if you like harder mattresses, i can highly recommend this hotel.

Nice little boutique hotel in the heart of the action. Great being able to walk to the bars restaurants and beach. Staff were lovely and friendly! Food is nice! We had the spicy pork with basil and pad Thai. Also the breakfast was nice. See you again next year!! No 31!

This hotel was top notch! The staff couldn’t be more welcoming especially Natalie (Sarave). The room was great. The pool was so relaxing in the back area which was like a sun trap until around 3pm. Would highly recommend if you visit Hua Hin. The only minor thing was the karaoke singers from the restaurant next door were really loud until the early hours of the morning (we was awake anyway though) but that is been picky.

Great massage. I didn't stay at the hotel but I visited the spa. I had a 90 minute oil massage. Great massage, ni sexual bothering. All massage rooms have showers so I could clean myself from all the oil. Have a look at the pictures, the rooms are very nice. And the price is very good. Just slighly more expensive than the low budget massage parlors. 1 hour oil massage is 400 baht. The price is totally worth it. I haven't been to one of the high class spas, but for me this is the best one in Hua Hin.
