Great place. Hidden down small Soi 106 which adds to its quaint feeling. Good Latte, especially for the price. We also had a dirty Latte that was good, but a bit gimmicky. The beef graprao and omlete was delicious. Very extensive menu. Looking forward to going back. Parking on the street and a few spaces in a small parking area.

The food is surprisingly good! My husband doesn’t like Thai or fusion food in general but he finished his beef&omlette on rice! He said the food was perfect! I enjoyed my chilli prawns but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Overall it was nice. We like the coffee and I think the price is fair. The cafe is lovely, well decorated and welcoming. ❤️ great job! We will definitely come back again on our next visit in Hua Hin.

Would totally recommend! Had both breakfast, coffee, and lunch at the cafe while working for 4 hours. Everything I ordered tasted great. Atmosphere was quite pleasing for working. Parking is available for 3-5 cars at the premise.

Not a lot of cafes can cook very well but this Row House got it perfect! It’s simply marvelous, the style, coffee, drinks, food and desserts. Prices are friendly as well as the staff. We’re glad to have found this hidden gems. I highly recommend dirty matcha. It’s intense yet pleasant for a matcha lover. Cakes were also delicious and not too sweet. Will be our favorite one to visit frequently.

We stopped in for a quick coffee and ended up ordering from their extensive menu. Everything was excellent, delicious and well presented. The staff give great service as well (even bringing my toddler boy a glass of cherry tomatoes, on the house, once they heard he liked them).

Be mindful of the menu here. Not accurate as to what you will receive. Ordered Americano on the iced coffee page. This was received. Ordered hot caramel macchiato from hot coffee page. Received iced caramel macchiato. As for the meal, ordered chicken omelette fried rice. Came out completely covered in 1000 island dressing. This was not pictured on menu or described. I wanted a refund, no refunds apparently. I lost my appetite but wife wanted to stay. Owner was not accommodating and we will not return. Buyer beware.

Outstanding array of coffee drinks, teas, waffles, and food. Hip atmosphere, friendly service. I am ready to come back again because there was so much more on the menu than can be experienced in a single visit!

Great little airconditioned cafe off the main strip. Coffee is great. Food is really good with a big menu and lots of cakes to have with your coffee. Good spot to sit down and get some work done... gets busy at lunchtime on a weekend.

My favorite food place in Hua Hin, all the beverages and food are so delicious 💛 Also the portions are big, so you have absolutely no chance to leave this charming place hungry or unsatisfied! Small busy cafe. This cafe serves both beverages and one dish menu. Park on the street. It is quite busy because the cafe has been joining the together thai travels government project which is quite rarely found a business (cafe) to join with.

Nice place for novelty coffee and dessert. Their signature coconut cake in a box is worth trying, it is very soft with young coconut and creamy topping, and best of all not very sweet.

Cafe hopper shouldn't miss this cafe especially when you're looking for some place with a delicious dish. A presentation of loft & industrial will charm and draw you to while away for entire day. We got Green Tea Mint Chip (add coffee) frappe, Ice Rowcal Coffee and a recommended menu which is Spaghetti Sour Curry with Veg Omelet that was absolutely amazing(**must try). Apart from this, they also have a special drip coffee which presented is a large varieties process to offer for a cafe enthusiast. So if you are looking for a Cafe that gather with a wonderful coffee, mouth-watering dishes and cozy vibe Row Hou8e Cafe might be your ans.

Not recommended! Had a coffee there - it was no good at all, if not bad. Equipment is cheap, beans or the dirtiness of equipment provided harsh taste, recipes and techniques are poor. Cake was not fresh

Lovely tucked away “hidden” cafe with a great variety of food, sweets and drinks. So many ways to enjoy your coffee. Very good atmosphere to spend time and relax. They have spent great care to make it a wonderful green space. Even has hostel accommodation upstairs too.

Quaint & quite cafe. Food and Coffee was unexpectedly very nice. Had black spaghetti, signature lava toast and ice coffee. Service was great. All in all a relaxing time with great food. AC & Wi-Fi available. Instagrammable place.

Very nice and affordable place, especially for breakfasts if you happen to stay in the inn itself or hang around the area. It is in a rather quiet area and the atmosphere is pretty chill inside. Highly recommended!

Good little cafe with nice air con. Small walk from the main road, not too bad. Has both Thai & foreign food options and pretty good coffee. Nice staff with limited English. Seemed like it took forever for my plain croissant to come out - maybe they take too much care in serving picture perfect food.

Too many mosquitoes both indoor and outdoor. The indoor area smell like mosquito spray which made us sick. Food is maybe fine but too sweet for Rice and Beef, like 5-6/10. Coffee is so so.

Coffee and cake are so good! We ordered Caramel dirty and Blueberry cheesecake. The cake is so tasty, not too sweet, good quality. Dirty is very nice, smoothly blended with caramel. There's parking lot. Recommended!!

The best I have ever had in Hua Hin. I didn’t expect the food is that good because I thought it’s a cafe. Yet, they offer wide range of food and drink. You can easily accommodate your family and friends. I would highly recommend it to people who want a comfortable and taste authentic Thai food!

Looks great inside and out but unfortunately the food and service is not the same. Unwelcoming staff, no smile and long wait times. And no the food was not worth the wait.

This a true hidden gem in Hua Hin for another cafes with awesome food for any meal of your day. I always come here for breakfat for the delighted start of the day. The local coffee with coconut jelly is my recommendation. on top of that, dishes with crispy pork or shrimps are the best. No wonder why their rank are great.

There is a small parking lot, all cakes are made by myself, not very sweet, coffee has a hand punch and a machine, Colombian ice hand punch is delicious, indoor air conditioning and outdoor natural wind are available, which exceeds my expectations.
