Location (4/5) : the hotel located a 5-mins drive to Jomtien Beach and it's convenience spot , close to 7-11, Family Mart and local restaurant. Room (4/5): Deluxe Premier Room (#808). The previous comment about my stay that the room no #608 had the bad smell from the sewer. It's improved, the room #808 has no bad smell from the sewer. The negative comment is only the room lay out, the bed is located closed to the door and it's a bit noisy when the room next door, shut the door. There are free space left in a middle of the room. Service/ Staffs : Well trained and they have a lovely service mind.

Earth-toned low-priced hotel with 8 storeys. The room comes with comfortable bed, study desk, safe lock, flat screen TV, balcony. It can be quite a distant from the beach front. The service is generally fine. The place is out of nowhere, but there is a local eatery next door. The breakfast includes one choice of vegetarian dish, unlimited breads, salads, juice, coffee. When I had breakfast in the dining room, there were lots of flies, so I complained. Rather than taking care of the place, she merely responded that during this time of year, flies are common, How unprofessional!!

Do not get a room near the junction very noisy.its a bit far from everything . But it has a family mart 711 and Landry close to it

there is a chain of these with similar standard themes. clean fresh rooms and low price. 711 and tops across the road. Beach is a few minutes away. Thai888 law staff have stayed in various B2s across Thailand. They are good, convenient and priced accordingly.
