Very kind and professional immigration physician. The process was smooth and everything is nearby. Received the information sheet right after the exam to update my application for PR. The results were sent to IRCC very fast as well. I have booked here pretty randomly, but I highly advise coming here even if you live in downtown or centretown. It’s worth the time.

I arrived quite early for my appointment but they were able to take me in pretty much immediately. They gave very clear and detailed instructions, confirmed the appointment by email and text. Told me all the steps I needed and what the expected timelines would be. Very much recommend. The reception staff as well as Dr. Li were all impeccable! My only issue is I wish they had shared the location/names of the X-ray and blood test partner labs ahead of time so I could have booked appointments. As walk-ins, the x-ray (CDN Labs) place had a 40 min wait and the blood test place (LifeLabs) was another 90 min wait. But that's obviously not in their control so I can hardly fault them on that.

They provide a high-level professional service and they're are so helpful. Since I am a Quebec residence and drove to Ottawa from Quebec, Dr. Li helped me to finalize all my tests during the day by rescheduling my appointment. He and his team was so kind and helpful during the visit. I highly recommend Immigration Doctors Ottawa to every immigrants who need a medical service.

Amazing job for immigration medical check! They provide professional, high efficient, great quality service. Especially the staff Cici, who is easy going, reliable and greatfully dedicated. For my mother's case, there was a misunderstanding between IRCC and their medical department, which affacted our case. Cici was not only informative, and also did her best to communicate with IRCC, and provided professional suggestion to us. Moreover, she followed up with the progress a few days later to seek if any further assistance is needed. She doesn't have to do this but she did. Now my mum passed her medical check, and I would say a big thank you here. Highly recommended.

I have no issues. I had no wait for my medical. Arrived a few minutes early and was greeted and the process was started immediately. Reception was friendly and made me feel comfortable, the Dr. was also friendly and not intimidating. It all went really quick. Before leaving the receptionist let me know what I needed to do next with an alternate option for x-ray, explaining that the location I was going to was sometimes a long wait. I appreciated the thought!

Excellent experience! We are family of 3 people from Quebec city. We traveled to Ottawa to have exam combining with a trip. We had examination for Immigration on 02/08/2022. Dr. Li is very friendly and very professional. The Secretary is also nice and supportive. From making appointment, service, and support during the exam are perfect. Almost no waiting time. Although we have to move to other clinic for blood test and Xray test, they are convenient and quick. The result was submitted quickly. Strongly recommend without any doubt.

I received an Immigration Medical Exam and I had a pleasant experience. I was accepted earlier than my appointment time and the two ladies promptly helped me despite dealing with other clients. Dr. Li was nice, gentle, and was also very quick to see. I was given a few documents including one which showed me how to get to the partner x-ray business and the nearest blood testing location. All in all, highly recommend Dr. Li and his wonderful team.

Quick, friendly and efficient service. :) Note that the blood work and the x-ray have to be done at different nearby clinics. So factor in some waiting time for your visit. It took me about an hour and 15 minutes to get everything done, and I got my results after two days.
