Other than the swimming pool and the location there is nothing nice about this accomodation. The staff is rude, the coffee included in the breasfast is horrendous. The room has not been cleaned for us, there were empty and half emty bottles in the cabinet in our room. The shower door fell on us. I recommend searching for other locations.

This place is hard to find if you are using a GPS. Go to the castle and head West. Look for signs posted on poles (white signs, red lettering). It's about 13 km past the castle and completely surrounded by wilderness. The place is pretty clean, and the views are breathtaking. The restaurant is OK, the pool is awesome, but there is no AC. Room gets pretty warm.

Location and building are nice, but the staff treats you like you’re constantly doing something wrong. Also, the restaurant is mediocre at best. I’d find other places to stay at.

The pensions is well located into the mountains, it has nice views, a lot of green space around it and it is clean. The only negative remark I could make is that they bragged that they have a pool table, a tennis table and darts but when we got there we saw the tennis table broken, the pool table covered and used as a buffet table and no darts. That was disappointing.

This is how our toilet ( groom and bride) looked like when we checked in! I went to them and asked for a propper cleaning and all I got from the cleaner was cold looks and disgust because I dared to mention that this is not a clean bathroom. She washed again the toilet ( removed the chewing gum and cleaned the toilet seat but did not remove the faeces from the inside) and the shower was scrubbed with bleach. She did not touch the sink at all. The room was cleaned but one of my guests had on their "clean" pillow dirt! The location itself is amazing, the food as well and the toilets from the restaurants were clean. The owner is by far the worst manager I've ever met! He rented the same rooms to us and other people and asked me to move some of my guests to another place 10 km away when we arrived at the location in our wedding day. He kept trying to blame different people ( employees and guests that came in a bigger number than they informed ) for his mistake but I found out ( and saw on the other groups phones the confirmation/conversation from himself with regards to renting the place at the same date with us). Moreover he did not have the guts to inform the people in person or by phone and did not show up for a talk.

Had a reservation here tonight and when we arrived the front gate was locked and no one was there to greet us. Only a friendly 90 kg sheep dog greeted us. After 45 min of trying to open a gate locked from the inside, we gave up and went to a hotel in the edge of Hunedoara. Stay away from this place.

well , never accept apartament! accommodatio is maybe 1* ! i think they dont clean the rooms properly, found hair for a whole wig plus toilet dirty ! we accepted to stay just because had no other option ! really they need to a big refresh from lobby to rooms ! food : from 4 ppl 2 of us had next day food poisoning from carbonara and beens dishes! awfull experience when supposed to be a nice holiday ! single plus is the pool even is smells very strong a chlorine! never again if the owners dont invest in this place to improve everything in this place .

Horrible swimming pools. They pump industrial quantities of chlorine into the water hoping to annihilate what otherwise most probably could become the breeding grounds of the next pandemic. The food is disappointing and the older staff rude. Not worth visiting.

Best "get-out-of-crazy-city-life" option around... during weekdays it's the best. Might get really busy during week-end as it's extremely popular. For a quick bite after swimming I recommend plăcintă țărănească... Clean and tidy... 20Ron admission fee

Beautiful place, the owner kept the indoor pool open and waited for us even though we were 2 hours late because of the fog. The rooms are the warmest I’ve ever been into, lovely cosy place.

Beware of price scam. Order online, its chipper and the front desk lady won't be able to make money on you. Other than that, it is a pleasent place to stay, in a remote, but peaceful location. Parking free and beakfast is included :)

Great food, beautiful landscape, nice staff but horrible management. We booked 5 double rooms and when we checked in we only got 3. The other 2 have been passed to other customers without our permission or even knowledge.
