This location has great customer service and the drive thru is relatively quick. Our order has always been correct. I have no complaints and would recommend this location.

The owner of this Taco Bell is extremely rude he runs the drive through window. The last few times we have been there he has insulted us and talked down to us for no reason we didn’t say 2 words to him we will never go there again. Absolutely awful old man he shouldn’t be allowed to have a restaurant. I can’t believe this place still gets customers with him running it. Worst human I have ever met.

Soft tacos are usually ok, but this is not the taco bell for chicken quesadillas. Two of the four pieces are usually just tortilla.

Went and ordered 3 breakfast burritos.. left in total confusion and the wrong order.. wont go here again either.. i mean why is it so hard to eat in this town???

First time at this location. Ordering went fine, my order was around $6 and I paid with a $20 and only got $8 back. I figure whatever, not worth driving another 10 minutes for $5, no big deal. Open the bag, and my food (ordered a chalupa) was half unwrapped and spilled inside the bag, and was cold and stiff when I bit into what was left. Wouldn't say don't go to this location, but definitely check all of your stuff before leaving, even if they're so busy they're shoving your (incorrect) change into your hands so fast it almost falls on the ground.

We haven't eaten at TB for several years. Pretty typical fast food visit. We just finished grocery shopping and stopped for a bite before driving home. It was after seven and only a few customers. Order counter and dining area were clean. Food prep was quick and correct. Food was satisfactory but not memorable. Staff was polite and friendly. There was some loud and intrusive interaction between staff and/or customers just as we were leaving. No real reason we wouldn't eat there again.

Taco Bell on 30th is so cheap they can't even give you the right amount of sauce when you go through drive-thru. The order 12 tacos and get eight sauces. I guess my lesson for the day is do not go to Taco Bell and if I do don't go through drive-thru

The management was very RUDE!!! Three times now they did not get the order right!!! I got yelled at by the manager she said it was my fault because I didn't check the order. It was a big order and wasn't for sure what exactly came with a couple of the combos. They don't care about the customers and doing their job!!! Terrible customer service and only care about making money anyway they can. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

It's a pretty typical Taco Bell location. If you don't know what Taco Bell is like... it's American food in the shape of Mexican food, it's a love it or hate it type of restaurant, also if you don't know what Taco Bell is, you should stop living under a rock and go live a little.

The Taco Bell in Hutchinson was excellent. It had the best chili cheese barretos. I give it a 10.

Consistently good to the point where it's one of the places I eat most at in town. Service is fast, food is always great, and the staff is always friendly. I use the app and it makes things a breeze.

Taco bell is taco bell. The food is quick and decent. I still love having the Mexican pizza. Not the best tacos, but it does the job.

The girl at the counter needs to work on her attitude! I asked her what was on a burrito I was looking to order and she just stared at me with complete attitude on her face and then I had to ask another lady that was in the kitchen to help. Then when I asked if there was anything spicy in the burrito I was told no by both of them. I took one bite and it was so spicy!! I will Never return!!

Manager yelled at employee trying to fix simple $2.25 mistake, to the point the employee quit. Pathetic. 2 dollars and 25 cents. Manager tells me can’t reverse transaction for some reason???? So have to receive cash in hand. Amazing management on display. Hope that employee finds work somewhere he’ll be respected.

Apparently the staff choose when to close and it’s not at midnight, just so happens to be when someone pulls into the drive through. Just exemplifies the poor service at this location.

Ordered a few items on the app. Service was quick! Inside is pretty clean, and food was great for Taco Bell. Happy hour drink specials 2-5.

It's a nice place foods decent service is good. At the end of the day though it's still just a Taco bell

I believe they are short-staffed, but expect a wait and double check your food before you leave, asked for quesadilla no creamy jalapeno sauce and if anything got extra. Rest of the order was correct. An honest mistake but still

This is my favorite go to place when I come home from a long day to tired to cook Taco bell is the answer they have great food and excellent service there is something for everyone

The owner is so disrespectful and unprofessional! When asked for a couple extra sauce packets for our order he refused to give us more and said only 2 sauce packets per item but didn't even give us enough for 1 packet per item! Crazy!

I'm not sure why, it's so difficult to get soft shell chicken tacos with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream, at this Taco Bell location. Sometimes, due to their lack of interpretation of what my order consists of I receive nothing or it manifests as some type of burrito that I never would've ordered! Disappointed Again.👎

We ordered thru the app and they made everything perfect and it tasted great. They left out the sauce so we turned around and asked for sauce. They were very nice and gave us plenty of sauce packets. I have always enjoyed this location.

We had a bit of a complex order due to allergies and they got it completely correct and it was so fresh! Great food, friendly staff, 10/10!

The food is good. They are a bit slow on orders. I'm sure it is hard to find enough help.

Workers were rude, forgot multiple items, didn't put any sauce in even after we asked if they did, poor quality food. Don't recommend this location.
