Food is amazing but the portions are too small and we felt hungry when leaving. The staff is amazing and polite. The establishment is clean inside and out.

This was a great environment! Good food. They have an assortment of games for your family so you can relax. I do have one major complaint, (please let the manager know this) my daughters skunked me in UnoI That was painful!

Always amazing! Chick-Fil-A never disappoints! So amazing, I love how much they support other organizations and their Christian foundation! Food was delicious, I had an original chicken sandwich, fries, and a peach shake! People always friendly. 💚

They say, “everything is bigger in Texas”. But not the chicken in the chicken sandwich, this number 1 from the Hutchinson chick fil a absolutely blew me away! What a treat.

This place is amazing! I wouldn't go through a line long anywhere else! They are a well-oiled machine when it comes to moving people through and being organized as well as super friendly! To me, this speaks to great leadership!

Order at drive thru 2 deluxe entrees , I was asked if I wanted cheese on my entree's . I replied just on one of them and no cheese on the second deluxe . I was asked what sauces I would like, "my reply honey mustard ." Employee then repeats order 2 deluxe entrees with pepper jack cheese . I replied that only one of them gets cheese . Okay, so you want cheese only on one deluxe , again, yes, only on one. (Wow ). Get my order head back home only to find out no sauces and no napkins . I called and spoke with the shift manager . Explained all of this, and she asked how can I correct this. I said, "Train your employees to listen !"

I usually love eating at Chick-fil-A. Today I went through the drive thru at Hutchinson, KS. The chicken in my grilled chicken club sandwich was very cold. Not just cooled off, but fresh out of the cooler cold. Yuck!! This restaurant needs a crash course in quality control!

I typically love Chick-fil-A but today i decided to eat here for breakfast and when i started eating my chicken breakfast sandwich and about 20 minutes later i started uncontrollably vomiting in the car while pulled over, turns out the chicken was under cooked and gave me either food poisoning or salmonella, it's not even bad food it's deadly food.

As much as I do not agree with their political views, I have nothing ill to say about their food or their customer service. They are by far the gold star quality that any restaurant should aim for. The first squeezed lemonade is one of my favorite beverages, along with their sweet iced tea. Their Cobb salads could not be any better for a fast food restaurant. The pickles that adorn their chicken sandwiches make them heavenly and their chicken nuggets are the perfect bite size pieces.

Good food as always and the staff are super nice. They forgot my sandwich one day and they were about to close when I called them and the leader on shift let me come get it after they already closed

This is a great place. If you have gluten sensitivity. The fries are cooked separate from any breaded food and the gluten-free bun is sealed and separately wrapped

Good place to eat. It's a little pricey. But the food is good and your full after your meal. All of the employees are friendly. There is dine in, take out and drive thru option.

I think they should change menu a little. Every once and awhilebi order the number 2 bit forget to tell them I want it a deluxe. I know I should remember but when your dealing with multiple peoples order sometimes it happens in the commotion. I juat want to be able to order in numbers to keep nit simple.

The Chik-Fil-A at Maize & 21st is a great location that serves their food hot! This is a great option for families and people with dietary restrictions. Almost everyone can find something to eat off their menu.

First time there. Was an awesome experience. The food was fresh and delicious. The trash compactors was super cool bc they automatically opened and compressed the trash, and they had a playarea.

Another Chick-fil-A store, run "by the book" with the expected quailty of food, service, and outstanding courtesy that are hallmarks of this chain. It is difficult to find something special about which to comment - this chain delivers consistant quality unlike any other chain with which I am familiar.

Terrible service one of the employees had the audacity to not include straws or sauces in my bag and forgot to say my pleasure a whopping two times. horrible time would not recommend.

Super courteous staff each and every one. I interacted with about 5 members of the staff in my visit and everyone of them blew me away with how helpful and courteous they were.

V just love chick fila. So our review is biased. Long lines always, however the staff manage to get the line moving real real fast. So, no complaints there.

My son and I went inside to eat and it never disappoints. Best chicken nuggets ever!! Side salad was very yummy too.

I'm just confused how the grilled chicken is never warm when I order it? I don't like the breaded.. I decided to give it another try after a few months, and it was lukewarm. I figured maybe it was because of the tomato and lettuce... but once again, I got sick from it. I'm just done spending money here.

Great service! The food was done before I even got out of the bathroom! The employees were happy and kind and they even came out to checkup on us which was rather strange for a chick-fil-a. Amazing food, amazing service, amazing time!

I haven't been to a Chick-fil-a in years. I was hopeful it would be as good as a remembered. They did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. I've been back a few times and the service is always consistent; fast, friendly, and consistent.

Ran over on my lunch, went back to work and realized my order was wrong, drove back over, explained what was wrong, got a new order, that order was also wrong, same issue, lol! Finally the 3rd time it was made correctly, ended up taking around 30 minutes total to fix the problem. The manager never once came over and tried to make it right. Not impressed at all!
