Service was on point, food was excellent, had stuffed crust supreme large and a side salad with a drpepper to drink there were only 3 employes one cleaning one delivering and RUSSELL waiting tables and cooking ,and i must say he brought out the best dam looking pizza ive seen in a year and taste great service was on point for a full crew but was only 3 employees, so id rate service presentation and taste 15 out of 10 stars they really stepped up tonight my hats off to the crew at 30th street pizza hut hutchinson kansas

Ordered online, said it would be ready in 25-35 minutes. After completing order, it was actually 45 minutes that it said would be ready. Got there on time and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes and just hang around and come back in a little bit. Came back, pizza ready. Forgot to give us cheese sticks, and our sandwich, so I told them. They apologized and got us both. When I got home I remembered that they also forgot the 2 liter of mountain dew we had ordered. Cheese sticks had little to no cheese on them and no dipping sauce. Was supposed to get pan pizza but it was not. We continue to return to pizza hut because the pizza tastes good and prices are reasonable. It will be a while before we go back because we were frustrated from this latest experience.

Neither totally satisfied nor dissatisfied. 30th street Pizza Hut has always been my go to. Just not up to par today.

Well, a couple weeks ago, I went to someone's house and they served pizza from 30th st Pizza Hut. It was amazing! So we ordered ours from 30th too. Again, amazing! I will continue to drive the extra miles to go to the Pizza Hut on 30th Street.

I go in 30th Pizza hut at least once every 2 weeks. The food is good made just like we wanted it. The guy waiting on us with the dark hair is friendly and nice . This makes our experience extra good.

I'm always happy with the food I enjoy from both of my local pizzahuts staff 8s friendly and recognize me when I go because I eat their so often

Was visiting in Hutchinson. Ordered a late dinner from the Pizza Hut on 30th. They did a great quality job. I will definitely order carry out when visiting again!

Carry out pizza was not eatable. It tasted very old. It was way under done (and I asked for it to be cooked well done), the toppings were lukewarm, and the mushrooms were old and completely raw. It actually looked and tasted like it was an old pepperoni pizza that they threw the other toppings on, and then barely reheated it. Lately, the toppings have been really skimpy, but in this case, the raw, lukewarm toppings were mounded on – – way overkill. Really gross. Upside: it will completely kill my craving for pizza for awhile!

Tried the new Teenage Ninja Turtles Chicago style. Tasted great. A small step above a regular pepperoni pizza, no real taste difference between different pepperoni but still good cause there was Plenty. Loved the extra seasoning sprinkled. Will get again.

Pretty fast and good nice empty lobby to wait on ur food in the ac took about 10 min was happy

Staff at our 30th street Pizza Hut always go above and beyond what you expect or ever receive in any other restaurant. I can't express enough how amazing the staff is. The food is great and if something is wrong they fix it.

They sent me a pizza that was burned on one side when I called them to say something about it they didn't even answer the phone

The thin cheese pizza and thin pepperoni were a big hit with family in town...also the cheesy breadsticks were AMAZING!

Food was perfect, did not forget any of the xtras I ordered. The delivery person was friendly.

Ate the expensive buffet today and price was too high and drinks wer expensive too!pasta was dry and for the price u don't get much on the buffet,I won't be wasting my money anymore there!

Today, was not very good the pizza was made twice, server error. Also more training for the severs, to recognize what needs to be done by looking at the table before you even ask, i.e. glasses need refilled, plates taken away, etc.

All of our Pizzas came super dry. Like they had been sitting in a warmer for a while. On top of that, one of the Pizzas had a slice that didn’t fit with the rest… like it had been substituted…? The wings that we bought were nearly completely sauceless, we had to shake them around just to remotely coat them. I get it, it’s Christmas Eve… but it’s our Christmas Eve too, and now we gotta replan something for dinner (we spent like $100, on this food)

Ordered pizza on app wrong pizza made asked they said known issue asked to speak with manager they refused. Would never order from here again.....

Not have my pizzas look like they were thrown all around. Both my pizzas looked like they got in a wreck upon delivery. Very disappointed! Next visit... The food was not up to standard. Food was cold, pizza tasted like I was eating a loaf of bread.

Ordered online, super easy. Drive-thru window to pick up our order, ready in 15 minutes. Great experience.

Pizza was cooked right, service was good, and I got what I ordered. No complaints.

I went thru the drive thru to pick up my pizza. I had to hit the buzzer 3 times before somebody came to the window even though I could see 2 employees visiting by the counter inside. Not good customer service!

It would have been nice if your delivery person at least knock or ring the door bell if they were going to leave the pizza at the front door step.

Wing prices have w gone up! Also it sucks how the only way to get stuffed crust is you have to get a large! Service was okay!

I ordered and paid for 12 wings and received 6. I ordered a large meat lovers and received pepperoni and sausage. I attempted to reach out the store. The first call was answered and I was immediately put on hold. After 20 minutes I hung up. I attempted to call 2 more times and no one would answer. I love and prefer Pizza Hut. I am willing to pay 63 dollars for pizza and wings,however I do expect my orders to be right. I understand things happen and sometimes mistakes are made. I just want willingness to correct these things. If that is the way things are handled I will buy the cheap pizza down the street and save my money.

The pizza was good. It was not over or under cooked, just right. The place was clean. There is a TV on each wall. The server was was good natured.
