What a tranquil setting to get the heartbeat down. We appreciated the setting. Although Philemon was extremely friendly and helpful, general service could be improved. No follow up was made about our game drive. We had no whistle in our tent. And electricity supply was on and off in our tent. Staff did not bother to keep the bonfire burning for us. So we kind of felt like second class guests. Management needs to finetune the service and hope you can take this feedback positively. Otherwise villa looks amazing and hope to return and experience the luxury!

We took a family trip with our 2 girls to Iganyana for 2 nights. Beautiful location and clean rooms. It is close enough to travel to Vic Falls as well. We went over a long weekend and public holiday. Phillimon was the main go to person and friendly and also Tracey. My husband and I felt they need to also train their supporting staff as well when Phil is busy. My girls were disappointed when their bush baking experience was postponed because the chef was elsewhere or was preparing for lunch. But they enjoyed the baking experience once they got down to it. We missed out on the morning game walk as well. It would be helpful if they ask their guests what activities and the times are available at arrival to avoid disappointment. I felt as a local tourist, I wasn’t a priority.Awesome view of animals coming throughout the day to the watering hole and elephants drinking from the pool. Very quiet and serene.

Iganyana was a unique and inspiring experience from dining by the campfire and being joined by the elephants to sleeping in our tents whistle in hand whilst the resident male leopard sniffed around outside 😧a must to visit whilst in Zimbabwe 🎉🎉

Fantastic weekend away. Service was a bit lacking with drinks and a bit of a wait for food, HOWEVER, we were a large party so can understand for the delays, otherwise, would highly recommend, and will hopefully come back one day. Only negative, needs to be a bit more mindful and accommodating for children.

Fabulous camp! Tracy is a real professional hostess and the camp was a treat. Super visit from Buffalo and Elephants only metres away from the comfortable seating areas. Fabulous 'home cooked' meals in a spotless lounge environment - with a delightful scent of wood polish in the air! Highly recommended.

Iganyana Tented Camp. The staff went to extremes to ensure we were looked after from the start of our stay to the minute we departed. Their guides are super-knowledgeable and passionate about the animals and birds in the Park and the concessions surrounding it. I adore Iganyana Tented Camp, and can’t praise it, or the people who staff it, highly enough. 😊 My idea of heaven. Please make Iganyana a must-have of your visit to Zimbabwe. I promise you won't regret it. Thank you Iganyana Team, for making our stay with you so memorable. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Tracy, Rachel and staff made us feel most welcome and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. Excellent service and food. I highly recommend it. Google GPS coordinates are inaccurate so seek directions from the lodge.
