They are eligible for even 1 Star.. Reason's : no proper AC, worst bus, 40min late.no water bottle. I can't imagine how I traveled in this bus.. I request not to travel in this bus and please don't encourage this kind of travels. We are paying money and we need quality bus and Service. Regards

Very worst staff, seats filled with dirt they allow only one small luggage bag, if you have more than 1 small bag thay are asking 300 rupees as luggage charge, I think supervisor is platform guy.. Can't behave with passengers. At the end don't travel with this travels.

Sir I am booking Hyderabad - rajahmundry in 1st may 2017 . Boarding​ point : IDPL But pickup van is no pickup me it is a vary bad sir . I am going to Y-road junction (balanagr kukadpalli) and catch the bus. So I request sir please take action .

Worst service. These buses never work properly...i booked the front seats and the bus was cancelled. They came with other bus and pushed me to last seats. This is the third time for me like this.

Worst experience of my life, never seen such worst service. BusBwas late for 2 hours still no repsonse from travels or bus staff. Government should impose heavy fines on these guys who cheat customers. ZERO stars is my rating.

Hiii, ur buses r good. but ,ur bus driver who use vulger language and not respectig pasengers for example on 6/6/2018 hyd to pormamilla bus driver raising voice on pasengers. hope u may solve this problem.
