The staff person will ask you to give rating to the hospital while your wife/family member is on course. Everything might seem good with the hospital because your luck was good that nothing bad happened with your wife. But the real nature will be showcased at testing times, when we are required some sympathy and understanding of our wives situation for additional care by hospital staff. They are just concerned about target money and they will cash your emergence situation asking additional money which is ethically wrong but would seem as per their policy right. I am writing this whole stuff because I am in deep pain that it happened with me. So initially I too thought they provide excellent service but that is not the case. The people who had good experience by their luck might have given good review but the person who was in critical situation should have been given additional care which wasn't provided. Don't go on reviews.

Dr Neetha - The best doctor that I have ever met! Very friendly and listen's to her patients. No other way to describe the care she is taking. We recently had a baby girl in this January which is a normal delivery!!! Both baby and parent are good. We are very happy. This is my review after 10 months, we approached Harsha Hospital once pregnancy is confirmed, from then to till date we have been completely satisfied with the treatment. A big bow to Dr. Neetha 🙏🙌 Pros : * Hygienic, sanitised and neatly maintained premises, rooms, labs. * Good staff and nurses (for caring). * Very strict security for not allowing the visitors. (Helpful in current COVID situation) * Only 1 attender is allowed. * Medicine's and tests are wisely used (only when required) * Strictly following COVID safety precautions. Cons : * No telephone OP or token number. * Big wait time (usually 2-4 hours). * No tie up with any insurance company, so no cashless treatment only reimbursement. * Need to carry our own tiffin or snacks. * No proper canteen. Overall a good experience, we will definitely recommend to our family, friends and well-wishers.

Overall experience is good but could have been better. We had consulted Harsha hospitals from the 1st month of pregnancy, The place is always crowded and you need to come early get a token so you can finish you consultation early We got blessed with a baby girl via LCSC. A few things I feel that can be improved are 1. There was no breakfast or lunch provided to the care taker we had even asked to bring food from outside but the hospital staff had asked to go n get by ourselves 2. They had allowed only one care taker with the patient following covid norms, which had caused a lot of trouble to us

Well know Doctor, prefer normal pregnancy has all available in house tests and ultrasounds. Do endure to plan your visit due to the heavy flow of patients. They have token system based on which patients will be called. 4 wheeler parking is limited.

Worst to worst experience I ever saw here in my life, I went this hospital after read all reviews, but in actual everything is opposite. We went there morning 11am and returned back to home by night 9pm. They charged 2000 for ultrasound which is very higher side because normally the test cost in between 700 to 900 also they charged 5500 for blood test and the actual cost is 3000 in outside. I felt everything is higher side only. Even no one giving any clear information about the expenses and delivery charges, whatever price list they fixed on wall doctor said don't see towards the price list. When I asked the expenses and give clear picture of the expenses in approx figure not exact figure then Neetha madam told don't choose the hospital to see the packages which was really strange to me because I m not crorepati father's son, when they'll ask lacs of rupees and I will pay them. One more thing i observed, in the emergency when we want to speak with doctor any time then i don't think so Neetha madam will respond calls because she have lot of patients to see and I saw more then 100 patients coming in a day. We had paid doctor consultation fee & Registration fee Rs.600/- on 11:15am after entering your premises on 11am, whereas you are stating registration was completed "around 11:46am" - 31 min delay in response in addressing a patient. 2. You have mentioned our re-entry happened at 5:59pm after existing at 2:01 pm, the only reason for this time gap is, you have asked us to leave and revisit by 5:30pm for doctor consultation as no staff was present to conduct NT Scan test at that time. 3. Coming to your conducting a number of tests as advised by your doctor engaging full day of ours, your hospital staff misplaced the blood & urine samples. After 42 hours of submitting our sample, we got to know about this mishaps. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional behaviour of yours hospital management. 4. Now coming to your doctor's behaviour on a patient is quite improper and unexpected way of treatment, starting from not listening our problems to not addressing our queries. Is this a part of your highly paid professional doctors behaviour towards your patients???? 5. Also your appointed doctor ask us to not consider hospitals on basis of rates. Now, as a patient, if i am incurring any expenses over a treatment, I should have proper rates/packages is available with the hospital which will be generally a better parameter to finalize my budget for the said treatment. 6. Again for better understanding you should be addressing this empathetically to every patients. 7.replying with long comments on every reviews, shows that your management is still engaged in hiding all bad practices done at hospital premises. In conclusion, if your doctor had addressed us with little politeness to our query , we will not be wasting these times on giving unsatisfied feedback. Moreover, it makes sense that the front desk staff should communicate in English, at least for people who struggle with the local language ( This was my experience when I called for an appointment. We were confused in choosing the best maternity hospital and one of my friend suggested Dr. Neetha - Harsha hospital in Kukatpally. After a reasearch and from the reviews we visited this hospital. It was pleasant experience meeting Dr. Neetha . She is one of the best and experienced gync in Kukatpally. We have been here from 3rd month of pregnancy. Doctor is friendly and polite and asks us to address our problems. She gives only required medicines and writes necessary tests. She does not give any false hopes. We were completely satisfied with the treatment. We recently had a baby girl in March which is a normal delivery. Hospital is very hygiene, maintenance is also good. Nurses and diagnostic staff were polite. Everything goes by a process from taking token, Dr. Visit, scannings, reports. Billing process is also smooth and affordable. As there is no appointment we had to wait for long hours but that's completely fine if need a best doctor. It's better if we carry our own food as there is no canteen facility. Only thing is Husband is not allowed to wait inside or outside the hospital during delivery( I hope if anything can be done in this matter). Overall a good experience and happy with their services.

Dr. M. Neetha is extremely experienced and skilled at normal delivery. In fact, we are looking for a specialty hospital that is affordable. This hospital found it to be quite useful. Some rules such as male attendent shouldn't stay over night even though you are father/husband. Overall, the hospital's staff are very helpful.

It's my personal experience. Hospital is not recommended at all. Dr Neetha is not patient friendly and egoistic person. They are nor preparing patient before operation. Dr Neetha her self she thinks she knows everything. This is how your data maintain works.. ( that there is no name with Patient Vishnu or matching with Husband/Father’s Name. ).

We are blessed with a baby boy on 30 Sep 2021 through C-section. Dr.Neetha Ma'am was very polite and tried much to do normal delivery but due to my medical conditions underwent for C-section. .I had worst experience here with Dr. Neetha. I visited her on my 3rd month for my second pregnancy. In my 1 St pregnancy I had emergency C section because I was unable to push the baby. For I asked Neetha Is it possible to have normal delivery this time?, but she gave sarcastic answer. I did not expected this behaviour from the doctor and I felt very bad, She even did not listened to why I was planning to have normal delivery in my second pregnancy. Then next day I visited the Kim's cuddles Dr. ShilpiReddy garu, she said It is possible to have normal delivery(considering the previous history of my first pregnancy) and she guide me whole Process about healthy diet and yoga and Labour, finally I did had normal delivery on September 16th,2023. If any one really wants to have normal delivery please don't visit the Harsha hospital she didn't have patience to listen the patients words and sarcastic behaviour with patients(eg I faced with her .. she said something to me I didn't understand that and I asked her again then she said do you have cottons in your ears).I suggest visit Kim's cuddles.

We had an appointment with Dr.Neetha who happens to be a gynaecologist does not let the patient speak nor listen to their issues. We had to wait for 3 long hours and the examination was done in less than 2 mins. Plus they charge you Rs.400 for second consultation just to refer the reports. Will not recommend anyone.
