Worst

worst
experience
I
ever
saw
here
in
my
life,
I
went
this
hospital
after
read
all
reviews,
but
in
actual
everything
is
opposite.
We
went
there
morning
11am
and
returned
back
to
home
by
night
9pm.
They
charged
2000
for
ultrasound
which
is
very
higher
side
because
normally
the
test
cost
in
between
700
to
900
also
they
charged
5500
for
blood
test
and
the
actual
cost
is
3000
in
outside.
I
felt
everything
is
higher
side
only.
Even
no
one
giving
any
clear
information
about
the
expenses
and
delivery
charges,
whatever
price
list
they
fixed
on
wall
doctor
said
don't
see
towards
the
price
list.
When
I
asked
the
expenses
and
give
clear
picture
of
the
expenses
in
approx
figure
not
exact
figure
then
Neetha
madam
told
don't
choose
the
hospital
to
see
the
packages
which
was
really
strange
to
me
because
I
m
not
crorepati
father's
son,
when
they'll
ask
lacs
of
rupees
and
I
will
pay
them.
One
more
thing
i
observed,
in
the
emergency
when
we
want
to
speak
with
doctor
any
time
then
i
don't
think
so
Neetha
madam
will
respond
calls
because
she
have
lot
of
patients
to
see
and
I
saw
more
then
100
patients
coming
in
a
day.
Very
very
bad
experience
with
me
which
was
not
at
all
expected.

have
following
points
to
be
revisit
once
again
to
your
unsubstantiated
stats
and
false
comments:
1.
We
had
paid
doctor
consultation
fee
&
Registration
fee
Rs.600/-
on
11:15am
after
entering
your
premises
on
11am,
whereas
you
are
stating
registration
was
completed
"around
11:46am"
-
31
min
delay
in
response
in
addressing
a
patient.
2.
You
have
mentioned
our
re-entry
happened
at
5:59pm
after
existing
at
2:01
pm,
the
only
reason
for
this
time
gap
is,
you
have
asked
us
to
leave
and
revisit
by
5:30pm
for
doctor
consultation
as
no
staff
was
present
to
conduct
NT
Scan
test
at
that
time.
3.
Coming
to
your
conducting
a
number
of
tests
as
advised
by
your
doctor
engaging
full
day
of
ours,
your
hospital
staff
misplaced
the
blood
&
urine
samples.
After
42
hours
of
submitting
our
sample,
we
got
to
know
about
this
mishaps.
This
is
totally
unacceptable
and
very
unprofessional
behaviour
of
yours
hospital
management.
4.
Now
coming
to
your
doctor's
behaviour
on
a
patient
is
quite
improper
and
unexpected
way
of
treatment,
starting
from
not
listening
our
problems
to
not
addressing
our
queries.
Is
this
a
part
of
your
highly
paid
professional
doctors
behaviour
towards
your
patients????

Also
your
appointed
doctor
ask
us
to
not
consider
hospitals
on
basis
of
rates.
Now,
as
a
patient,
if
i
am
incurring
any
expenses
over
a
treatment,
I
should
have
proper
rates/packages
is
available
with
the
hospital
which
will
be
generally
a
better
parameter
to
finalize
my
budget
for
the
said
treatment.
6.
Again
for
better
understanding
you
should
be
addressing
this
empathetically
to
every
patients.
7.replying
with
long
comments
on
every
reviews,
shows
that
your
management
is
still
engaged
in
hiding
all
bad
practices
done
at
hospital
premises.
In
conclusion,
if
your
doctor
had
addressed
us
with
little
politeness
to
our
query
,
we
will
not
be
wasting
these
times
on
giving
unsatisfied
feedback.
Again
your
management
response
towards
our
feedback
represents
arguing
nature
of
staffs
present
over
here
instead
of
problem
solving
attitude
towards
unsatisfied
patients,
which
is
minimum
expected
from
a
renowned
institute
like
yours.
