We did Hyd > Vja and back. Things went smoothly on both trips. Khasim was friendly and knowledgeable.

Very disappointing experience! You should limit yourself to Hyderabad and surroundings. We had booked a driver for 3 days for an Hyderabad-Bidar-Gulbarga-Bijapur trip. The deal was 15 per km, 300km average, driver bhatta 500. We had given our precise program and hotel adresses to the agency. When the driver arrived, no information had been given to him; he thought that he would return to Hyderabad every day. In Bidar and Gulbarga no arrangement had been made for the driver and we had to give him 1000 every night in addition to the Bhatta. These hidden costs are not correct and it shouldn't be the clients job to look for an accommodation for the driver. When we arrived at Bijapur, the agency asked 16 per km instead of 15 and didn't take the km on average (about 2x 150km the first two days) but wanted to make us pay for the extra km the last day. Of course we refused. About the car: we had an old worn out Toyota Ethios with a large crack in the windshield and many damages all around. The driver was not particularly friendly nor considerate
