Old rooms with broken equipment. TV does not work. They clean the room only 2 times per week. They do not speak english. It is far away from the center. Been there 3 weeks there for work. Run out of water and electricity 4 full days. The walls does not stop the sound, you can hear everything from everywhere. Horrible bath soap.

The perfect place if you want to ruin your stay in Iasi. Small rooms, uncomfortable beds and shabby bath towels. Constant power and water cuts during the week. Very reduced hours at reception and problems to communicate with them due to lack of languages. Weekly room service, lack of toilet paper and soap. We will never come back.

I have been 2 weeks staying there for work, during this time we have lost access to running water twice and electric power 3 times. The fridge amd AC are very loud and i had to disconnect them to sleep. Also my sink wasnt working properly, the bed and pillows are so unconffortable that i already have an appointment with my fisio when i get back home. During my 2 week stay my room has only been cleaned once. Today i woke up without water nor power and i decided to leave early and look for another accomodation. 0% reccomended

Nice location in a very quiet area, near a park that looks like a forest. Nice staff, the room is comfortable, and heat is on given the time of year. It has beautiful terrace outside. A place we will definitely book again. Thank you!

Very good price/quality ratio.The room had air conditionated, refrigerator, flat TV, WiFi.An advantage is that you can have a late check-in. Next morning I had a good breakfast at a fair price.

Loved it! Good for party with family and friends and also! The rooms were available and the waiters were attentive to the service!
