The customer service is top notch. At first, the waiting time was less than 3 minutes. I was called in the young man who took time to check my eyes. Series of test were performed after which there was a sort of briefing on the results of the examination. The Doctor made his prescription, I selected a lens and was asked to check back the following week. It is also worth mentioning that the environment is serene.

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Staffs were cautious. Ogege, the attending physician was courteous and he explained the result of examinations including possible risks in the future. Prescriptions were recommended. Eye image results were sent to emails in less than 24 hours. Protocols were easy and friendly.

It was a really pleasant experience. Staff are professional, courteous and helpful. The environment squeaky clean. Staffs body language positive. The Doctor took his time, didn't seem to be in a hurry to rush me out. Was easy and comforting to talk to him. Answered questions and clarified answers when necessary and was quite young but thorough and professional. I felt valued as a customer. Even regular customers could not jump the queue. 💝👏👏

Excellent service! The location is perfect, quite easy to find. I loved the speed with which they attended to me. Got there by 10:12am and was done by 11:45am. Nice doctors as well. I left very satisfied and more knowledgeable about my conditions and peculiar eye concerns. ☺️ I rated them 5 star because of these and many other qualities. If you have an eye concerns, you should come to this place.👍🏾 Also, HMO works here. They literally described themselves as "Home for all HMOs" and it wasn't a lie.🤗

Very good eye clinic. Could have rated them a 5 🌟, but that might give them some false sense of utopia! But overall, very good customer service team, good doctors at their Ikeja and Victoria Island offices. But had a bitter experience once at their Ikoyi office where a doctor totally forgot he kept me waiting for over 40 minutes at the waiting area. Maybe due to workload! But by and large, they know their onions.
