Horrible, unreliable , delivered a smart watch that had a factory defect that never powered on, very appalling customer service. There is no acknowledgement of emails or complaints .. no refund or exchange offered for goods paid for. Definitely not a returning customer and would not recommend their smart watches or products in general to anyone.

Worst customer experience I ever got from any shop I ordered online from. Imagine been served by a rude, saucy and insolent agent who still could not apologize on the call if I never did customer support before maybe I won’t feel this bad, it’s. First time experience shopping with you it’s a ZERO.

This is a good place to buy. While shopping here, I loved the sight of new gadgets and electronic devices around me. I could get different brands from different sellers here. I am sure this would be a really good place to buy items at a really affordable price too

Their customer service is Zero. I bought a smartwatch from then on their website, they delivered and I paid the guy he zoom off. When I now unbox the smartwatch I tried to power it, it's not coming up. I tried charging it still not coming up. I called the customer care immediately the guy said I should send a mail which I did. Their reply was that I should bring it myself to Ikeja. I later called them back to complain again coz I can't leave my business to go after a smartwatch of 13k it dosen't make any sense, they still don't answer me til date. Each time I remember or see the smartwatch, I get angry.

I got Oraimo Riff Pods in July. It's been one headache or the other since then. 1. It takes a while to connect with my phone 2. Sometimes the left pod won't connect until I retun to case and reboot several times 3. Most times while using the pods it would disconnect on its own, whatever I'm watching on my phone would play on loudspeaker. 4. It batttery doesn't last long 5. It's bad for phone call..Very bad

Whenever an order is placed, there ought to be a way to track order I have been sending a mail now to know the status of my order for close to a week now This is the second time something like this is happening, the first I paid before delivery and I didn't get my items delivered until over 2weeks🤷‍♀️ which is why I opted for pay on delivery on my second order I have dropped money with a neighbor that will pick for me over a week and up till now I have not gotten any information whatsoever I have sent several emails without replies I doubt this is a good way of transacting business

I’m so disappointed with the power bank I ordered on Monday and received yesterday. the package was so rough and torn, looking like a used power bank with scratches even the torch light is not working after charging.
