Bad management, staff lacks manner.

Not all the lights were working and the suites can be noisy due to proximity to the street or the pool bar - so make sure your room is away from the bar area over the weekend. There is no WiFi any where and no kettle in the ordinary rooms. There is a real problem with damp in the bathrooms and the older air-conditioning units may battle to keep the rooms really cool. Reception service is variable but they do laundry. You will need to eat out but there is a small cafe next to the front entrance called Mr Nice - which has terribly limited menu.

The hotel is quite nice, the standards rooms to the executive room , royal suite and executive suite are spacious and clean. Food from restaurant takes a little bit over an hour to be prepared and delivered. Pricing is okay. Air Conditioning works from 7PM till 7AM. Then you have the fan and sockets working. They need to work on their no refunds policy also. If you are staying in the standard and executive room wing/section, brace yourself for loud music from the bar during weekends. Hotel is always busy during weekends also
