Old place but they have done a good job trying to maintain standard

Nothing's changed. Some rooms would need maintenance e.g get the key card to work on all rooms, fix some spoilt locks for bathrooms etc.

Heritage hotels and suite is much more unique and aesthetic now as compared to what it use to be. I and friends received a warm welcome by the manager, a cozy and fun filled environment to relax only for some rude staff at the bar who almost change out concept of what we assumed heritage to be now
