Wait times are simply unacceptable! I waited 3 hours from arrival to discharge, and my other two coworkers were both about 4 hours. Worst of all, it’s always this long at Concentra locations. Time is money and it’s not cool making people wait for so long—first in the lobby then in the patient rooms.

Terrible place to go. Out of my four appointments they weren’t even open for three of them. I had to wait 30 minutes each time for them to unlock the door and get setup for the day. Then they lied on my paperwork and said I was in and out in 30 minutes. Then my boss was wondering where I was. Rude staff and unprofessional. They deleted my first review.

I took my partner who is very sick with chest congestion, cough, and sinus issues. She has taken 3 COVID tests and all were negative. These were official, government issued tests, not expired. Let me start by reciting our initial experience. We walk into the door of Concentra and walk up to the desk, both wearing face masks. After being stared at like we were idiots by the lady up front-no greeting, nothing- my partner says "I'm here for a walk-in." "For what?" "Chest congestion and cough." .... ....more blank staring. "Do you need my name?" my partner finally asks. Refers to the other employee, also at the desk, while giggling and making eyes at each other- "How long is the wait for chest congestion and cough?" (it was about 1.5 hours before they close) the first employee asked. The other employee, Eli (?), asked if we had a Covid test. Yes we have, negative. "Our doctor requires a test from a pharmacy." Nowhere on their website does it say this. These were government issued, we explained. - It was too bad. He was already pulling papers from a big file of places we could go, I suppose? I'm sorry, we thought this was an urgent care. I guess not. No one greeted us. No one asked for our names. We barely got to tell them why we were there, which shouldn't be such a surprise to a nurse working the front at an urgent care office. No one said sorry they couldn't help. No one gave the smallest notion that they cared at all.

Wait for drug screen and 5min physical, about 2hrs. Post covid they lost a few docs so just having one isn't the greatest setup. Just prepare to be there a while! The staff was friendly and amazing, doing the best they can with what they have to work with!

They need another doctor at this location you have to respect peoples time no one wants to be at any appt for 3 or more hrs due to the fact there’s only one doctor to do all the exams it’s insane also they need an upgraded X-ray machine it’s like 25 yrs old the X-rays don’t seem to be accurate they’re extremely blurry, it’s not somewhere I would’ve chose to go I had to go to this location due to a work related injury- The women are very nice and patient because they realize the pts are frustrated with the long wait times and they don’t get upset they’re very apologetic and reassuring even though it’s not they’re fault how the clinic is being ran. The ladies in the clinic make coming here somewhat bearable because they’re amazing they get 5 stars the one star comes from how the clinic is doesn’t have enough doctors here knowing this is a high traffic high volume clinic it’s really unacceptable.

The wait time was in the longer side but the doctor was incredible and really listened to what was going on. I would recommend this site.

Staff very friendly and helpful, love the experience that I have in this place..... From front desk ppl to the back ppl providing the service, from doctors to therapists to nurses etc. They all amazing, thank you for all ur help.

I give 0 stars cause I arrived early and there was only 1 other waiting with me then I waited 30 minutes to receive a drug screen after my drug screen I had to receive a physical and I waited a hour and a half on the doctor in a room just to have 3 things checked within minutes of his presence so two hours I was there with only one other person before me

They have 1 doctor and usually you’ll wait at least 1 hour. I usually find the doctor on the computer while I sit in the room doing nothing. Not great place for medicine practices, I’m sure it’s great for pee tests but not getting to the bottom of any injury’s.

Can be a bit of a wait but that's expected as they are super busy and what healthcare place isn't. Everyone was professional and nice. The one person who took care of me once I entered made me feel taken care of and that's all I can ask for during my short time there.

All the doctors are great, and my physical Therapist Jeremy West is super cool, I appreciate this place and the people there. The Medical Assistants do not play and you can not disrespect them and not think they will not let you know about your disrespectful self. Love this place.

Went on a Tuesday morning, staff were kind & diligent. They explained everything fully & got me taken care of within 30 minutes.

The entire staff is extremely professional friendly and thorough as well as optimistic keep up the phenomenal work ladies and gentlemen especially the techs that implement lab with documentation!

Zero stars? I’m in a different state and having medical issues. Called my doctor back home and they tell me to go to an urgent care right away. First thing out of the receptionist is that they won’t see me for that. So, in a city I don’t know, no way to really get around, and no idea of what to do but sit on the side of the road and hope it gets better. Two thumbs up

The girls in this office are amazing!! They literally ALWAYS have a smile on their faces! Every single time I have an appointment they come out to my vehicle with a wheelchair (no matter how busy they are) and help me inside safely. If I’m in pain or just having a hard day, they can make it better just by how nice and comforting they are! I appreciate you ladies so much! That said, it doesn’t stop there because In the back Dr Henderson is so kind and sincere that you instantly know you are in good hands! I am so grateful just by how thorough he was in finding out what was truly the problem with my knee, and for being so informative about every situation regarding my diagnosis and treatment! I only wish he had a private practice as I would absolutely love to have him as my primary care physician. Thank you so much Dr. Henderson!🤗 All in all I gave this particular office 5 stars… because I couldn’t give 6!

I hate that my company had me come to this facility, the people are completely unorganized and unprofessional. If given the option, I would have gladly paid for a 10 minute drug screen out of my pocket by a company who is competent in their chosen profession or industry. Everyone on the management team at this facility should be fired.

I was called in for a random drug screen at the Conentra Clinic 1100 Southeastern Ave. I immediately arrived and was very impressed by the speed and professionalism. I was completed with check-in, testing and exiting facility within 25-30 minutes. Considering the number of people being processed from other agencies, this was exceptional. Tbe staff was professional, prompt, and very cordial. Thumbs up to staff and managers!

The women at front desk were very nice and the nurse in the back that was working with me was professional and had a great attitude! Great place!

Great service, ladys were courteous and polite, only down fall was 45 minutes to get called back. I got hired by the state & walked in at 4:03 & wouldn’t see me, said they stop doing physicals at 4. I get it total understand 3 or 4 minutes. I do really. Sent me to Ameriplex in which they told me 31/2 wait. Came back Saturday the next day 3 hr wait at Ameriplex. I walked out. So cost me a job with the state. But on my last visit 54 minutes in & out drug & alcohol test don’t get much better than that. Thk u lady on southeastern ave your awesome

Bravo to the girls at this location. They were awesome at getting the paperwork I needed for my physical. Super nice and helpful. Will recommend this location to anyone who needs any services.

The two people at the front desk were very nice. However when I went to the back to have the drug test done the woman that did it was one of the most rude people I have ever met. She was obviously in a bad mood or having a bad life and was determined to make everyone else have a bad day including her coworkers. I really hope my job never makes me go back to this place

I scheduled an appointment and ended up waiting 3 hours before I was sent back to see the Doctor. When I asked what was going on, I was told that injuries take priority over appointments and that there had been a lot of unexpected injuries today. I looked at other reviews and saw that others have said the same thing in the past pertaining to wait time at this office. I don’t know if scheduling/having an appointment matters at this point. I was also told that there is only 1 doctor at the moment. I waited an hour for the doctor after I was called back. It took 4 hours to be seen for a physical. While the staff is nice, I wouldn’t recommend scheduling with their office unless you have time to waste

The ladies there were amazing! They were so cheery and helpful. Especially having to deal with frustrated people that had long wait times. The PT was also super nice and answered all of my annoying questions about his work. If I had a reason to visit this place I would visit all the time.
