If I could give zero stars, I would. Came in for a DOT and a physical exam at 12:30, got signed in and everything. I was told there would be about an hour and forty five minute wait. So I left and came back at 1:50 (appointment time was 2pm) It has been about an hour since my appointment time and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN. It is well past 3 pm. I have been here about 3 hours it is ridiculous. If you’re coming to this one be prepared to wait for incompetent nurses, there’s literally 3 of them here with 2 office spaces to share so I’m not understanding what the delay is. They’re literally moving as slow as they possibly can. If you can avoid coming here, please do. They will take all day and waste your time!

I got there a half hour before they closed. I called before they didn't answer. I checked in and no one was around. The doctor and another woman came out of the back room and just stared at me for a minute. Then ask me what, you're just here? I said what I checked in. Do you have an appointment no. on the day we close at 5:00, said Dr Maya. Then she said we have an appointment don't we. The other woman said yes at 4:40. It was about 4:33. So the doctor looked at me and said we have an appointment. I said are you turning me away? She said we have an appointment. I said are you turning me away? She said we have an appointment. I said are you turning me away? And she said yes. So I got her name, and left. I will never go back again. And I will probably look her up on the AMA and file a complaint. I went back a few minutes later to see if their appointment was there, lo and behold they were not.

If you value competence and equality, do not visit the Speedway location for awhile, I think they need rest.(I must note that they did wipe the room down between visits). My son had a nasal swab test scheduled. They administered a rapid test by mistake. Instead of coming out and informing me( I would have declined a second test on that day), they assaulted his nostrils a second time. His appointment for a standard covid test took over ten minutes. I got nervous after several minutes because it should not take that long. I timed stamped his dad. Six minutes later I spoke at the door asking if everything was ok. I didn't want to knock or open the door and cause an injury during the swab. I sent my son a text and asked him if he was okay. A few minutes later he came out. He told me about the second test when we were back in the car. I value transparency yet I didn't get it which makes me question whether there was more to this error but as long as they were both fresh unused swabs we are good.

Instead of doing their job it seems as if the staff is playing all day. Definitely disorganized and smells unpleasant. I HIGHLY recommend going to another Clinic if you have the choice

COMPLETELY AWFUL AND COMPLETELY USELESS. Went to this place as they were the only place I could find to get a QRC test. Appointment was at 10:20AM. They didn't see me until 10:50AM making me very late. They also decided that putting away medical supplies was more important than seeing a patient that was very late for work. They then wanted to do a physical for no reason. There reasoning is if I had covid I could get a FMLA status from them fine whatever. QRC test results take maximum amount of time to get a hold of fine. okay the little clinic portal is down I call wait an hour on hold and no one picks up the phone this place is complete garbage you would be better off spreading covid-19 to others at least that would you get some form of results in a reasonable time frame. Little Clinics are pretty mediocre overall and this one is the worst.

We had a scheduled appointment at 2:40 pm, still hadn’t been seen at 3:40pm. After I went out and asked for assistance a couple of times the receptionist comes in and gives my husband the stick and he administered his own rapid test. His. Own. Test. We could have done that over an hour ago.

We called to schedule a quick covid test yesterday so I could take my 7 year old to the Dierks Bentley concert today. They confirmed the appointment at that time for today and then called me today at 1210pm to cancel our appointment. When I complained they then retorted their provider had Covid- pretty convenient. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a scheduled appointment at 3:20 and wasn’t seen until after 4pm. Multiple times while talking to the nurse she left while I was in the middle of speaking to her for minutes at a time and at one point said “I have other patients you need to hurry this up”which is very rude since I had to wait over 40 minutes to be seen and was trying to express in detail what is going on. She had also been reading text messages on her Apple Watch and even answered a phone call while I was speaking to her. Highly unprofessional. The lady at the front desk randomly walked in without knocking and I was interrupted again. She was so rude to me I began tearing up right infront of her. They made me leave without any paperwork so I definitely won’t be going back to this clinic ever again.

Unprofessional. The wanna be doctor was very quick to announce that if my ear weren’t dirty she would not clean my ears as if she didn’t want to. The nurse that sits behind the desk ignored my calls as I was calling in advanced that I would be late. It seems that they just sit there and get paid for nothing. This is the second time I visited this clinic and safe to say the last.

Visit 10/06/2023....I called this afternoon to ask if they take walk ins for DOT drug test. The lady ignored my question and said "just go online and schedule an appointment" I repeated "so you don't take walk ins?" She very nastily stated, "yea we do but appts come first". Ok cool, I left it alone. Scheduled my appt online for 6:45pm. I arrived at 6:15pm. Upon approaching the desk the girl smacked her lips and leaned over on the desk with her arm propping up her head. She did not speak She just looked at me. I immediately felt anger from her actions but I held it together. I said Hi I have an appt to do my DOT drug screen for the 160 truck driving Academy. She said what's yo name. I told her. She said, I need yo ID. I gave it to her and she damn near threw it on the desk and said you can sit down. At this point I feel that feeling in the pit of my stomach where I'm about flip tf out lol but again I held it because all I could think of was her jeopardizing my drug test and I can't get into school. She then hands me my ID and says yo appt ain't til 6:45. I said ok. By this time the doctor comes out and she's very nice and I can tell she's frustrated with this girl as well. So we talked and she's usually at another location and just filling in here. She stated the girl at the desk would be doing my drug test. The girl finishes her paperwork and goes to the bathroom. She's in there awhile and even the dr said I'm sorry I guess she had to use the bathroom first smh. She comes out of the bathroom and goes back in to clean the bathroom smh. Then comes and hand me some papers to sign as if she couldn't have done this before she cleaned the bathroom smh. We go to the bathroom and she gives me a cup. She says fill it half way and I turned off the water so you can't flush or wash yo hands until I come back in. I used the cup and had enough to make it above the temperature line. She comes in and says "oh my God is that all you could get" at this point its getting more out of hand and I used the same nasty tone and stated at least it's above the temp line and its reading. As we proceed she has ME pouring my urine into the smaller vials. I'm behooved lol. I ask am I supposed to be doing this? She says, " yea it's our policy because people keep lying about us tampering with their results". I said, I've never heard of the patient doing this and when you do this and package it in my presence their should be no confusion". As we walked out, the dr asked are you good everything go ok? I'm just nodded yes without thinking to ask her the proper procedure because I was pissed and had already made up in my mind I was calling corporate. It's so sad when some people can't be professional in certain professions smh. On top of all that the front of her uniform top was filthy with stains. While sitting at the desk her hand was up under her shirt and her big purple panties were hanging out. Please understand your uniform, attitude, communication, listening skills, and proper eye contact is all apart of professionalism. This is the only little clinic I've had bad service from. Carmel and greenwood locations were great. Oh and the ride girls name was Sandra.

Tried to make an appointment online and got timed out. Went to select new time and was going to have to enter information again. Saw they had a 240 appointment so drove down to be a walk-in and was told we wouldn't be seen until 4p. That's ridiculous for a walk-in clinic! Need a better website system and friendlier staff.
