Great place for kids 3 and up! I highly recommend booking your next party here! There are some 1-star reviews about the parties. Those are the ones who will show up unprepared and do not read the fine print when they book the party. Why would you want the party rooms to be out by the attractions? They’re private rooms for a reason. When you come in, it clearly states EVERYWHERE the age and weight requirements. I seen it posted 10 times as soon as you walk in. Also clearly states that they do not take American Express. The people who are drinking beer are all on a small side of the building. So how exactly is that all over the building? You go here so your kids can have fun, and all of them do! Most of the 1-star reviews on here are all Karen’s who think they deserve everything. Well, you don’t. Please remember that they are a small business who is short staffed. So have some class and be nice to the employees.

My experience was horrible. The managers are clearly rude. The birthday host rooms are mediocre. The kids aren't ever allowed to sit down and catch their breath. There is beer left around for children to access. The employees were generally alright, though they were kind of rude. Not much to do around there, the environment and atmosphere is very suffocating and not exicting at all. It makes it very hard to have fun there. My time there was very disappointing, I won't be returning.

This is one of my boys' favorite places to burn off energy. They prefer it over Urban Air (probably because it has laser tag) and Sky Zone. The lines to do the different attractions are usually shorter than Urban Air. Parking is crazy when they have a soccer game at the same time. Always worth it.

Great place for family fun! The rope course is challenging and the rock wall was great. The zipline was also fun. The laser tag was definitely fun for the whole family. They allow the little guys to do the zipline and the laser tag too. Definitely will come back again. Thank you so much Zip City for a great time. Looking forward to coming back when the additions are completed too!

A great place to bring the family to enjoy zipping, rock climbing, laser tag, bouncing on rubber mats to shoot hoops, play dodgeball and many other activities. One can never be bored with any of the activities.

It is the only indoor ropes course around but I’m only giving it 1 star because zero was not an option. This feeling comes from 98% the owner was rude to his customers. Basically told me to f-off! 1% the carpet is just as filthy as you’d imagine 20 year old carpet to be and 1% there isn’t areas for parents to sit and keep an eye on their kids. The teenage employees were much more considerate and respectful than the grown man with an attitude that is in charge. I had a complaint that could have been taken care of but he chose to lash out, not only to me but also belittling my son. Please take your kids to play elsewhere.

We used to love this place until they took out anything that smaller children could do. Unlike all other trampoline parks they do not even allow the smaller children under 3 on trampolines. Highly do not recommend for anything with younger children.

My daughter wanted to try Rock Climbing for her birthday. She, her sister and friends had a great time. I’m old and tapped out after zip lining a couple of times. It was fun though and I can mark it off my bucket list. Perhaps I’ll find the courage for larger scale zip lining. As for the kiddos, this is a great place to burn off energy and have fun!

Both my boys got gift cards for Christmas. I found a coupon in my zoobook buy 1 wristband get one free. Was told I can't use the coupon and the gift card both. I do not understand the logic here. A gift card is not a promotion it is a form of payment. Also no where on the coupon nor gift card does it state can not be used in conjunction with one another. Manager was very rude. He was going to honor but decided to take our business elsewhere. Will not be back. Terrible customer service.

Visited on a Saturday. The walls are peeling. The snacks aren’t fully stocked and it smells like urine! It’s 30 dollars to get in there and you get all the extras I mentioned. Not worth it. They can definitely afford to remodel.

It was a great place for a birthday party for my seven year old grandson and friends. It is very well supervised and has a wide variety of things to do. My favorite was the zip line. It was just right for my first time. My 4 year old granddaughter went on the zip line at least 10 times or more. She loved it. Most of the kids did the laser tag, which I also loved. It is a great place for a birthday party for young and old

The place is fun, entertaining, and adventurous. However, I did not like how there weren’t many good games to do. The zip line, climbing, and obstacle course from great heights are the only three great things about the place, and even them have flaws. The climbing area would be better if it had one side full of rocks that are made for your hands. That way people with fear of heights have a much better time and can probably reach the top. Obstacle course is not suitable for people with fear of heights because you have to grab things with your hands, and your hands are gonna be sweaty, so your grip is not gonna be the best. Add the fear into that, and the attraction is too hard to do for a person like me. Zip line is the only thing I enjoyed a lot about the place. The shooting area is fun too, but sometimes the shots take long to register, or it’s confusing how they work. The food area closes before the place does, and we had no clue about that because there were no signs about that anywhere. Where I saw at least. Therefore, we had to walk to a nearby neighborhood to order food there. They should be more spoken with the time the food area is closed that way people don’t go through what me and my friends did.

Rude staff especially at concessions today. Asked her for pizza for our party. She said they don't have pizza. Heard 10 minutes later from a staff member needing pizzas for another party. (We did not do the party package due to small party we had. ) The concessions girl was also rude to kiddos who asked how much water was and they didn't have enough, and they simply asked where a drinking fountain was. If you can't be remotely nice than you shouldn't work in a kids area. The facility was clean. They have 4 zip lines with only one open due to staffing. I honestly would go to urban air. Bigger facility, they allow little ones, and nicer employees.

My daughters middle school went for a field trip and the staff was RUDE to the teachers and children. We have video of the rude behavior . There are no slip proof socks and the slide was extra slippery. The employees snatched tickets from the children’s hands and over talked them when asking questions. I submitted my both my daughters waiver and they where rude saying they where not in the system. I had to send the confirmation email from them with the waiver to my children . Definitely do not recommend taking children. Especially on a field trip the staff was not prepared and caused them to be extra rude saying that most of the staff is teens and where out. The staff made an experience that they have been waiting weeks for a disaster . So disappointed…..

I would honestly say don’t come here. I tried reaching out to this place for a couple weeks before I even booked my kids party. No response. So I went ahead and booked a party since there was only 1 time left for the day of their party. I still had questions that needed answered so I continued to reach out. Still no response. They eventually sent the waiver and the waiver was much more detailed than the actual information when booking on the website. So I said “my children are old enough but don’t weigh enough so I want a refund” after I emailed about the refund that’s when I FINALLY get a response. whatever lady called me, rude as hell. Said I couldn’t get a refund, had an attitude, told me to come in and weigh them which would’ve been pointless. I’m not even upset about the $200 deposit. I’m upset that I was about to have my two autistic children’s party there with people who clearly lack compassion. Had I took my twins there to weigh them. It would’ve been a whole other situation for me because they would’ve wanted to stay. I wasn’t even offered a credit or anything which is fine. But whoever works there and is around children seriously needs an attitude adjustment. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful. So the attitude was completely unwarranted.

A lot of teens working there, but the young lady who helped us was very sweet! They didn't have any accommodations with the last minute notice that the toddler area was closed for covid, so we had to walk around the building with toddlers running wild as the older kids enjoyed their time. Definitely not her fault, but I feel like the website needs to be updated about parts of the facility that are closed. The young lady taking orders at the concession stand was very sweet as well, but the one asked to cook in the back was not happy to be there at all lol. It was very clean though, the atmosphere of the adult staff was awesome. Even the guys cleaning up were courteous and nice. Zip line was safe and secure, the areas were being watched and monitored. We will hope to be back again soon!

I went there with my little sister today hoping I could enjoy my time which I did at the beginning. However, when I went to their food area to buy some food everybody had an attitude with me even though I was paying my money. They had me waiting forever in order to get some fries meanwhile everyone else who ordered after me got their food right away.

We had my step sons birthday party here and it was fantastic!!! The staff was super nice and helpful with the kiddos because they were all around 4 years of age. This is a phenomenal place to take your kids or a fun spontaneous date night place! Highly recommend.

Was a fun way to spend time with my nephew. Was not all that busy on a Wednesday evening. Lots of different activities so you can bounce around and keep yourself from getting bored. Dodge balls need to be replaced because it is hard to get enough speed on the ball to get it to your target with any zip.

Been taking my kids here for years, unfortunately COVID has done a lot to businesses like this. The people were amazing but the venue is really run down. Makes us sad honestly. Was afraid of doing Zipline and rockwall because the equipment seemed out-of-date and rugged. Hope they are able to get things back on track!!

First visit and kids had fun, better than sky zone because there's more activities for the kids. Some of the equipment needs updating but it's not too bad. Will definitely be back!

The front desk clerk was very helpful, other then that the communication stops there.. The workers don't talk to you, they don't tell you what way to go what line to stand in smh, just total unprofessional.. It's kids hoisting people on the harness.. like where are all the adult staff.. My kids only liked the dodgeball, other then that we will not be returning.. to top it off it's 27 or more for a two hour pass for any age, like what? How does that even make sense? It's literally like 5 different things to do in that place.. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I came to ZipCity with my family today, 3/25, and I wanted you to know how much my family and I enjoyed the experience and your employee, Haylee, working the trampoline area was very helpful and friendly. My daughter broke a necklace she was wearing that had small charms on it that were very sentimental and not only did Haylee clear out the foam block pit of all other customers while my daughter searched the area but Haylee also got in and help her find the missing charm as well! I just wanted to make sure that she got the recognition she deserves for going above and beyond as employee.

We had come to Zip Cityin the past, maybe 3 years ago? We were a little disappointed this time around. The toddler area is gone now and they were out of 4 food items at the snack bar. Also, we saw on the website they had pizza, but when we got there, they said it was only for birthday parties. The rock wall was a hit as well as zip line. We did go out to a restaurant after since we were unable to eat there.

Save your money, place is dirty. Only one arcade game worked barely and when you ask for help. Employees say. “I’m not in the clock yet, or he’s in break” and it just opened an hr ago. Soccer was closed. Kiddos were bored after 1 hr. Go to rascals or urban air. More for the money.

This was only my first visit to Zip City. I was a spectator. The ones who participated had a great time. The venue offers lot of bounce action as well as a zip line and an elevated obstacle course. They have a small lay down arcade and laser tag! For those who get hungry or need a quick rehydration, a snack area in the arcade.

I went there a few years ago for a school field trip and had an overall really good experience. They are very friendly and patient if you are nervous and all the attractions are fun and well supervised.

I had my daughter's birthday there. My daughter liked it, but it was too spread out and too many blocked views. There was no clear direction on how to get to the different attractions. It also smelled like a AAU gym. The laser tag was in an open space so it wasn't dark enough. Actually all the spaces were open and separated by tarps, no distinctive closed off rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Got lucky and hit it with 5 kids on a Friday when they weren't busy. Kids had a solid time and enjoyed the activities. Dodgeball area and lazer tag could've used more supervision even when not busy but other than that was good experience

Staff is always great ! Me and my daughter have been regulars there for about a year and she has drawn them some nice pictures wich they put on their wall in mutual appreciation ! Thanks for always being great zip city and it's employees!

Absolutely loved it. Took three 13 year old boys. They were entertained the entire three hours. Price was fair for the time and all that was there to do. We will definitely be back.

Just had my child’s 9th birthday party here, it was great! They showed awesome costumer services, and we’re very kind. They made sure my daughter had a great time. She couldn’t express to me more how badly she wanted to go back. You should definitely consider Zip City for your next party!

Good place if you have a little one that isn't afraid of heights, but for those that are, there aren't a lot of activities for them.
