It
was
our
first
time
staying
over
in
a
Disneyland
hotel
and
Disneyland
Hollywood
has
provided
such
positive
experience
for
both
my
family
and
me.
1.
Was
greeted
by
the
Customer
service
officer,
Marcus,
with
a
marvel
character
of
Nick
Fury.
-
He
spoke
really
fluent
English
which
definitely
will
aid
in
tourist
who
speaks
English
only.
-
I
only
request
for
a
baby
cot
for
my
son
to
sleep
during
the
night.
However,
he
noticed
I
had
2
kids
with
me
and
he
initiated
to
check
if
I
needed
additional
equipments
such
as
bottle
steriliser,
milk
warmer,
heater
(to
warm
the
room
as
it
was
their
cooling
season),
he
also
informed
us
that
there's
a
water
dispenser
in
the
room
for
us
to
make
milk
for
the
kids.
-
He
was
really
thoughtful
and
in
my
opinion,
he
did
not
need
to
initiate
all
these
suggestions
but
he
did
it
out
of
genuine
concern.
For
this,
I
appreciate
it.
2.
There
are
free
activities
available
in
the
hotel.
-
There's
an
arcade
available
for
your
younger
kids
to
enjoy.
Most
of
the
machines
are
free
of
charge
except
for
the
claw
machines
with
prizes.
They
also
have
a
table
with
crayins
and
Disney
characters
for
kids
to
settle
down
for
colouring.
-
Just
right
beside
the
arcade,
the
dining
area
also
has
a
Disney
workshop
whereby
the
staff
will
be
hand
teaching
younger
kids
to
create
Disney
art
and
craft.
Please
do
check
their
timeslot
for
the
workshop
as
it's
not
available
all
time.
3.
Free
shuttle
bus
that
transports
you
to
Disneyland.
-
The
shuttle
bus
comes
every
10-15
minutes
and
it
was
so
convenient
for
tourist
that
stays
in
the
hotel.
There
isn't
a
need
to
worry
if
there's
available
space
to
board
the
bus
as
the
bus
isn't
always
pack
during
my
time
there.
Hence,
with
younger
kids
around,
the
shuttle
bus
service
and
available
seats
are
major
plus
points.
Hope
my
points
provide
a
positive
review
about
the
hotel
and
as
an
appreciation
to
Marcus
and
team
for
making
my
stay
a
wonderful
and
magical
experience.
:)
