It was our first time staying over in a Disneyland hotel and Disneyland Hollywood has provided such positive experience for both my family and me. 1. Was greeted by the Customer service officer, Marcus, with a marvel character of Nick Fury. - He spoke really fluent English which definitely will aid in tourist who speaks English only. - I only request for a baby cot for my son to sleep during the night. However, he noticed I had 2 kids with me and he initiated to check if I needed additional equipments such as bottle steriliser, milk warmer, heater (to warm the room as it was their cooling season), he also informed us that there's a water dispenser in the room for us to make milk for the kids. - He was really thoughtful and in my opinion, he did not need to initiate all these suggestions but he did it out of genuine concern. For this, I appreciate it. 2. There are free activities available in the hotel. - There's an arcade available for your younger kids to enjoy. Most of the machines are free of charge except for the claw machines with prizes. They also have a table with crayins and Disney characters for kids to settle down for colouring. - Just right beside the arcade, the dining area also has a Disney workshop whereby the staff will be hand teaching younger kids to create Disney art and craft. Please do check their timeslot for the workshop as it's not available all time. 3. Free shuttle bus that transports you to Disneyland. - The shuttle bus comes every 10-15 minutes and it was so convenient for tourist that stays in the hotel. There isn't a need to worry if there's available space to board the bus as the bus isn't always pack during my time there. Hence, with younger kids around, the shuttle bus service and available seats are major plus points. Hope my points provide a positive review about the hotel and as an appreciation to Marcus and team for making my stay a wonderful and magical experience. :)

The hotel is supposedly newly-renovated but our washroom appeared outdated. There was an opening in the ceiling where you can see cables, there was no outlet for the hairdryer, the wallpaper was yellow, and the door constantly creaked open by itself. There was also a constant whistling sound in the room- most notable in the washroom. Public areas were clean and breakfast selection at Ink & Plate was good. However, the female front desk staff at Ink & Plate tried to give our table away to another family away when we were grabbing food and did not apologize for the mix-up. This translated to lack of professionalism and customer service in our eyes. Staff at the store were also unhelpful and not super friendly. Quite disappointed by the lack of magic here.

Facilities are limited compared to the main hotel, room was simple but provided good accessibility to the park. Great service that Disney is known for. Check out the complimentary activities if you have time.

A over rated hotel. Food was a big turnoff in terms of food selection and restaurant timing. I checked in 3 pm and only one of 2 restaurants was serving drinks and some snacks. Other food options are far off. Almost no option for vegetarian people. Rooms are very basic. Very good connectivity with Disneyland Hong Kong.

During our recent stay in Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, my husband left his ring band in the bathroom when we checked out. We did not notice the missing ring until we were on the plane back home. We contacted the staff of the hotel immediately and the staff promptly acknowledged the situation and located the ring very quickly. After that the hotel mailed the ring to the address provided without any charges. The professionalism and working ethic of the hotel staff shown in this incident clearly demonstrates that this hotel is a world class hotel with first class service standards, and we definitely recommend this hotel to vacation takers and travelers, and we will stay in this hotel next time we visit Hong Kong.

Not to be mean but my friends and I order fried rice at 10:10 but when the fried rice the food was wet, they add too much sauce and it was sloppy but next time add little bit less on the fried rice. Have more food added in the menu but experience was good. DON’T ORDER THE SLOPPY FRIED RICE IF YOU EAT YOUR DINNER LATE BECAUSE I DON’T LIKE IT. P.s I’m not trying to be mean.
