To say that I miss my stay here would be a severe understatement. This hotel exudes a remarkable vintage charm, with delightful Disney accents adorning every corner of the property. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the unique atmosphere that blended nostalgia with whimsical design. The staff at this hotel truly stood out for their kindness and helpfulness. Their warm and attentive demeanor made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered engaging activities such as stamp hunting game, which added an element of fun and adventure. Completing the quest resulted in delightful gifts from the front desk, adding an extra layer of excitement to the overall experience. The beautifully designed rooms were a visual treat, perfectly complementing the vintage aesthetic of the hotel. While the shower area may have been slightly small, it was still manageable and did not detract from the overall comfort of the stay. In conclusion, this hotel is a true gem that left a lasting impression on me.

Rooms were big! Basic amenities provided. Shuttle buses to and from Disneyland/train station runs quite often. Very nice views and gardens for walk in the evening. Food were pricey but delicious!

One of the best hotel experience. Very nice ambience. Very helpful and kind staff. While waiting for taxi, the tourist infront of us took our luggage accidentally and loaded into the taxi and left. We realised it only when we got into the taxi ourselves. We told the hotel staff and they assisted us. They reassured us that they would help us get the luggage. They called the taxi driver and also the hotel that the guests before us went. They managed to get hold of the luggage and gave it back to us after a 2 hrs wait. We had no choice but we paid the taxi driver the fare of coming back to return the luggage. To make us feel better, the hotel manager told my daughter to get a merchandise from the disney store valued at about $300. They also got us another taxi to our next hotel destination and stayed with us throughout the wait. Thank you so much Disney Lodge. We really appreciate your very kind service. Hope to stay there again.

Stayed on Christmas and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is enormous. Disney-themed decor adorns every corner, creating a magical atmosphere. The hotel has its own Disney store, and we received vouchers as part of our stay. The facilities are comprehensive, featuring an outdoor pool, a garden, a kids' playroom, an ice-making room, and more. The receptionists are friendly, proficient in English, enhancing our overall experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. We book two rooms and they gave us connecting rooms, a definite thumbs up! 👍🏻 The amenities are not only cute but also kid-friendly, providing slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. Every Disneyland hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Disneyland Park. If you wish to visit other hotels, a transfer bus at the theme park is required, or you can stroll while enjoying the scenic seaside views.

We were pleased to have been granted connecting rooms as we had requested, and the front desk check-in staff were courteous and accommodating. Although there were a few language barriers, the staff were understanding and patient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing ample space for our needs. The frequent, free shuttle buses were a convenient feature, and the numerous staff members available for assistance made our stay feel safe and secure. The functional and aesthetically pleasing design of the hotel added to our overall positive experience.

A magical experience at a magical place. If you arrive early, drop off your bag with the baggage service cast members. They will give you a claim check. Register for check in at the front desk and show them the claim check. They will email you when your room is ready. Rooms were big! Basic amenities provided. Shuttle buses to and from Disneyland. I’d deducted 1 points from the hotel simply because there was no water provided in the room.

We stayed for 5 days and I had the most amazing hotel experience. The entire hotel staff is friendly and accomodating. Food in room service is delicious and has big servings. The room is spacious and has electric water dispenser. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, shower cap, face soap). The shower has 2 options (overhead shower and adjustable shower head) and they also have hot and cold shower too. The powder area is just outside the bath room, they also provide bathroom tissue, facial tissues, tea, coffee, and others. They change and fix your bed everyday especially the bathroom they change your bath robe, bath towels and face towels everyday. And also they gave each of us a birthday treat towel that resembles a cake. Our stay here was truly memorable and they gave us wonderful memories and experience. The service they provide is awesome. We also kept with us our own key cards as a remembrance for staying in Disney Explorers Lodge. Thank you so much! Definitely want to go back again. 😍

The kids loved every bit of it. It is imperative that you choose at least 1 day extra to enjoy the property itself. Food wasn't all that great, but it's not bad for you to not be able to eat at all.

The newest of the Disney hotel. The food in HK Disney leans towards being fancy instead of leaning into Disney themed like Tokyo Disney. The food generally tastes great but quite pricy and really not what I’m here for. The room has some Disney themed decorations and can request set up as frozen themed. But basically just get some door hangers, slippers and toiletries.

It was fun. And service was great! Stayed for 5days and 4nights. And was worth every penny. Would stay here again! Breakfast buffet was delicious!

One of the newer Disney hotels, better looking than the Disney Sequoia Lodge in Paris. The Lobby is well designed, very spacious and smells really great!

Amazingly magical to be in this Disney themed hotel. They nailed the interior decoration, every single tiny detail was looked into. The consistency around the entire facility and the story really brings everything together. Definitely a great time for families and kids. The location is great as it is only 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from HK Island.

Explorers lodge is nicely themed to Disney standard. There was dust along the skirting boards down the halls which wasn't like Disney at all. We looked on the internet by scanning a qr code provided and found all the pool activities available then got to the pool but it was empty. I wouldn't have booked at a resort with an empty pool. We stay at Disney Hotels around the world and have never experienced anything like this. Beds were Queen sized and comfy, rooms were soundproof and quiet, but so so disappointed about the pool. Walked 20 min to the Disney Hotel and to swim in their indoor pool, though stayed there last time and decided not to this time because of the double beds.
