Very nice hotel located close to the airport. The service and staff are amazing and so kind. Even though I'm in quarantine in the hotel due to covid 19 rules the hotel doing his best to make our staying like home. The food is good and I liked the salmon, rib eye steak, cheesecake and mushrooms soup. Make sure you have enough water for drinking because the air is quite dry. Enjoy and stay safe.

As Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite members, we've enjoyed a multitude of experiences across Marriott properties globally. However, our stay at the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel was notable for the exceptional flexibility and courtesy extended to us. On both our visits to this hotel, we were warmly welcomed with an upgrade to a suite. This delightful start was a nod to our loyalty and set the tone for our comfortable stay. The suites, with their elegant design and spacious layout, provided a sanctuary of rest in the bustling city. The hotel's flexibility with early check-in and late check-out timings was a significant highlight of our stay. This convenience allowed us to maximize our time exploring the city and eased our travel schedule, making our experience seamless and stress-free. Furthermore, the thoughtful gesture from the concierge, who provided us with an umbrella to use in the city over the weekend, was greatly appreciated. This simple act of kindness not only made our exploration of the city more comfortable but also showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The Executive Lounge, while satisfactory, did not quite match the exceptional experiences we've had at some other Marriott properties, particularly in Bangkok. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant space to relax, providing a better experience than many hotel lounges in North America. An additional bonus was the hotel's service of storing our luggage for two nights while we took a mini-trip to the Island. This added convenience greatly enhanced our travel experience and allowed us to explore unburdened. In conclusion, Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and commendable service that left a positive impression on us. Despite room for improvement in the lounge experience, the overall flexibility and thoughtful gestures make this hotel a worthwhile choice for travelers visiting Hong Kong. We eagerly anticipate our next stay and the continued evolution of this property.

Quality of beverages and over all service quality have declined drastically since corona started. I ordered granola with mixed berries. And it was literally not even a full strawberry cut into 3 tiny pieces and 3 blueberries. I thought this was an accident so I called to make sure they delivered the right thing to my room and the women confirmed that it was supposed to be one strawberry and four blueberries. What a joke. This is supposed to be a five star hotel. They are just trying to take advantage of people who have to quarantine here. This hotel has become an absolute disgrace for Marriott. The Marriott burger also can’t be compared to what it tasted like before COVID times. I would strongly discourage anyone from ever staying here. The rooms aren’t as clean as they used to be it’s just an overall mess!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. I was offered a sea view room, early check in (11am) and late checkout (1:30pm). Hotel also provided complimentary shuttle (private 7-seater) to and from the airport. Big and spacious rooms that were clean, modern and comfortable. Good sound insulation overall, could hear the planes taking off / landing but I think this is inevitable given that the hotel is next to an airport. The bathroom had with a good selection of amenities from This Works. I really liked the pool in the hotel. Usually not a big fan of indoor pools, however given it was 19° outside the indoor heated pool was definitely appreciated. The changing room also had a small jacuzzi, steam room and sauna room, which was a plus. However, the changing room was a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The only disappointing part of my stay was that the food. Ordered a Marriott Burger to the room ($200) and the meat was quite dry— mediocre at best. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, however this was not included in the price of the room and had to pay an additional $300. Overall a great hotel if you have a business trip at the expo or have a transit flight.

During the stay was ok, but during the checkout was a nightmare: Half of the staff doesn't speak English, no organization at all, lack of hotel Bus. To bad to be true.

Stayed 2 nights with our 3 year old daughter as a part of our staycation. Location I would say is the strongest perks of this place as it has shuttle bus that comes every quarter? (Need to reconfirm with staffs) that goes to the airport first then to Tung Chung area. Coming back from Tung Chung, won't go pass the airport fyi. A minute walking distance to Asia World Expo Tung Chung is famous for hiking trails that leads to Big Buddha, Discovery Bay or Mui Wo and many different places. May want to try the biking as well as they have rental bike bus that resides near the Fu Tung school area. Dinsey was one of the reason why we stayed considering the price within the area was relatively high, I figured Marriott was a decent choice. Room I would say was spacious, clean, up to standard but the exteriors and everything were bit outdated and bit rusted (you would know that its been there for a while) you wouldnt expect those trendy modern chic feeling as other new hotels. Ammeties were well replenished, bathroom was clean and dry I could see that the staffs were trying hard to keep the place clean. Gym was operated 24hrs, also spacious had number of equipments ready to be used. Buffet 7.30 to 10.30 I would say, not my cup of tea, bit outdated once again, especially the coffee... was just.... choices werent that much to choose, and the cuisines were just not well cooked. Staffs were attentive, very willing to hear your needs but when the dining area (buffet) gets bit crowded and the staffs wont handle you with attentiveness at all. Overall, I would say if you want to stay close to asiaworld expo, Tung Chung , airport then you MAY want to try it as there are worse hotel adjacent to the airport area.

The best! The food was great, we had their breakfast buffet and the food selection was topnotch. So many options. Also, they have a shuttle bus to and from Tung Chung Station as well as the airport. It's every 30 minutes so no need to worry about your transportation.

Location is close to airport but pretty far from everything else, to the point where I couldn’t get a taxi back to the hotel from the mall because no driver wanted to drive over here. Rooms were clean and comfortable - no complaints. What makes this 5 star for me is that their service is INCREDIBLE. I was an idiot and held the razor by the wrong end and annihilated my fingers. I was so embarrassed and asked for a few bandaids and a pair of single use gloves so I could wash my clothes, and they immediately sent not only those but also alcohol pads, gauze, and an antibiotic wash. I also didn’t know HK uses the European three prong outlets, and they kindly let me borrow an adapter. Room service is speedy, fresh, and tasty. I did receive a lobster soup that wasn’t fresh but they immediately took it back and took it off my tab. Every staff member - from check in to phone to room service to check out - was exceptionally pleasant. Docked one star for the location & breakfast buffet - everything was either too oily or too stale. Eat outside or get room service!!

Great location since it’s next to the airport and they have a free shuttle there every morning. It’s also about a 10 min drive to Disneyland where we spent our day. Our room was nice and spacious however the bathroom was dirty. We found stains all over the bathroom floor. We also asked for a few things from room service and it took over half an hour since they didn’t acknowledge our request the first time, I had to remind them again

Apart from the location and traffic, this is a comfort and cozy hotel. The choice of buffer breakfast is good enough. Cheese and salad vegetables and lots of fresh cut fruits are available. Chinese dim sum is yummy. The facilities in gymnastics room are quite new and in good condition.

Everything here is perfect. Housekeeping, helpful and friendly staffs, awesome breakfast with many food choices. The only downside is there is no restaurants/shopping center nearby the hotel. The hotel location is very near to the airport, it is just few km distance. They even provide free shuttle bus to airport. Overall the hotel is great.

Daily bus shuttle from Tung Chung & Airport. Very convenient. Alternatively, can alight at Asia World (airport express) station and walk over to the hotel using the bridge link. The executive lounge has a good view of the sea. Individual computer usage space with printer. Breakfast varies is limited (small continental spread only) compared to the one at L1 restaurant. However, the free flow of soft drinks is good. At L1, you got to pay for it. Better variety of coffee and tea. Very friendly staff. Can consider registering for a free Marriot Bonvoy if travelling with kids age 12 and under. Kids 12yrs and below get free breakfast with each adult paying breakfast if you book their hotel directly through the app.

Hotel check in near midnight was slow and understaffed. Managed to check in only past midnight after waiting for 30 to 45mins. Bathroom sliding door also got stuck at one point. WC is the non soft closing type. The hotel room door also cannot door hold. Breakfast buffet food at around 730am was also not hot enough. Saving grace was the friendly staff. Not recommended to stay at this hotel for the price point.

This Marriott hotel is very close to the Hong Kong International Airport, and the hotel offers airport shuttle services for hotel guests. The hotel has a very nice and clean fitness facility, including a full range of equipment for various exercises, dry sauna, steam sauna, and spa. Indoor and heated swimming pool is large enough for swimmers. The breakfast buffet is amazingly delicious, and you can choose from Western cuisine to Asian foods. I always eat too much here👍

Stayed here Prior Covid. Stay was great rooms were clean although could do with a face lift. Amenities were all exceptional especially the Gym. The complementary coach to Tung Chung around the hour is a great way to get around even though the property is isolated. The breakfast spread is immense to say the least.

I loved it! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything is clean, modern, and the food at the bistro is delicious! They even have a shuttle that can scoop you up from or to the airport for no extra expense. I had a great experience, and would love to return at anytime

I stay at Hong Kong Skycity Marriott Hotel for business travel for 4 days. Once i entered the hotel i went to reception and got my room key card and QR code to order food for room service. And the receptionist lady wrote that "breakfast is between 6:30 to 11:00". However, today when i went to breakfast saloon at 10:40 I'm not accept and they told me "it's between 6:30 to 10:30". I have been at breakfast 2 days ago at 10:40 again and nobody told me anything. This is not fair. If this is true that breakfast is until 10:30, they must inform us. Besides, the man who welcomes guests before breakfast saloon was too rude. He just showed me the way of reception and even doesn't speak. He only says "no no no". He is i think chief or someone like that. To sum up, it was a shocking moment for me. I stay in many kind of hotel due to my job. And this is first time that something rude like this happened and I feel really rejected rudely. Even they would say "okay sir today welcome and enjoy your breakfast but after today we can not accept at this time..." I will also speak with my company and report you. This is unbelievably rude for Marriott. I'm not going to prefer you anymore. Thanks.

All the staffs are very friendly and approachable. Including reception, restaurant, executive lounge and the fitness center. Negatives: 1. housekeeping side is quite weak, did not replenish teabags and several items, scale out of battery etc. 2. drivers' attitude could improve. I felt unsafe during the free shuttle transfer as he was driving like mad trying to get ahead of others. Also need to ask him to open the luggage door, he should know if there are any luggages being stored under or not. I felt that this service does not reflect the Marriott standard.

Very nice hotel in the close vicinity of the airport. Usually outside the covid restrictions they have awesome breakfast.

Service and hotel staff are extremely poor and unacceptable. I didn’t expect I need to buy a lighter just for one second even I have shown the hotel receptionist my birthday cake, I was asking to borrow a lighter but they rejected me and said I can only buy it. Also, I didn’t expect I have to buy a USB cable to charge my phone instead I have borrowed USB cable at many hotels in HK before, which I think this is so normal and shouldn’t be reject! Last but not least, the telephone staff from Man Ho Chinese Restaurant is impolite as well. She didn’t check my booking carefully before questioning my online booking via OpenRice.

Enjoy to stay. Staff very hospitable. Room clean. Seeing flighty leaving leads to strong sense of overseas travelling.
