Stayed at Ocean Front three-bedroom suite and the view from all rooms and bathrooms are breathe taking. The suite has a kitchen area which we’ve used it for preparing breakfast. There’s a kids room with 2 arcade machine and a gym room for adults. Overall it was a pleasant stay although there is much to do at the home plus the area nearby.

Loved the hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, we stayed 2 nights. Nearby beach is amazing, very clean and not too crowded. I love the plaza nearby, a lot of places to eat. The buffet lunch was good, lots of selection to chose from, I would have preferred a little more continental food but I loved the selection of seafood, sushi, and sashimi. Very good service. The room was good size, perfect for 2. Quite spacious in Hong Kong standards. I would love to have a romantic getaway next time. Perfect for romantic holiday or a quick getaway.

Never again! Terrible service and staff! Dusty room. Arrived on the black rainstorm day. No notice no information on their site about the transport or any arrangement re extreme weather. Service:::Check in staff were rude and disrespectful. Mentioned about celebrating birthday there and the staff did not greet and gave a really cheap doll as present which would sound ridiculous and rude to any adults. ROOM::: unprofessional! Dirty USED WET TOWER were left in the bath tub! Humid and dusty room look unused for a long period of time. And staff reacted nothing when I requested for changing the room. ROOM2:::: still dusty but brighter. Window not cleaned well but room is clean. Cleaning staff attempted to break in around 10 and luckily I locked the door. FOOD::: tried their East Asian buffet. $488@1. Average quality but less choices than last year menu. Cold seafood are average and hot food are fine. Too 熱氣 for anyone with health concern. Requested birthday arrangement and the staff were friendly to send free cakes and candles, and took photos for us. That’s the only place I would recommend.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Price performance ratio was great. It’s exactly like the pictures and the service was very courteous and helpful. I would come back next time.

Every time I think about this stunning hotel, I am left speechless. For it is the most amazing, beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. May I add that I have been to many hotels, in many countries around the world. This 4 Star hotel is the very pinnacle of luxury and cleanliness, not to mention the incredible selection of 'all you can eat' food at breakfast ans dinner. Above all, the staff here are so well trained and professionall, nothing is too much for them to assist you in any way possible. Upon arrival, the first thing you see is the stunning structure of the place, then, when you enter reception it is like entering the 'starship Enterprise'! Just a big WOW. The rooms are incredible, with unbelievable mountain, or sea views. There is also a large swimming pool in a rooftop scenic garden setting. We were upgraded to the 'Panoramic view, executive suite', with semi - circular windows, a very large suite with the large bed facing the huge window. Upon opening those curtains, behold, the most amazing sea view. If you want to get married here, then you can, as they have there own pyramid shaped Chapel, after which you can go out to sea on the galleon ship that is moored at the hotel. As you can imagine, it would be extremely expensive, however, well worth the memories. This hotel is most definitely DEFINITELY 5 star, but unbelievably it is 4 star. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5 STAR

Good rooms with an astounding view of mountains or the sea, there is probably no room without a view. OK restaurant and good service, also has nice swimming pool and a gym, excelent place to stay overall. The downsides are that there are way too many people on public holidays and weekends and sometimes the showers can malfunction for a few seconds.

The carpet was a bit dusty but the room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a nice stay and the hotel staff was super friendly and amiable. The dinner buffet was delicious with a lot of options and my son especially loved the Alaskan crab legs. We got lucky with the pool so we managed to swim once but the next morning there was thunderstorm warning so we couldn’t swim a second time. Free arcade machine in the kids club. We didn’t manage to play mini golf (maybe next time). There’s a supermarket and 7-11 nearby if you need it.

The bed is full of sand inside out the blanket and bedsheet upon check-in. Checked in to Room 501 on 4 Dec 2021 Sat. The view was stunning so originally we were very satisfied. Our young toddler and infant needed an afternoon nap. And once I opened the blanket I felt some sand. We did not even go to the beach before entering the hotel room. Given I am not particularly picky, I thought a few wouldn’t hurt. But there was just too much sand filled with the entire bed. Obviously the housekeeping person didn’t change the bedsheet and didn’t even bother checking before letting guests check in. It’s really unacceptable given the room rate of hkd2k+ but such undesirable hygiene standard especially as a supposedly family-friendly hotel. We consider hotel management should tackle the issue especially on busy weekends to step up internal control over housekeeping to ensure basic hygiene standard is maintained.

Lovely rooms and view, but front desk service could be faster

Awesome hotel and the best part of it is the location, because it is far away from the city center and it has a vibe of being in foreign countries. The monchhichi theme is very good and it's everywhere. A must to go for fans of monchhichi.

Worst Father’s Day staycation. Waited in long ques for check in to only know that our rooms for not ready for another couple of hours. They don’t give you an extra bottle of complimentary water even if you have little kids. Don’t bother going here

Remote hotel with lovely beaches. A quiet staycation location for urbanized people. Transportation was not easy and getting there required several changes.

Amazing view! Stayed at the ocean view suite. But some parts of the room is a bit dusty. Also when I ordered champagne glasses delivered to the room, one of the glass was not cleaned thoroughly. Exceptional service, all staffs are friendly and helpful. Long line up at the pool though, even though customers were already assigned to different time slots. Would go back again.

The children are enjoying their summer vacation, and in order to welcome the coming of Easter, they will be given a three-day, two-night stay at home. Recommend this hotel, definitely suitable for children's vacation. This time, I tried two of their rooms with different views. The full sea view themed room has two single beds. The view is very open. Once you enter the room, there are traces of the theme monchhichi everywhere. Whether it is the window or the bed, the happiest is to stay. Many different souvenirs were given.

Great experience. Excellent staff, good room with stunning view of the harbor, great location. Felt like I’m in the US or Europe. Also some decent restaurants close by. Great to get away from the noise of HK island. We originally had a room by the elevator and requested staff to change and they obliged. If I had to pick something to complain, I’d say the pillows are not great and the rooms could have some darker shades… but for the price especially the experience was outstanding

Surprisingly good! Heard a lot abt the hotel is old the food wasn’t that good so we came with low expectation. But at standard room price, they gave us quite a good sea and mountain view room. With our 20 months and 5 months old and the kids can run around with drawing and slides in the kids playground on 2nd floor. Breakfast was ok, I mean wasn’t expecting 5 stars hotel food, so the salad, dim sum, western, omelette and noodle stations seems good enough for us and our kids. Recommend it and will come again when it’s cooler. (Just don’t go to the Thai resturant in the plaza, worst experience ever)

Nice room and nice sea view can be see thru hotel room balcony. We had one of the best (expensive?) room with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and shared with a living room. Swimming pool is also nice that reminded you as a resort town thru the swimming period last only an hour. Ideally it will be nice they offered golf cart rental service.

Amazing hotel, pity the pool was a bit small and some facilities was closed due to covid

Great place to stay. Pool is lovely and the rooms are clean & well kept. The housekeeping staff is super friendly. Bear with the huge crowd these days as the summer holidays make for large crowds staying here.
