    A legit gym with workout plans for all members, not just CrossFit. As a previous NCAA athlete, I've been around plenty of gyms and wannabe CrossFit joints, but Jaime (the main coach) has done a great job of making you feel comfortable here whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out. They take a wholistic approach to fitness so it’s not just CrossFit or heavy lifting but a combo of everything that provides for healthy, sustainable workouts. Members are also very nice and cheer you on. I was only visiting the area, but if I lived here I would definitely choose this gym over CrossFit Issaquah or the 425 gym.

    I have been with Transform Fitness for about a year now. I feel so much stronger, healthier, flexible than in a year!! Before I started this fitness I constantly had back pain it was bad but now not have much pain anymore!!. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, amazing facility, a great environment, super clean and comfortable gym for everyone!!

    Transform fitness is awesome! I attended a class for new moms and it was the perfect reintroduction to exercise post partum. Adrianna was our instructor and she was amazing! Made everything easily understandable and unintimidating, modifying anything as needed for each individual. The gym is in a great location, super nice and very clean!

    Transform fitness welcomed me to Issaquah since my day 1 of moving there. It’s a diverse and friendly community for all fitness levels. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helped me improve so much. I got my first muscle up and hand stand there! I also become leaner but stronger! I often have my friends drop in when they visit me. I’d recommend anyone in the neighborhood to come train here 🤙

    I’ve been going to Transform Fitness since September 2022 for personal training sessions with coach Jaime. I have never trained before, had no idea where to even start and was out of shape when I signed up after doing a lot of research of gyms in the area. I’m so happy I found them! The facility is always clean and my sessions are private since it’s outside of class hours so it’s just me and Jaime during this time. This was a plus for me since I was so intimidated by the thought of training and looking like a fool in front of other people. I also love that the workouts we do aren’t highly complicated (like the ones you’d see on social media) but still leave me sore the next day (in the best way possible) and that I don’t have to plan my workouts! I’m really proud of the progress that we’ve made so far and I’ve built a lot of self-confidence. My schedule fluctuated during the first couple of months and I have only just started to see him regularly two times a week so I wasn’t expecting to see/feel much of a difference. But after a recent hike I anticipated to be very challenging (5 miles, 2300 ft), I realized that the sessions we’ve done really made a difference because the hike was surprisingly easy. I never thought I would actually enjoy a hike before I started training with Jaime. I also realized that all of the pains I felt doing everyday activities such as carrying a heavy grocery bag wasn’t painful any more. I really appreciate the patience and support!! I highly recommend Transform Fitness and am so excited to continue my fitness journey here!

    I highly recommend Transform Fitness. The coaching and programming are outstanding! Jaime and his team of experienced coaches really know what they are doing, and they bring it every day. During the busiest parts of my ski and mountain bike seasons, I come to Transform workouts to maintain strength, flexibility, and muscle memory. In between seasons, Transform helps me build strength and muscular endurance. This is the magic combination that keeps me feeling strong, confident, healthy, and ready for anything. Coaches are always ready to help me modify the workouts to meet my needs any time of year. Oh, and the facility is always in excellent condition. Jaime is on top of it, and it shows.

    This gym is more than just a place to workout; It’s a community of like minded individuals who want to be their healthiest version of themselves. There is a diverse community of individuals at all varying athletic ability. The coaches are warm and welcoming. They make the workouts fun. They cheer you on and encourage you when you get tired. If you are new, they breakdown the movements to where you do not feel lost. It keeps me coming back to enjoy getting healthy.

    This gym is just the best! The coaches are supportive and knowledgeable. It is the most supportive environment and there’s always plenty of fist bumps and cheering to go around when you accomplish something new. The workouts are physically challenging but the coaches always make sure there are plenty of modifications for any skill level. I walk out of every class feeling accomplished and motivated to come back and continue to push myself.

    I wanted to try a crossfit workout for the first time, but I was a little intimidated because I wasn't in shape and I'm very petite. After the first day, I knew I had found what I was looking for! I could tell right away that the coaches understood what I wanted and they were dedicated to helping me achieve my fitness goals. This was very refreshing after feeling like I was wasting time at my old gym, getting nothing from the classes and feeling lost exercising on my own. I've gained great friends and love the sense of community this gym fosters. (Plus they know how to party 😂) It's very clean and well organized, and the equipment is top-of-the-line. Awesome gym!

    This gym brings so much joy to so many. The owners are so involved and all the trainers truly care about you and your progress. Any fitness level is welcome, and all the members are so kind and uplifting. It is clean and organized. They have many class options which are easy to register for through the app. The program truly strengthens your entire body. The best gym I have been a part of, life changing!

    Transform Fitness is a great place to workout with a great community to help support each other! My favorite thing about this gym is that their primary goal really is to help people move. Wether you are looking to be pushed to perform at your best, are just learning to move in the first place, or are recovering from an injury, they are prepared to meet people where they are at. I have taken a handful of group classes in the evenings now and really feel supported by every coach that has helped me so far. I am also new to some of the movements here and their on-ramp program left me in a great starting position to join the classes.

    I highly recommend checking this place out. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a supportive community and a super fun place to get fit and feel your best. The owners are AMAZING. They are so kind and considerate and really care about helping everyone access fitness, no matter what your age or stage of life. All of the trainers are so knowledgeable. They’ve helped me re-gain fitness after having a baby and I now feel better than ever! Transform truly has transformed my mindset around fitness and I went from never wanting to workout to really finding enjoyment in it and looking forward to it. The space is also immaculate, it’s super clean with the best equipment and you can tell that everything is very well taken care of. Again, HIGHLY recommend.

    Transform Fitness is the third CrossFit gym I've belonged to in the Seattle area, and is by far my favorite. I have felt the most welcomed here by both the owners and coaches as well as the other members, and the most supported by coaches who care about your form, offer options and modifications for all levels without judgment, and know when to push you to help you keep improving. As someone who works from home, I am thankful for this community and the fun I have every time I step into the gym.

    I’ve been coming to Transform since 2018 and this gym has been a huge part of my life over the years. The staff, community and butt kicking workouts are unmatched but it’s the culture and family feeling that’s kept me coming back. They have always met me where I’m at in my fitness journey and I love that I get to be around the most supportive and encouraging community. Thanks Transform, Much love!

    I started coming to Transform Fitness for the Mommy and Me classes. Highly recommend the class for expecting or new moms! It is helpful and reassuring that the trainers are always checking in on the importance form, clearly explain each exercise, and offer accommodations if needed. I love how clean, structured, and organized the space is.

    I’ve been coming to Transform Fitness for the last 6 months and I couldn’t have asked for a better personal training experience. Working out here 2-3 times a week has been transformative for my health and strength. Going to the gym has become a huge part of my routine and I am grateful for Jaime for doing all he can to keep me consistent. Also, Jaime is such a good guy and a supportive coach. It’s like I get to work out with a friend 2-3 times a week! 💪
