Very good hotel. Near to Tram and RER. Clean, comfortable and very convenient. Good staffs. Lot of varieties in breakfast. @Fatima is very friendly and kind person, she communicates very well with us, we feel like homely atmosphere. Super market and park are very near.

Best place, near to tram and RER to connect to the city. Cheaper with cooking facility. Just great. I prefer this hotel because of their morning breakfast. @Fatima is so good and caring and helps me and all of my friends who are from India. @Lola at the restaurant is very kind to people and she ensure that we are before closing the restaurant on Saturday and Sunday. I am very much thankful to her. In the reception, I found Ryan, who understands our needs and helps like a family member. Thanks to everyone else for providing comfortable stay and feel like home in Paris

Generally a terrible place. Room was over 36 degrees. No a/c. We were told to “open our windows for fresh air”. I am covered in mosquito bite and never properly slept. My husband and i both sweat through the night as a result of the heat. I am ill from so many mosquitos. I have contacted a french attorney, we will sue the hotel.

I always stayed at Residhome during my all 3 visits to Paris. It's a very nice hotel with very good staff. The breakfast served here is very good with lots of varieties. Also very good connectivity with all modes of transport. Nearby Tram t2 station is there...RER station..métro station...and different bus staions. Nearby supermarket and pharmacy also available. Also ATMs.. children's park. Hotel is also having enough parking place too. The wifi is also very good. I prefer to stay here during my future trips as well. Always recommend this to my friends and family.

Rooms are fine. Location was good for work and transport. Housekeeping standards are very poor. Aside from making the bed and putting in a fresh towel they don’t do anything else during the stay. Bins were not emptied, crockery not replaced. Breakfast is advertised until 11 AM on weekends in the room information so after my morning workout I went to the restaurant at 10:30 AM and was told the restaurant is closed. I required a refund on my credit card which in itself was a ridiculous process. I was asked to write down my credit card details on a piece of paper which would be given to the manager. I asked why it couldn’t just be refunded on the same machine that the charge was made and I was told that the special cards for the hotel to process a refund we’re locked in the safe. So the hotel doesn’t trust it staff to make a refund but at the same time they are OK with customer credit card details being written down and completely unsecured. It took about 15 minutes to get the manager who then opened the safe and processed the refund. If you trust your staff with customers’ credit card details surely you should trust them with making transactions on behalf of the hotel or is it that you just don’t care about your customers security? Alba and Ines gave exceptional customer service and will probably do better in another hotel that values customer service.

I stayed for one month in the hotel. When I arrived they informed me that the cleaning would be done two times per week and after three weeks they changed to only one without any explanation. The cleaning was done really poorly so after staying one month it was almost impossible to live there.

Breakfast was delicious and eyeful. Location was far from city center, but calm and relax. You can face many mosquitos 😬

This is the best place I could have chosen for this long stay. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood and very close to supermarket, pharmacy, bike rental, coffee shop, great restaurants, kids park, the metro, the Siene!!!

This was my first stay here. The hotel is near the Seine but not near the centre, it is a large hotel with multiple floors and many rooms. As it is an appart hotel each room has a small kitchen area, with hot plate, microwave, even a dishwasher and fridge so if you want to you can cook in your room. The bedroom area is big, the bathroom area was large as well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. If you wish you can enjoy a breakfast in the morning, good selection of foods on offer. There is a small convenience store in reception area, and there is a large supermarket just 2 minutes from the hotel. The location is the only problem, while there is a tram stop 5 minutes from the hotel, there is not much else around, but it is quite. There is a small gym in the hotel, the staff are friendly and welcoming, luckily they speak better English than I speak French. Would I stay there again, yes, would it be my first choice, no.

Honestly, place has seemed a little disorganized for the last month, BUT the front desk service is exceptional despite seemingly internal management problems. I left my key in an Uber, and as I don’t have a French phone number was having trouble contacting the driver. Inès at the front desk was kind and thoughtful enough to offer her personal phone to help me contact the driver, speak to him on my behalf, and organize my retrieval of my key. I cannot speak more highly of her character, organization, professionalism, and diligence despite the seemingly frantic environment she is in. Other receptionists are fantastic but she is exceptional. 5 stars for receptionists, 1 star for management.

Large, clean and comfortable room I stayed. The staff speak English and are very helpful to assist your stay in Paris/Issy. Tram station is nearby.

Great hotel , very close to public transport and shops . However, housekeeping terrible . We stayed for a week and they never replaced the beddings !! The lady who does the room service was very rude and usually do very basic job !! Staff at reception were amazing but as I said the cleaning was terrible!

Good hotel, great place to stay on Issy. The supermarket in front of the hotel makes t very convenient, as ir has a small kictchen.

Room an hotel just fine. The issue is that the can not give you an invoce thar needed to claim money back from my company. Seems it been in this way for at least one month.

Very satisfied with this hotel. We were with a baby and a dog and took a room with a small kitchen. There are all necessary materials (just we did not have a freezer) and the hotel’s location is very good for a family. Just in front of a park and not that far from Tramway station to go to the center of Paris. If necessary, a parking is 2 steps away. I highly recommend this hotel especially to a family.

I stayed two nights on business trip last week. Enjoyed my stay a lot. Special thanks go to kitchen, bath tube and the amount of different sized and shaped pillows! I also liked the breakfast.

Staff at the reception are very helpful. I was able to connect to their Wifi just on arrival. The chef is always smiling and there is a wide variety of food available for breakfast. I love the fact that there is a kitchenette in the rooms. The hotel is clean. Very comfortable hotel.

On the whole this is a good place to stay and it's a handy location next to the Seine and the tram. Also a few restaurants about and a large supermarket. Best thing: breakfast buffet (awesome including 6 cheeses) Worst thing: weird smell every where Room a reasonable size and shower worked well. Small kitchenette with kettle, hob, fridge, dishwasher etc. No USB ports but lots of well located power sockets. Rooms are very clean. Bed comfort level: ok.

Decent accommodation. Concierge staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff is extremely rude. It would be good to see smiles on faces, especially where language is a barrier and you are working in the hospitality sector. It would also help if they provide room service of coffee and sugar :) The breakfast restaurant is amazing, staff is kind and courteous. Special mention: hats off to the chef as they have the BEST CROISSANTS in all of Paris!

Big and nice rooms, with a small kitchen. Perfect as a home away from home. In the outskirts of Paris, so going downtown will take quite a while.

It’s a proper little apartment! Kitchenette with microwave and fridge, utensils, crockery AND a place to sit and eat. The decor is excellent; not chintzy, not too bland, not harsh brutalist “prison chic”. I really felt at home. The bathroom has a proper bath, and there is tonnes of room. The bedroom is a really good size and is separate from the kitchen, so you can close off the washing up and cooking smells. And there was even a cute little kitchen cleaning set. This is what I like to stay in, not helpless hotels where you can’t bring back a take away or a ready meal.

Bed bugs danger, be careful, managers declined taking responsibility as they havent seen them in the bed by a short visit !!!! Had to wash all my belongings with 60 degrees and use lots of bed bug sprays to make sure wont bring them home. Had to through away some of my stuff. It was a nightmare. I have been offered a second room and free access to the Laundry to take care of the potential bedbugs in my stuff. Second room was fine.

I have encountered very rude receptionist and useless technician name Christophe ,today few hours ago. I am not going to this hotel any more .They are not helpful
