Our Family visited Paris from Hawaii to experience Soccer, and all Paris has to offer. This hotels location and proximity to services, Metro, as well as the classic Paris feeling of the area fit our needs perfectly. All the staff was extremely hospitable. Vincent at the front desk is excellent, he added an extra personal touch helping us with any questions or need we had from luggage, directions, Taci service, wake up call, Rec’s on local places and activities we were interested in. His Hospitality made the experience all we had wanted. Aloha Vincent and BWP❤️🤙🏼

We really enjoyed our stay here, Mr. Vincent is the nicest receptionist we have met, very safe neighborhood with metro station nearby. Also we were happy about the underground parking. We would definitely stay here the next time.

Cheap and nice little hotel close to the Metro. The rooms are modern, clean, fresh and have air-condition, however the walls and windows are thin so you can hear the street. Breakfast is ok.

Extremely pricy for what it is. The personnel can't even handle the simplest of requests (everything is always very complicated). I got there and the reception guy started complaining that i did a last minute reservation and that made his life difficult and i shouldn't do that. Requesting two hours late checkout 48 hours before my checkout date was very difficult to manage, needed 2 validations from the managers and the reception guy literally told me: "at 1 pm, you should be out not at 1:01 pm.

Located at the best place. Staff is very much cooperative and clean and neat place to stay. The rooms are really small. Metro is very much close by.

We are currently staying in the hotel and I have couple of reviews for which I would not choose this hotel again 1. The breakfast time is said to be 7 AM to 10 A.m. but they start closing the breakfast from 9:30 AM. So by 10, you will see the breakfast counter to be empty which I feel is rude. In other hotels. They start closing by 10 which eventually gives you some time of 1015 to 1020 AM. 2. They don’t change the bedsheets every day. They change the bedsheets every three days which again was not mentioned in the vouchers and doesn’t really happen. In all other hotels. If more such things happen, I will keep you guys posted.

Great experience for visiting Paris, I truly recommend it. Good location (20 minutes to Place de la Concorde by direct metro). Metro is located at 3 minutes. Clean room, big bathroom, excellent front desk. I would like to thank again to Mr. Walid for his great advice, help and support , making our holiday a fantastic stay here !

I stayed two nights at this hotel. It was a clean and comfortable room (although the room was quite small). Breakfast was really good. The employees were kind and really helpful, especially Wallid who helped me a lot during my stay, regarding findings the correct routs and taxies.

Stayed there for 2 nights and it was the perfect location for our stay, metro is right next to the hotel, breakfast was very delicious, can’t wait to visit Paris again.

Awful experience with this Best Western hotel. We had 2 rooms for family of 4. So, the same experience for both rooms below: No hot water for almost the entire stay (5 day). Staff just lying (they have been told) about some hot water boiler problems. We only had hot water once, so the showering was challenging! Yes, lukewarm water was available first night. And the hot water magically appeared on the day 2. That was it. No iron in the room. No fridge or cooler. No ice. No coffee making machine in one of the rooms ( you need to ask for it if you need it). Very noisy one side of the hotel - facing the loading deck of the big supermarket. Delivery is starting at 7 am in the morning. The piping in the hotel is very, very noisy, so if someone is taking shower above or below your room the entire side is just screaming! So, if you want to get sleep- make sure wear ear plugs entire night! But Staff is very friendly and helpful and they do speak English! Anyway, if you still need some room in this hotel (maybe it will be cheaper;), avoid section with *05-*06 rooms!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well presented rooms, best part was coming back to an air conditioned room after being out in the 90 degree heat. Location was great, Right across the street from the metro which provides a 20 minute ride into the center of Paris. Parking is not included but has no problem finding a spot a long the street right outside the hotel. Very pleased with our stay!

I really liked this place. The staff were really nice, it's a three minute walk from the metro which is perfect. I didn't mind that the rooms were small because they were cozy and I was just there to sleep. There's also a couple of restaurants around, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Very nice environment to walk around.

I travelled to París with my husband and we had an amazing stay in Best Western Paris Porte de Versailles! The room was very big specially for it being in Paris, the bathroom was also very big, the staff was really nice to us since arriving, we had no problem checking in, and the breakfast was really good and abundant. Also the location is perfect because you have a subway station a couple of meters away and is really close to the Eiffel Tower and all of Paris attractions. We would definitely come back on our next trip to Paris!

Room was small but clean. Location was great -- 1 minute to thr Metro and around many shops. Felt safe walking at night. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn't have a problem staying here on the next trip, although I would probably check for a BnB first.

Very elegant, new, clean and well designed hotel. I like the interiors very much. High standard. Very close to the metro station. Rooms a bit small, but very comfortable and well equipped (only little fridge/bar and safe is missing) - air conditioning, very good bathroom with nice shower, heater, clean beds and towels, free WiFi (no encryption). Very kind service. Local bazaar nearby every Wednesday and Friday with all kinds of amazing local food! Lots of restaurants and shops around. Highly recommended!! A+++ :-)

Very good price for the hotel, close to the metro, friendly staff. I can recommend especially when going to Versailles as well, since the RER is close by. (We did not have the breakfast, but it did not seem very impressive.)
