Everything was great other than my check in. I waited at the front desk for several minutes. I could hear people in the back office laughing and joking. I said "Hello?" twice with no response. Finally another lady that worked there came and asked if I'd been helped. She had to yell twice to the people in the back office before she could get their attention. Finally four girls came out of the back laughing and eating food. I thought it was very unprofessional.

A kind of old hotel that needs to be thoroughly updated. Our room was clean and basic, but there was no soap and the shower was not the best.

I would not recommend staying here. The staff did not check me in correctly on the first night. A man walks into my room at 4:30am. The hotel staff is poorly trained because there response was that person is a regularly and there filing a report. My safety was of little concern.

My family and I had to evacuate due to the hurricane threatening the Air Force Base in Tampa. After traveling for hours, the service we received both over the phone, and in person was commensurate with a five-star stay. We first dealt with ReRe White. Her flexibility, professionalism, and overwhelming sense of making us feel comfortable is something that I will never forget. The next morning, we were blown away with Carlton's assistance, as we needed some help that was outside of what a "normal" Hotel stay would incur. At the same time, we met the general manager, Lynn Branscome. After our talk, hearing about the years she had spent with her staff and how much they all loved the Marriott Vision, it cements the fact that Marriott WILL be our families choice hotel brand for years to come. The facility is incredible, has every amenity that you would need, and has Complimentary breakfast. Not only is it included in the stay, it was delicious, rotating every day.

Title: Exceptional Location and Comfortable Beds I recently stayed at this hotel while passing by on my way home and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect and easy to access. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. However, I did notice a slight smell in my room, possibly from the AC. Nonetheless, the friendly staff made up for it with their exceptional service. The breakfast offered at the hotel was one of the best setups I have seen in a hotel. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through.

Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn or the Holiday Inn Express just next door. I have been here for six weeks now and the washer and dryer has been broken the entire time. They tell me they're waiting on a part. I got a part for my washer in 3 days. Tonight there was no hot water. Front desk told me there's nothing she could do about it right now. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

First the good: nice breakfast and comfortable beds. The not so good: I wore white socks after working out and showering. I walked around the room in them what would be a minimal amount of time in the evening. I was dismayed when I looked at them in the morning. The bottom of them were very dirty. Marriott, it's not enough to vacuum. You have to shampoo the rugs. #1 on my list is a clean room. #2 is a comfortable bed. Everything else matters much less. Haven't had such a bad experience, with such dirty carpeting, in over 25 years. I would not stay here again.

The room was really nice and quiet really enjoyed being close to everything. Room was 5 star the breakfast 1 star something changed. None of us enjoyed it we blocked 10 rooms and rather went somewhere else with better breakfast for the price. You should consider better breakfast options. The sausage looked artificial, the bagels was hard even after slightly toasted. Not good at all. If this is a deal breaker for you then go elsewhere. Not to my mention they didn’t clean or rooms or bring clean towels. When you went to the front desk for towels it was a hot commodity everyone had the same problem. Towel shortage for the price your paying no good!

Rooms are ok and clean but pool and jacuzzi the worst conditions I have ever seen and we travel a lot. Water looks greenish no sign of chlorine... We booked because of indoor pool and anticipated cold wave... But were greatly disappointed.

This property is a great location if you need to be near the Navy base. However, it’s a bit dated. The staff was friendly and my daughter enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Everyone, but Lyn, was awesome! She was untruthful, and condescending. I bet that "juice stain" on those "thrown out sheets" came out in your high grade commercial washer, didn't it? Next time, make sure not to lie to, make cry, and talk down to your next mother of four, going through tough times. This woman is NOT the ideal manager, for any place. Get rid of her, Marriott. Pronto. (Yes, I've got an attitude on this review. LYN knows why. 🀬)

They are sooo accommodating and so nice! We have had nothing but great experiences here. I highly recommend staying here. We will always stay here when we go to the Jacksonville area, just because they are so friendly! Highly professional and willing to help you. Love staying here!

Wonderful experience!! Carlton at the front desk was super nice and accommodating!! Clean, comfortable, and cozy...breakfast was on point...the woman attending to the breakfast section was singing as she worked with a beautiful smile on her face...will definitely stay here again and again when in the area. Keep up the fantastic work!! β™₯️β™₯️

This was one of the most wonderful hotels we have stayed in. The whole hotel smelt so wonderful and fresh especially the room we stayed in. The breakfast was a full breakfast setup. It had so much to choose from. I will say staff didn't seem to inviting but it wasn't enough to make us put a bad review. This was over all a very great stop on our vacation.

They lost my reservation and had to book me into a deluxe queen suite for 5 days at extorted daily changing variable rates. Enter the door the entrance light doesn’t work. The suite had no working desk light had to work with no light. The plastic cups are cracked and hold no liquid. The bathroom faucet drips and the shower head signs at you in the morning. Plus no body wash on the second day cause its empty. No amenities on the bathroom sink area. No lotion Beds are sunken being closest to TV they need to be turned 180 or flipped. Totally dissatisfied. Finally had room service the second day and they didn’t clean the toilet. The hotel cleaning service never showed again. Plus the daytime counter guy was with rude attitudes I will never stay at this hotel again and do not deserve to be under the Marriott brand .

Called to book at Fairfield Inn at Airport, got to hotel at 10:00 PM, only to find that reservations were made at this hotel even though reservation said airport. Desk manager at this hotel was very friendly, but we ended up in a room that has a broken AC unit. It works, but is so loud that we can't hear the TV. It clicks and bangs constantly and kept us up all night. My husband went down to front desk and asked if something could be done. He was told that maintenance doesn't work on the weekends. I feel like we should have been offered a different room. We are very dissapointed. Not a good Marriott experience at all. We are supposed to stay another night, but will be checking out early if we can find somewhere else to stay.

Had to go out of town for a training session and stayed at this hotel for the night. The front desk employee was friendly, informative and helpful. He gave clear instructions and informed me of the complimentary breakfast as well. The room was neat and clean. I had no concerns with the condition of the room. Would definitely stay again.

The room stank like mold. There was shovel fulls of sand in the hot tub. The pool was freezing The scrambled eggs had a rotten egg in them I was the lucky one to grab that the watermelon was great though

Not greeted well by receptionist. Room was not what I asked for. Got a handicap room with little space. Had an odor to it. Continental breakfast was food, not great. Fruit and coffee was the only attraction. Won't come back.

I would make it zero stars if I could. The building needs renovation ASAP! The carpets need cleaning, a/c smells funny and the general manager Brianna has a attitude. I broke out in hives because of the sheets on more than three occasions. Besides the bad things the house keepers and the woman at front desk for midnight shifts are wonderful.

We were here during the off season. Staff was fantastic! Room was clean when we arrived. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. People were friendly.
