Everything bad where do i start... Where do I finish???? Rooms glued together tub nasty as s*** I cleaned it and seriously the water looked like mud. Toilet was filthy. Refrigerator gross and smelled I bleached the whole room daily. Patio door literally fell off... told management they never fixed it, which later allowed a man to climb my balcony come inside my room assault me and keep me hostage for 2 days. When I told the front office they informed that they saw him in my room and they allowed him to put his name on my room even though I stated I didn't want him there or on my room. I only saw him in the hallways in passing. Now I have scars for life physically and mentally. Not to mention security told me I couldn't come bk there. Hmmmm okay THANKS? I won't my lawyer will tho.

This place is very filthy staff is very rude, I requested a new CLEAN room after walking in my room to see trash everywhere, no sheets on the bed or pillow cases, the bathroom had old razors an molded clothes in it, no tissue, someone left Their waste in the rub. Food EVERYWHERE, they refused to give me a clean room even after seeing the proof I never even brought my things in the room. The staff tried to debate with as if I left the room that way lied about documents, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Staff is very difficult and disrespectful. Your spending your money on a room that is half cleaned. Found old hotel receipts in room along with other things. And alot of noise outside the rooms.You have to pay for the remote control to watch the TV. Not comfortable at all.

Constant noise in the hallways from patrons and housekeeping. Internet out for two days and nothing but excuses. Asked to be moved but was refused. Young lady at the desk was very nice at check in. Young gentleman in hoody later couldn't be bothered.

Best hotel for the low price of 50.00 bucks, and if you like the hood experience then this is definitely the best spot

I've been staying at the regency inn and your service has never been better the lady that runs this place manages this place now has got this place running better than it ever has been I've been staying here off and on for 6-8 months great job

Get what you pay for. Anytime u want to get cheap room...they are there. Rooms is basic, alot of space tho. You can tell the bed and spread is very old...but u also know this is the hood...if u not here to do one thing u already know what up. Can't complain....

This is the most disgusting place in the world the sheets have not been changed in ages the walls have not been cleaned since this place was built bed bugs and roaches literally are in the bed with you. The staff are beyond rude and ghetto

Well I'm currently still locked out of my hotel room here the front dest black short gut actually was very rude and and cursed at me and my mom I accidentally locked myself out my room and needed then they me in the key has been working all day everyday I have here for 3 weeks the security did not help or front desk people had to lock my door Purpose then my I have my personal belongings and phone still in there the door is not broken or locked or dead they then told us that we had to go somewhere else till the morning and now it's morning snd no one has opened my room door

Rude staff , they steal your money , lie and say you didn't send ID verification and when I complained about the room having fesces and urine in the tub , food and trash all over the room , no sheets or anything , no tissue The front desk workers said they can't do anything , not even give a clean room because I didn't complain within 10 minutes of check in. ( Mind you nobody told me about this rule upon check in ) Front desk called us dirty and said they were gonna call the police on us for still being at the front desk. This hotel is not even supposed to be open honestly , they're open illegally comes to find out. So of course they're gonna steal whoever money before they get caught and have to shut down. Definitely will be calling the health department and the better business Bureau

Poor security lacking the ability to eliminate the illigal activities, and violence . The rooms featured tile and were relatively empty so it almost seemed like a prison cell or a psych ward. The staff were not friendly and I do not believe the cleaning staff even exist here. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Best hotel I stayed in in a very long time The rooms are nice and clean the staff are very professional the security is on point I really recommend staying at this hotel it if you want one of the best experience in Jacksonville great location close to all of my shopping needs and work excellent place

The staff and security aren't professional when it comes to their job much. They make you pay extra five dollars for the security deposit but if you forget to sign for it, they'll say you didn't even rent a room, and can't get the deposit back. Too much going on. Too many safety hazards. It's not comfortably safe.

Never had a problem until a new women took my payment and the money was successfully taken from my account , they refuse to show documentation of the charge and put me out the room and took my deposit for no reason after they messed up and also charged the wrong rate. It’s unprofessional I never never had a problem and today was the biggest issue. I will be seeking civil restitution along with emotional distress from being outside all day in the heat after paying for a room!!! I couldn’t get another cause they had taken the money and wouldn’t even provide the documentation for my bank to handle the situation. Mr Fred refuses to acknowledge the problem and has given me the run around after knowingly messing up. He refuses to contact the owner to get the proper documentation. They can’t even show they don’t have the money but I’m showing all types of formal documentation that they have my money!

I agree. I'm glad the place is there but it had gone down I've had some "wicked" nights there. glad to see new faces took over+++

This hotel is under new management and has made a lot of changes for the better in the last few weeks. They have new cameras everywhere that work. They have a stringet set of rules that are enforced. There is a security guard making rounds and keeping an eye on the property daily/nightly. It is not the same place that was running wild before. All of the staff, EXCEPT one woman at the front desk, have been accommodating, made compromises when approached honestly, and have basically just been awesome. The only couple of issues we've had have been with the lack of a remote in the room and a charge to have one, no garbage can in the room, and the rude blonde woman at the front desk. The rates are inexpensive and affordable, especially if you pay for a week at a time instead of daily.

Fred, the new manager is amazing! Super sweet to guests and helps them with any needs. Keeps the place tidy and the staff decorated for Christmas :)

Management and staff have been wonderful to work with. They sincerely care about each guest and will do their best to work with people!

I wouldn't suggest staying here unless you like mold, roaches and a room that will be falling apart around you. It's just not worth the price that they charge...smh

It used to be a dope hole dump but it's been remodeled and they have decent security now so there is a night and day difference. When you need a room but only have so much to spend it's places like this that come through in the clutch.
