We become a regular member with Swiss Bel Hotel Jambi because this Hotel located in Great location, really pleasant, clean rooms and the most important things during this pandemic is they regularly disinfectant the room, all the staff already completed theirs vaccine and very strictly implemented the Covid-19 protocols for their staff and to their guest. but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and very accommodating our request.

Hotel location is in the city center, the pillow and bed was great, cleanliness was okay, hot water poured easily. Food was great and my favorite was pandan bread 🤤 The only drawback was there’s no designated room for the generator set (it’s placed outside), so when it’s on the noise was inconvenience.

I think it’s the best in town for the tidiness, room’s amenities & snacks. I found the receptionist’s attitude and friendliness are great! Kudos to Ms. Tesa! :)

Nice to stay for bisnis or with family, they have complete facility and many restaurant around the hotel. They provide "sahur" for fasting (Dine in-room) for Arafah day before Id Adha. The minus only soundproof is not good, you still can hear sound from outside or beside room very clear. Need to be improve.

This hotel is good.. The building, the lobby, the smells, the cleanlines.. The management is nice, the staff also. But the meeting room facilities need to improve… some equipment such up sound system has a same problem with my previous event Hopefully… management could improve those facilites

Stayed at Deluxe Room with twin bed. The Beds and pillows were so comfy. The room was spacious and also clean. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and not smelly with hot water available. Everything worked properly. One suggestion is adding more tv channels and also Netflix.

Love it here. But took longer for check in or check out. The receptionist misunderstanding me, and gave me a smoking room. But they did change the room to nonsmoking later. There's a lot of food near the hotel, including pempek selamat. Cool

I booked 3 rooms to enjoy a lovely time with family on the weekend, in my hometown. Unfortunately until the official check in time, no rooms are ready & we need to wait for so long. No solution was given & the service was very slow. But when the Supervisor came, things went smoother. Ms. Dilla from reception, who checked me in, was also very polite & professional. Despite the long wait, at the end it‘s a good stay & my big family is happy 😊

It's quite comfortable, there's a swimming pool too and being able to deliver typical Jambi regional food to our room is immediately a plus point for this hotel
