The room was clean and comfortable, many choices of food for breakfast. Location very strategic near airport and food stall. Next will stay in BW luxury hotel.

Actually the room, services and location are really good but they missed some points as a five star hotel. But considering this place is the one and only five star hotel at Jambi at this moment, I think it’s okay. Need improvements: - Bathroom amenities. Really? One small soap, shampoo and conditioner per day? For two people we can only take a shower once a day for this size 😢 - Cleanliness, there are dirty spots at the bathroom wall, the bathroom bin and mirror wardrobe that should be easily cleaned, but not, even in my 6-nights stayed they leave it uncleaned. - To go to the front lobby, we should go around the building even though they have the gate that goes directly to the lobby but they closed it. - Small pool and small gym. They should forbid people to smoke at the pool since there are many children there but lots of people smoke near the children pool. - My first time breakfast is quite chaos since there are no clean place to sit and the food is really below my expectation. But on the next day afterwards, it feels like they change the chef 🤣 the food is great. Maybe it’s because I came early. - The lift is so minimalist for a 5 star hotel What I like from the place: Near the airport, near durian stall even though they forbid us to bring any durian form inside the hotel. Concierge and front staffs are very helpful. You can communicate to the staff by whatsapp and they’re quite responsive. The airport transfer is really helpful. The aisle smells nice. The bed is comfortable. Overall I like it here.

One of the best Hotel in Jambi, located in the heart of the city. Near sultan thaha airport, only takes 15-20 mins to get there. Room was great, spacious, and comfy. Service was okay.

The rooms we're absolutely clean and i loved the service that they have given! The bed was also very comfy not like the previous hotel i stayed at.. other than the price of the hotel everything was amazing.

All, good. Room set up is luxury. Not sure if hair dryer is available in toilet. Breakfast can be improved if the crew can bring coffee of tea to table, or even better if we can have other option such as cappucino etc.

This hotel is the first five star in Jambi, the hotel is very compliant with health protocols since the covid-19 pandemic, the rooms are clean and wangy, spacious and aesthetic, and the breakfast is varied and delicious.

Room allowed to smoke was available, this is why I preferred give 5 star... The Spa also better than others hotel in Jambi... But when you want to have your breakfast, the resto wasn't big enough.

Best hotel in Jambi. Quite spacious room and clean located not too far from Sultan Thaha Airport

The place fits it’s name, luxurious indeed. The rooms are very comfy, cool aircon and clean beds. However I give it 1 less star because of the somewhat bad customer service and it’s incredibly laggy wifi, although useable, but barely. I arrived at the hotel around 11.30 on a rainy night and was devastatingly tired, so I place my car right in front of the hotel’s lobby, waiting for either security or a bell boy to escort me, but all I saw the both of them leisurely talking to each other. Another instance is that near the end of the breakfast period they will start to serve drinks in glasses instead of self serve. And I happened to take a glimpse, that they weren’t being sanitary at all, as they were putting cling wraps on drinks, they used no necessary sanitary steps such as using gloves, not to mention that the cling wraps where put on the table before directly putting it on the drink. Which made me unable to see the drinks the same again. But aside from those, the experience has been delightful.

Almost perfect. Literally. The hotel is very well decorated and also very elegantly designed. Check-in and access is seamless and simple. The room is very elegant and I loved every bits of it. However, i find it a bit interesting to see the room service menu is to scan a qr code and it will automatically display it on the menu. Although this maybe a throw off and a little difficult to elders or those whose are not good using technology. Another downside is just the wifi keeps crashing and continuously disconnecting. That's the only two downside for me during the stay in this hotel. The restaurant was also good and the breakfast was just spot on. Overall, i would come back and its worth the money and bringing family and friends.

The room was comfy and clean. Staffs are friendly but they need to improve their banquet and meeting service. It took almost half an hour to get someone to fix a problem with microphone and no banquet staff waiting at the meeting room. Food was okay.

Quite often came here for the chill&rilex program. To use this program, we have to purchase F&B from the restaurant. Today i met 1 person from the cashier staff that (according to me) quite harsh. Maybe if she can speak to customer with lower voice and kinder gesture, that would be nice :) Thanks

Lack of amenities inside the room. Extra water bottle is charged. Have to walk quite far from parking lot to the hotel and very inconvenient when it’s raining. Don’t know how this is considered as 5 star, even barely up to 4 star hotel standard.

The facility and all GREAT! BUT!! bad service, i was having an event 2 days. which vost hudgeg more than 400million rupiah but the way they service? So bad. Example : snacks no wrapping! You claimed urself as a 5star hotel but is that kind of standars you are having? And many more!!! If you planning to stay here? Good. I recommend. But i will NEVER or recomend my network to held an event in BW LUXURY EVER AGAIN! fix your management! Its too bad i asked for your GM and they said they’re in Jakarta. Too much excuses, slow respond and not helpful. And one bad thing, you breakfast. Please fix it!. Its not even a 5 star hotel standard. Too bad.
