Actually
the
room,
services
and
location
are
really
good
but
they
missed
some
points
as
a
five
star
hotel.
But
considering
this
place
is
the
one
and
only
five
star
hotel
at
Jambi
at
this
moment,
I
think
itβs
okay.
Need
improvements:
-
Bathroom
amenities.
Really?
One
small
soap,
shampoo
and
conditioner
per
day?
For
two
people
we
can
only
take
a
shower
once
a
day
for
this
size

Cleanliness,
there
are
dirty
spots
at
the
bathroom
wall,
the
bathroom
bin
and
mirror
wardrobe
that
should
be
easily
cleaned,
but
not,
even
in
my
6-nights
stayed
they
leave
it
uncleaned.

To
go
to
the
front
lobby,
we
should
go
around
the
building
even
though
they
have
the
gate
that
goes
directly
to
the
lobby
but
they
closed
it.

Small
pool
and
small
gym.
They
should
forbid
people
to
smoke
at
the
pool
since
there
are
many
children
there
but
lots
of
people
smoke
near
the
children
pool.

My
first
time
breakfast
is
quite
chaos
since
there
are
no
clean
place
to
sit
and
the
food
is
really
below
my
expectation.
But
on
the
next
day
afterwards,
it
feels
like
they
change
the
chef

the
food
is
great.
Maybe
itβs
because
I
came
early.

so
minimalist
for
a
5
star
hotel
What
I
like
from
the
place:
Near
the
airport,
near
durian
stall
even
though
they
forbid
us
to
bring
any
durian
form
inside
the
hotel.
Concierge
and
front
staffs
are
very
helpful.
You
can
communicate
to
the
staff
by
whatsapp
and
theyβre
quite
responsive.
The
airport
transfer
is
really
helpful.
The
aisle
smells
nice.
The
bed
is
comfortable.
Overall
I
like
it
here.
