    From the front desk staff to housekeeping, EVERY single staff member was warm and welcoming! The hotel was clean and they were consistently wiping down high traffic areas. We had no issues in our room. We ended up extending our stay and the front desk staff made that a super smooth last minute change. Oh and did I mention it was super quiet our entire stay but the hotel was full! It felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves. Wait, let me not forget, the breakfast was pretty good! The breakfast staff keep the area clean and they were very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend the Homewood Suites by Hilton Greensboro Wendover to anyone!

    I reserved 2 connecting rooms. My stay here was great. Upon check-in, the rooms were clean and fresh smelling. The staff had the room perfectly cooled upon entering. My room this time had the dispensers of hand cleanser, lotion, shampoo and shower gel instead of the little bars of soap and shampoo. I prefer the dispensers. It is less messy. Love staying here when I have to stay in Greensboro. The pet area was clean for the most part. Some pet owners still do not pick up after their dogs, which makes it hard for those who do pick up after our pets. There are 2 pet posts with bags and disposal containers. I noticed too, 3 dogs were off leash when I arrived at the hotel. Their owner just let them roam outside with the leash dragging the ground. (2 labs and a dachshund) Other than that my stay was pleasant.

    Clean and new hotel. Comfortable king size bed in a large suite with living room and kitchenette. Very quiet and a better-than-average hotel breakfast.

    We recently spent almost 2 weeks at Homewood Suites by Hilton, 6011 Landmark Center, Greensboro, NC. The hotel is modern/updated, very clean and comfortable. The king bed mattress & shower were great! Our room was quiet and had a small kitchen with full refrigerator. The breakfasts and Wednesday evening meals (with beer & wine) are very good. Their staff were the best part of our stay. They made us feel at home! This is a wonderful hotel.

    The king studio space was cramped, no dresser or desk to put my belongings, not enough seating, and the bath door caused the toilet area to be cramped, tight and uncomfortable. Only place to put my things was on the floor. Housekeeping did a poor job leaving stains on kitchen table and bath floor, dirt and debris in corners. Water in shower would not drain due to clogged full of hair, and slippery shower floor which would indicate water was not used to rinse it during cleaning. We were kindly moved to a larger room (2 queen bedroom) where we experienced the shower issue and a smelly refrigerator. The same front desk attendant left her post, came to our room and got on her hands and knees to get the shower un-clogged, and disinfect it and the frig. I think her name is Teresa. She has the best customer service and genuine care and concern I have seen in years!!!! I will over look my annoyances and surely return only because of Teresa, knowing she will happily do all she can to make us happy. Until housekeeping gets their act together, I'll bring my own cleaning supplies and shower shoes. Mattresses were not comfortable so we did not get a good nights sleep. Only one nightstand for two beds, but 2 nightstands for one king bed. The 2 bed suite has plenty of furniture to place my belongings but lacked adequate seating. It needs another nightstand and a comfy chair. Breakfast personnel said only drinking water available was from her kitchen faucet. I later found water fountains in gym and foyer. She said she didn't know because they did not give her a tour during her hiring process. Coffee was terrible, tasted watered down and metallic. Pros: Fantastic location with so many businesses within walking distance, quiet and beautiful scenery during my 5 mile morning run. Beautiful and clean grounds with lake full of ducks in the rear. It was a joy to sit and relax and watch them play. 3 large patios provided so much outdoor seating and relaxation. Fast elevators. Air conditioning gets very cold just like I like it. Digital key worked great and TV controls from the app was a plus. Walls seemed thick because I could not hear a peep from any other guests and the hotel was sold out. No sounds of slamming even.

    This property appears to be well maintained. Rooms are sizeable, beautiful and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Getting a late check out for a loyal Hilton Honors customer of 12 years has never been as difficult as it was at this hotel. The younger front desk staff seemed to be more customer focused and serving than the management team and that should never be. This is just never an issue for loyal customers at Marriott as it is at Hilton. Otherwise this would have been a 5-star review. Kudos to the front desk staff who really have a bead on what customer service is about. Management, not so much.

    Staff was super friendly and helpful, both at check in and check out. Our room was very clean and inviting/welcoming, I like the setup, & the bed was comfortable. I absolutely love the β€œWelcome Robin” that was displayed on our TV. The hotel location is convenient for both shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel, I will certainly stay again when I’m visiting Greensboro. Everything was great. Thank you for an awesome stay Saturday -Sunday, Hilton!
