I've been here before. They are dropping the ball. Shower is frustrating as water goes everywhere in bathroom and ruins the walls. Holes/gaps on floor and drywall now. It must get fixed and the bathroom was already needing to be cleaned up. Kitchen is stocked but they need housekeeping to make sure flatware etc is clean. We just had to re-clean everything. It's a solid four but should be a five (for this level of hotel). The Ritz, it's not supposed to be... But they can and will do better for what this hotel class is...

Overall I was very happy with our stay here! Our room was nice and clean. We chose a suite to allow our baby to go to sleep early in the room while allowing us time and space to hang out in the living area. The breakfast in the morning was great, it makes it so much easier traveling with a baby to just have a meal on your way out the door! Lots of options. Staff was kind and friendly. My only complaint is that when we travel we love to stop for the night and swim in the pool with our son but the pool desperately needed a good clean. There were balls of hair and a bandaid floating around along with lots of leaves. The artwork displayed in our room was also…unique 😅 but again, happy with our stay overall and would stop here again!

As a loyal elite Marriott member I didn’t get a chance to stay here because the hotel desk staff KATRINA was so rude over the phone. She (rudely) told me she couldn’t hear me as I asked her twice was it better- further more explaining I am in the car which would be the cause of background noise however she hung up on me and refused to allow me to speak to a manager. She even answered the phone with an attitude which made matters worse. I will not be staying here even though it’s one of few hotels I can stay at with my dog. We will choose a hotel outside of Marriott if necessary to avoid this one. She seriously needs a lesson in customer service.

Great experience, last minute stay cause we had to switch our other hotel was trash. Got to stay 6 days and everything was great, everything worked properly, pool was nice and clean, we felt safe. They are great.

Well appointed hotel. Good staff, although a bit cold and reserved. I'm a titanium level member, but no greeting or thanks for being one (usually get this at other Marriott properties).

Check in. Wasn't happy. Had to wait 5-7min for someone to come inside when I got there 2 in the afternoon. I could see if the person was in the bathroom. Not outside hanging with friends. Night clerk/manager was friendly/helpful tho. Room: Was...ok. Clean. It's really small. The thermostat didn't work. The room stayed 73 all weekend long. Couldn't adjust it at the unit because the controls were locked. Didn't realize the A/C wasn't working well until Saturday morning. No point in changing rooms for another night. Pillows were way too soft. There was no cushion. I might as well just slept on a balled up sheet. One of the lights in the room didn't work. The only saving grace was the shower. Water was hot and stayed hot. Heard people all around us. Constantly sounded like someone was knocking on our door or trying to get in. Food: I'm gonna need yall to work on it. Food was luke warm. Sausage tasted stale. Eggs was... descent. The only thing that was hot were the waffles, and that's because they were cooked in the spot. Nice restaurants around. Movie theater was like 3min away. Don't think I'll be staying here ever again.

The hotel is very well kept and is in good appearance. Room was very spacious and clean. Every staff member we talked to was very accommodating and they were able to extend our checkout time on short notice. Definitely recommend this location!

The stay was absolutely awesome. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
