    I tried many training centers and gyms before being part of Sam Fitness Team. Sam is the best coach ever, who provides a well structured and systematic training customized for you after the initial assessment. The training is always enjoyable and the best part is that Sam explains how to perform and how it works for the targeted muscle for each move. Another bonus is that you receive a detailed progress report each month showing your progress in many aspects. I had the chance to join the Yoga classes as well which must be an integral part of your weekly routine not only for your body but mental health and soul as well. In a nutshell, it was the best experience ever. You must give it a try 👌💪

    I Consider myself lucky for finding Sam fitness through google maps! Coach Sam is incredibly polite, and he's always pushing us to reach our potential (even when you're whiny such as myself) his attention to postures is quite impressive even when there's four of us training at the same time, he's always introducing new techniques and workouts making each and every sessions so much fun. Sam Fitness studio provides all the necessary calisthenics tools and equipment. Thank you for everything Coach Sam, most importantly thank you for bearing with me!

    Sam's fitness is great! Sam is consistently punctual, and his focus on strength training is fantastic. He pushes you to your limits, ensuring you get the most out of each session. The gym has everything you need. Sam's open, accommodating, and not only polite but also highly experienced. I highly recommend Sam's fitness!

    Sam was open and honest about what it would take to get to my goals. He keeps things fresh and new so it keeps you excited and interested to come to his sessions. Sam is always innovating his workouts with new methodologies making workouts fun. Would definitely recommend Sam Fitness.

    Mr. Samir is a great exercise coach, and I'm happy to write this review for him. During our training lessons, he not only gave me unwavering support but also took the time to explain each step in detail, which helped me understand calisthenics much better. This review is about the many benefits I got from taking his classes. Not only did they help me improve my health right away, but they also gave me a good base for long-term fitness. Tailored Training Programs: Mr. Samir is good at making training programs that are tailored to each person's wants and goals. He didn't take a one-size-fits-all method; instead, he carefully thought up exercises that met my specific fitness needs. This customized method made sure that each session was useful and helped me make progress overall. Comprehensive Explanation: One of the most impressive things about Mr. Samir's way of teaching is that he can explain each step of the exercises in detail. He always broke down complicated moves into smaller parts that were easier for me to understand and do right. This focus not only helped me work out better, but it also made me much less likely to get hurt. Pay attention to proper form and technique: During all of our lessons, Mr. Samir stressed how important it was to use the right form and technique. He helped me understand how the body should move during calisthenics exercises by focusing on right posture, positioning, and movement execution. This focus on technique not only made each exercise more effective, but it also taught valuable skills and habits that will avoid injuries and setbacks in the future.     For whom are seeking fitness and muscle training at the same time. The coach knows what he is doing. I started to gain muscle that didnt get attention from normal fitness centers. Totally recommend.

    Coach Sameer is amazing! I trained with him for a couple of months and I was extremely happy with the results. He kept me motivated and I noticed an improvement in my upper body strength, stamina and general fitness. Coach Sameer is very personable and knowledgeable and his positive attitude and challenging workouts made training fun! For anyone looking to improve their fitness, I would highly recommend signing up at Sam Fitness.

    Sam fit is a great place to train. I joined as a beginner to calisthenics training and developed a great foundation for movement, strength and endurance here. Coach Sameer guides well and pushes you to grow and reach new limits. Overall, a great experience Consistency is key.

    Amazing fitness center. Coach Sam is giving proper one to one training. I would recommend to take the full package with 24/7 support and diet regime. I don’t think you can get this type of training in this range anywhere in Jeddah. The setup also very well maintained. Cheers!

    Sam Fitness is an amazing calisthenics gym with the best coach I’ve ever had a chance to work with, he is extremely professional, and actually has an idea of what we are doing and how we’re supposed to achieve our fitness goals.

    Coach sam is a calisthenics game-changer. Stepping into his sessions feels more like joining a supportive movement than a structured workout. And not to mention that he prepares a personal performance report for you by the end of each subscription to check your progression!

    Difficult times can put a person to test. You must dig deep within and draw on your inner strength in order to get through such challenges. You can endure anything life throws at you because of your inner power . At some point, we’ve all had to summon the confidence to speak out for ourselves, take a risk, and persevere in the face of adversity. However, whether you’re struggling physically or mentally, sometimes it can feel as if your batteries are running low and you have little strength left. Yet, with a little perseverance, you can regain your strength, and that was it when I found Sam ! His practice patterns have made me realize that. ‘’Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.” Thank you Sam for the fantastic workout experience, where every shower is so delicious post workout !! Definitely it means that your training style rocks ! I highly recommend and appreciate the way Sam pis planning his workouts patterns for me and my peers.

    Great spot for personal training! Sam communicates really well and he makes sure to point out poor form and helps you fix it. The space is well equipped and has everything needed to get through Sams workouts. Very comfortable and tidy

    Sam is a wonderful coach. He helped me do lot of different exercises which were very difficult for me, but with his way of teaching and explanation it made it easy for me. I also took yoga classes with coach Mun, she is an amazing coach and i enjoyed her classes. I strongly recommend Sam Fitness to everyone.
